Abstract
The invention discloses a concentrated sulfuric acid deoiling and deslagging cyclic recovery device which comprises a deoiling tank, a filter, a relay tank and a receiving barrel, wherein the filter is used for communicating the deoiling tank with the relay tank through a pipeline, the relay tank is connected with the receiving barrel through a pipeline, the deoiling tank comprises a tank body, an acid inlet chamber, an intermediate chamber and an acid outlet chamber are formed in the tank body in a dividing mode through a first partition plate and a second partition plate, a filter bag is arranged at the top of the acid inlet chamber, the top of the first partition plate is fixed in the tank body, a communication port used for communicating the acid inlet chamber with the intermediate chamber is formed between the bottom of the first partition plate and the bottom of the tank, the bottom of the second partition plate is fixed at the bottom of the tank, and a communication port used. The oil and slag removal circulation recovery device for concentrated sulfuric acid is used for removing oil, removing slag and purifying concentrated sulfuric acid which is used for multiple times, and then sending the purified concentrated sulfuric acid into the pickling tank for recycling. Background
The concentrated sulfuric acid pickling is an important process in the electroplating pretreatment process of hardware or ornaments, and the concentration of sulfuric acid used in the process is sometimes as high as 98%. In the existing practical electroplating operation, the procedure is generally as follows: workers put the workpiece into a concentrated sulfuric acid storage barrel and then put out after the pickling is finished. Thus, after the sulfuric acid in the storage barrel is used for a plurality of times, the sulfuric acid is polluted due to oils carried into the workpiece and oxide layers such as rust peeled from the workpiece, and the pickling effect is further influenced. At this point, the barrel of sulfuric acid can only be scrapped, and a new barrel of sulfuric acid is usually replaced to meet the process requirements. The waste sulfuric acid can only be used as pollution waste and flows into the waste water treatment, and a large amount of waste water treatment cost is consumed.

The method realizes the recycling of resources, reduces the production cost, avoids unnecessary consumption, reduces the pollution and further saves a large amount of pollution treatment cost.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the embodiment, a concentrated sulfuric acid deoiling and deslagging recycling device includes a deoiling tank 1, a filter 2, a relay tank 3 and a receiving barrel 4, an acid outlet 5 of the deoiling tank 1 is connected with a liquid inlet end of the filter 2 through a pipeline, a liquid outlet end of the filter 2 is connected with the relay tank 3 through a pipeline, the relay tank 3 is disposed on a high platform 6, so that the relay tank 3 is located at a high position of the deoiling tank 1 and the receiving barrel 4, the relay tank 3 is connected with the receiving barrel 4 through a pipeline, the filtered and purified concentrated sulfuric acid in the relay tank 3 flows into the receiving barrel 4 through self weight, and a tray 7 is disposed at the bottom of the receiving barrel 4. The material and the filter element of the filter are specially customized and are used for filtering concentrated acid and removing oil, sediment and other impurities in the acid liquor.
