the steps 13 to 17 correspond to the seventeenth to twenty-one steps.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. the main structure of the zigzag convex horizontal bar knitted fabric is the circular knitting of one side weft plain stitch and the other side weft plain stitch, and as the weft plain stitches have the characteristics of curling and the like, the one side weft plain stitch is more easily protruded on the front side of the knitted fabric than the other side weft plain stitch; the whole transfer knitting is designed into a symmetrical transfer mode, and the structure of the transfer is relatively uniform, namely two overlapped loops are arranged on a plurality of left and right knitting needles of one needle bed adjacent to the lower end part of the sawtooth tooth point, and the knitting needles adjacent to the one needle bed on the left and right sides of the upper end part of the sawtooth tooth point contain a plurality of empty needles, so the sawtooth-shaped convex horizontal bar knitted fabric has the characteristics of bilateral symmetry and uniform structure; the knitted fabric is deformed due to the characteristic of bilateral symmetry transfer knitting, the position of the overlapped part of the loops moves downwards, the position of an empty needle moves upwards, the more the number of the loops moves, the larger the fluctuation amplitude of the zigzag structure, in addition, when the old loop on the knitting needle of one needle bed at the lower end part of the tooth tip of the sawtooth is in a needle stop state, the other needle bed carries out n-row knitting, after the knitting is finished, the loop on the other needle bed is transferred to the one needle bed, and thus, the position of the overlapped part of the loops also moves downwards. Thus, a saw-toothed profile is produced. 2. In the flat knitting machine, the number of the stitch spans which can be transferred at one time is closely related to the number of the flat knitting machine, when the number is more than or equal to 9 needles, the stitch spans can only span 3 stitch spans at one time generally, when the number is less than 9 needles, the stitch spans can only span 2 stitch spans at one time generally, in order to increase the amplitude of the sawtooth-shaped appearance structure, on the flat knitting machine with the number being more than or equal to 9 needles, the invention not only has the stitch span of 3 stitch spans at one time, but also has the stitch span of 4 stitch spans at one time, on the flat knitting machine with the number being less than 9 needles, the invention not only has the stitch span of 2 stitch spans at one time, but also has the stitch span spanning at one time, so that the situation that the number of the stitch spans is limited by the number of the stitch spans at one time exists, and is closely related to the stitch sequence adopted by the invention, because the old coil on the needle bed of the other needle moves before the number of the needle bed exceeds the, the old stitches adjacent to the old stitches on the two knitting needles of the other needle bed are transferred to the knitting needles of the one needle bed in the previous knitting process.

And S16, moving the old loop on the seventh knitting needle of the back needle bed with the lower end part of the sawtooth tooth point adjacent to the left side to the right by 4 needle pitches to the knitting needle corresponding to the front needle bed (step sixteen).
S10 to S16, i.e., the tenth to sixteenth steps, the results of the rightward shift are shown in the upper column of fig. S16: three overlapped loops are formed on the front needle bed knitting needles at the lower end part of the sawtooth tooth point, namely three overlapped loops are formed on the front needle bed knitting needles a, two overlapped loops are formed on the front needle bed knitting needles t, u and v which are close to the left side at the lower end part of the sawtooth tooth point, two overlapped loops are formed on the front needle bed knitting needles t, u and v respectively, and empty needles are formed on the first, third, fifth and seventh knitting needles which are close to the right side at the upper end part of the sawtooth tooth point, namely empty needles are formed on the front needle bed knitting needles m, o, q and s.
S3 to S16, i.e., the steps three to sixteen, the result of the entire transfer is: two overlapping loops are arranged on the left and the right three knitting needles of the front needle bed adjacent to the lower end part of the sawtooth tooth point, and the knitting needles of the front needle bed adjacent to the left and the right sides of the upper end part of the sawtooth tooth point contain 8 empty needles.
And S17, knitting front needle beds of 1 course, wherein old loops are knitted, and loop hanging knitting is performed for empty loops (step seventeen), in the embodiment, knitting needles a, b, c, d, f, h, j, l, n, p, r, t and v are knitted, and knitting needles e, g, i, k, m, o, q and S are knitted in the loop hanging manner.
S18, except the lower end of the sawtooth tooth point, the old loop on the front needle bed knitting needle is correspondingly transferred to the knitting needle of the back needle bed in two times in a mode of 1 needle by 1 needle (step eighteen). In the embodiment, the old loop on the front needle bed knitting needle at a is kept unchanged, the old loops on other knitting needles b, d, f, h, j, l, n, p, r, t and v are correspondingly transferred to the knitting needle of the back needle bed firstly, and the old loops or hanging loops on c, e, g, i, k, m, o, q, s and u are correspondingly transferred to the knitting needle of the back needle bed.
S19, knitting is performed on the back needle bed of 1 course, and stitches are knitted on each of the other knitting needles except for the hitching-on knitting performed on the lower end portion of the serration tip (step nineteen). In the present embodiment, the back needle bed needle at a performs loop knitting, and the other needles b, c, through, u, and v perform loop knitting.
S20, the back needle bed weft plain knitting of n courses is performed (step twenty). In the present embodiment, n =6, and the 6 rows are not fixed here.
