The device comprises a potential detector, a reference electrode device, an electric brush probe and a telescopic rod, wherein the reference electrode device is connected to the front end of the telescopic rod through a reference electrode wire, and the reference electrode device is fixed at the tail end of the telescopic rod; the electric brush probe is connected with the potential detector through an electric brush probe wire, so that the reference electrode device, the electric brush probe and the potential detector form a loop. The drum type filter screen potential measuring device can realize the periodic and convenient measurement of the drum type filter screen protection potential, can protect a potential detector and personnel safety by utilizing the magnetic connection mode of the reference electrode device and the telescopic rod, and can conveniently recover the reference electrode device which falls off outside by utilizing the air bag in the reference electrode device.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of corrosion protection, and particularly relates to a device for measuring the potential of a drum type filter screen.
Background
The drum type rotary filter screen of the nuclear power plant has the function of removing tiny impurities in the seawater to ensure the normal operation of subsequent equipment, and whether the drum can normally operate has great influence on the power plant. The drum net of the power plant is in seawater with high corrosiveness for a long time, so that a sacrificial anode is arranged on the drum net to protect the drum net from corrosion. The standard for cathodic protection requires that the device should periodically measure whether its protection potential meets the requirements after the sacrificial anode is installed. The protective potential measurement limits are measured at least once every 0.5a at the beginning (1 a-2a after installation) and at the end (near design life 2a-3 a) and once every 1a for the rest of the protective period. Currently, the measurement of the protection potential is mostly used for static equipment, and the protection potential measurement device and the protection potential measurement method for the rotating equipment such as the drum-type rotary filter screen are not available, so that the development of the protection potential measurement device and the protection potential measurement method for the rotating equipment such as the drum-type rotary filter screen is necessary.

The potential detector comprises a display screen, wherein the display screen can display an environment image where the reference electrode device is positioned and the information of the put-down depth of the reference electrode device; the potential detector is supported at the tail end of the telescopic rod through a buckle, and the buckle is in contact connection with a metal contact piece arranged on the telescopic rod, so that the reference electrode device, the potential detector and the electric brush probe form a loop.
The electric brush probe comprises a probe, a probe support and a metal elastic pressing sheet, wherein the probe is fixed in the shell-shaped probe support through a plurality of circumferentially arranged metal elastic pressing sheets.

The connection between the end of the reference electrode lead and the front end of the telescopic rod can be automatically separated under the action of external force by utilizing a magnetic connection mode; the end part of the brush probe wire connected with the potential detector is of a plug structure, and the brush probe wire is connected with the potential detector through a jack type connection.
The telescopic rod is further provided with a support, the support can be used for conveniently placing the telescopic rod, and meanwhile the length of the telescopic rod penetrating into the drum net is limited, so that the telescopic rod is prevented from being clamped by the drum net.
The invention has the remarkable effects that: the drum type filter screen potential measuring device can realize the periodic and convenient measurement of the drum type filter screen protection potential, can protect a potential detector and personnel safety by utilizing the magnetic connection mode of the reference electrode device and the telescopic rod, and can conveniently recover the reference electrode device which falls off outside by utilizing the air bag in the reference electrode device.
