Description

Rapier loom for weft yarn bundle weaving and operation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weaving machine, in particular to a rapier weaving machine for weaving weft yarn bundles.
The invention relates to a method for operating a weaving machine, in particular to a method for operating a rapier weaving machine for weaving weft bundles.
Background
The rapier loom is a mainstream machine in the loom, has the advantages of high speed, stability and good variety adaptability, and is a preferred machine for weaving various grades of clothing fabric and other various grey fabrics. In shuttleless looms, the weft insertion principle of rapier looms was first proposed, which was originally a single rapier, and later invented a rapier loom for two rapier weft insertion. The rapier loom prototype was shown in the first international textile machinery exhibit (ITMA) of 1951, and a shuttleless loom was evaluated as a new technology at this exhibit.
The structure and the working principle of the rapier loom are described and explained in detail in the teaching unit 5 'shuttleless loom' (pages 094-199) of the module I and the documents of the general theory of textile machinery, and the like, published by the Chinese textile publisher in 2011 and 5 in the modern weaving technology published by the Donghua university publisher in 2014 and 1. The rapier opening mode mainly comprises two modes, wherein one mode is rigid mechanical impact release, and the other mode is electronic control assistance (such as electric control cylinder pushing and the like).
The chinese intellectual property office disclosed a flexible rapier loom at 22.03.1988, which discloses a basic structure of a weft insertion device (i.e., a weft insertion mechanism) on a conventional flexible rapier loom, wherein a driving mechanism of the weft insertion device employs a sector gear link type rapier conveying mechanism, which is fully disclosed in the patent. The chinese intellectual property office disclosed a "rapier opening mechanism of a double-rapier loom" in 2018, month 07 and 17, wherein the structure and the working principle of the existing rapier opening mechanism are disclosed in the specification and the attached drawings, and the specific working process is as follows: in the rapier and rapier connecting head yarn holding motion process, the position of releasing yarn can be determined, the position of releasing yarn is corresponding, through adjusting the adjusting arm, the rapier opening idler wheel can be effectively driven by the guide shaft to adjust the position, the rapier opening idler wheel is in trimming contact with the clamping yarn sheet flange, the clamping yarn sheet is gently pushed, and the yarn releasing effect is achieved. When the sword is opened, the adjusting arm is driven to swing only through a mechanical mechanism or an electronic control mechanism, and the movement of the sword opening roller is realized through driving the adjustment to swing, so that the sword opening roller is in trimming contact with the yarn clamping sheet flange when the sword is opened. The adjusting arm does not contact with the rapier, so that the impact of the rapier on the rapier by the rapier-opening object can be effectively reduced when the rapier is opened, the stability of leading the rapier is increased, and the service life of the rapier is prolonged. The Chinese intellectual property office discloses a roller type rapier opening mechanism of a rapier loom in 12-31.2007, when the rapier head returns to be close to the end point, a rolling bearing is in contact with a rapier opening block, the rapier head continues to return, the rolling bearing rolls on the upper surface of the rapier opening block, meanwhile, due to the inclined surface structure of the rapier opening block, the rapier opening block is pressed down by the rolling bearing to drive a yarn clamping reed to move downwards, and therefore a yarn clamping jaw formed by a yarn clamping block of the rapier head and the yarn clamping reed is opened. The working principle of the rapier opening mechanism belongs to the mature prior art, and mainly ensures that the action time of a weft receiving rapier acted by a rapier opener from the beginning to the completion of weft releasing is longer than that of a side rapier opener of a weft feeding rapier, and the action time of the weft receiving rapier or the weft feeding rapier is adjusted by properly moving the position of the rapier body motion direction of the rapier opener.
A conventional rapier loom includes a shedding mechanism, a weft insertion mechanism, a beating-up mechanism, a warp let-off mechanism, and a take-up mechanism, in which weft yarns are fed into a shed by the weft insertion mechanism one time after another and then pushed toward a fell via the beating-up mechanism and formed into a fabric. According to the configuration quantity of the rapier, the rapier can be divided into single rapier weft insertion and double rapier weft insertion. In the rapier loom adopting the single rapier weft insertion form, the rapier can only send one weft yarn into the shed at one time, but cannot send two or more weft yarns at one time, otherwise, the weft yarns are loosened or the weft yarns are hooked and broken in the picking and handing-over processes of the weft yarns. If more than two wefts are conveyed into the shed at one time through the weft insertion mechanism, the multi-rapier combined weft insertion mode can be adopted, and the rapier conveying mechanism are added to convey a plurality of wefts into the shed at the same time or a single rapier multiple-time shed entering and exiting mode is adopted to convey a plurality of wefts into the shed repeatedly. However, the foregoing method inevitably increases the equipment cost, or increases the working time during spinning, which is disadvantageous for reducing the cost or improving the production efficiency.
At present, if the aim of simultaneously conveying a plurality of weft yarns into a shed at one time is to be achieved, the defects that the existing weft insertion mechanism cannot realize the purpose, a plurality of weft yarns cannot be smoothly conveyed into the shed during rapier conveying, or a rapier conveyed into the shed cannot smoothly exit and the like easily occur. The weft yarn bundle refers to a weft yarn assembly in which a plurality of weft yarns (at least 2 or more) are assembled together.