And S21, correspondingly transferring the old loop on the back needle bed to the knitting needle of the front needle bed in two times in a mode of 1 needle by 1 needle (step twenty one). In the present embodiment, the old stitches on the knitting needles a, c, e, g, i, k, m, o, q, s, u are first transferred to the knitting needles of the front needle bed correspondingly, and the old stitches on the knitting needles b, d, f, h, j, l, n, p, r, t, v are then transferred to the knitting needles of the front needle bed correspondingly.
The first step is used for knitting n courses of front needle bed weft plain knitting, the seventeenth step is used for knitting 1 course of front needle bed knitting, wherein old loops are knitted, empty needles are knitted by hanging loops, the twenty step is used for knitting n courses of back needle bed weft plain knitting, and other steps are knitted by transferring loops, so that the main structure of the zigzag convex horizontal stripe knitted fabric is the circular knitting of a front side tissue of the weft plain knitting and a back side tissue of the weft plain knitting, and the back side tissue of the weft plain knitting is more easily protruded on the front side of the knitted fabric than the front side tissue of the weft plain knitting due to the characteristics of curling and the like of the weft plain knitting; because the whole transfer knitting is designed into a symmetrical transfer mode and the structure of the transfer is relatively uniform, in the embodiment, two overlapped loops are arranged on the left and the right three knitting needles of the front needle bed adjacent to the lower end part of the sawtooth tooth point, and the knitting needles adjacent to the front needle bed on the left and the right sides of the upper end part of the sawtooth tooth point contain 8 empty needles, therefore, the sawtooth-shaped convex horizontal bar knitted fabric has the characteristics of bilateral symmetry and uniform structure, which is the second characteristic of the knitted fabric; due to the characteristics of bilateral symmetry transfer knitting, the knitted fabric is deformed, the position of the overlapped part of the loops moves downwards, the position of the empty needle moves upwards, the more the number of the loops moves, the larger the fluctuation amplitude of the zigzag structure, in addition, in the eighteenth working procedure, the old loops on the front needle bed knitting needle at the lower end part of the sawtooth tooth point are not transferred to the back needle bed, when the nineteen working procedures and the twenty working procedures are performed, the knitting needle is in a needle stop state, after the back needle bed knits n courses, the loops on the back needle bed are transferred to the front needle bed, and therefore, the position of the overlapped part of the loops also moves downwards. Thus, a jagged profile is produced, which is a third feature of the knitted fabric of the present invention.
In the flat knitting machine, the number of stitches that can be transferred at a time is closely related to the number of the flat knitting machine, when the number is greater than or equal to 9 needles, generally only 3 stitches can be transferred at a time, and when the number is less than 9 needles, generally only 2 stitches can be transferred at a time, in order to increase the amplitude of the saw-toothed shape structure, in the first embodiment, there are stitches that are transferred at a time of 3 stitches and stitches that are transferred at a time of 4 stitches, for example: in the seventh step, the old loop on the back needle bed knitting needle f is moved leftward by 3 pitches to the front needle bed knitting needle c, which is the maximum pitch spanned by one time when the gauge is greater than or equal to 9, because if one transfer exceeds 3 pitches, when the old loop on the back needle bed knitting needle f is transferred leftward, the old loop on the g knitting needle adjacent to the old loop on the back needle bed knitting needle f still hangs on the back needle bed, which results in an excessively large interval between the two old loops, so that the decreasing arc between the two old loops is likely to be broken, and therefore, if there is a transfer of the above type, the flat knitting machine gauge must meet the requirement, while in the first embodiment, there is a transfer spanning 4 pitches, for example: in the ninth step, the old loop on the rear needle bed knitting needle h is moved leftward by 4 pitches to the front needle bed knitting needle d, so that the loop transfer can be performed by 4 pitches at a time, and in connection with the loop transfer sequence of the present embodiment, since the old loop on the rear needle bed knitting needle h adjacent thereto on the two knitting needles i and g on the rear needle bed is already moved leftward to the knitting needles f and d of the front needle bed in the seventh step and the eighth step before the old loop on the rear needle bed knitting needle h is moved, when the old loop on the rear needle bed knitting needle h is moved leftward by 4 pitches to the knitting needle d of the front needle bed, there is no state in which the old loop is in transitional tension between descending arcs, and thus, the knitting can be performed by moving the old loop at a time by 4 pitches.
Second embodiment
Fig. 4 is a weaving process diagram of the second embodiment, which includes only one flower width and one flower height for convenience of expression. Fig. 4 is the same as fig. 2, and fig. 5 is a sequential knitting process diagram of fig. 4.
T0, 16 old stitches are present on the front needle bed (one needle bed), wherein the stitch position on the knitting needle at a corresponds to the lower end portion of the zigzag tip of the knitted fabric, and the stitch position on the knitting needle at i corresponds to the upper end portion of the zigzag tip of the knitted fabric, and from this state, each knitting needle performs the front needle bed weft plain, the back needle bed (the other needle bed) weft plain and various transfer knitting, and the transfer knitting is symmetrical to the left and right at the i position. The 16 stitch widths are associated with the number of the flatbed knitting machine, and this embodiment is suitable for a flatbed knitting machine having a number smaller than 9.
