The invention provides a recycling device of industrial wastewater, wherein a rotating shaft rotates to drive a gas distribution pipe on a vent pipe to rotate, air is fully dissipated into the wastewater through gas holes on the rotating gas distribution pipe, microorganisms can fully contact with the air to decompose the wastewater, so that the wastewater is completely treated, the wastewater is treated in a treatment box, and the incompletely treated wastewater can directly enter an oxidation box to be treated again until the wastewater is completely treated.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an industrial wastewater recycling device provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes a processing box 4, the left side of the processing box 4 is fixedly connected with an impurity removing box 2, an air inlet of the impurity removing box 2 extends to the inside of an electrolytic box 7, the electrolytic box 7 is located above an oxidation box 10, the top end of the oxidation box 10 is detachably connected with a filter screen b9, the left side of the oxidation box 10 is provided with a motor 16, a power output end of the motor 16 is connected with a power input end of a rotating shaft 28, the right end of the rotating shaft 28 is bonded with a vent pipe 12, the vent pipe 12 is connected with a plurality of gas distribution pipes 11 in a gap manner, the gas distribution pipes 11 are provided with a plurality of air holes 29 on the surface, the plurality of air holes 29 are provided, the right side of the vent pipe 12 is inserted with an air inlet pipe 13, the air inlet pipe 13 is detachably connected with an air, filter tank 15 is located water pump a17 right side, water pump a17 passes through raceway 24 and agitator tank 25 intercommunication, the air inlet of agitator tank 25 extends to the inside of water purification case 21, water purification case 21 detachably connected with water pump b19, water pump b19 passes through wet return 18 and oxidation case 10 intercommunication.

The oxidation reaction is carried out on the anode, the reduction reaction is carried out on the cathode 5, metal ions in the wastewater react to form precipitates, after the reaction is finished, the wastewater flows into the oxidation box 10, the precipitates generated by the reaction in the wastewater are filtered by a filter screen b9, the controller 8 controls the air pump 14 to be started, the controller 8 is an LM3S811 single chip microcomputer, the air pump 14 is 750W-30L, the air pump 14 conveys air into the vent pipe 12 through the air inlet pipe 13, the vent pipe 12 and the air inlet pipe 13 are positioned in the oxidation box 10, the vent pipe 12 is bonded with the rotating shaft 28, the motor 16 drives the rotating shaft 28 to rotate, the motor 16 is Y90L-4, the rotating shaft 28 drives the vent pipe 12 and the vent pipe 11 on the vent pipe 12 to rotate and stir the wastewater, the air in the vent pipe 12 is conveyed into the oxidation box 10 through the air holes 29 on the vent pipe 11, impurities are generated after the microorganisms in the, the water pipe connected with the water pump a17 is conveyed into the stirring tank 25, the water pump a17 is YL-3003, the reaction liquid tank 26 conveys reaction drugs into the stirring tank 25 to be fully mixed and reacted with the wastewater, the wastewater enters the water purification tank 21 after the reaction is finished and is filtered by the double-layer filter cloth a23 and the activated carbon layer 22 in the water purification tank 21, the wastewater which does not reach the water purification standard after the filtering is finished is conveyed into the oxidation tank 10 through the water return pipe 18 connected with the water pump b19 to be continuously purified, the water pump b19 is YL-3003, the wastewater which meets the requirement is directly discharged out of the water purification tank 21, and impurities on the filter cloth and the filter screen are cleaned after the treatment is finished.
