A pouring and returning device for a construction liquid tank according to claim 4, further comprising a lifting assembly, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a winding cylinder, a winding roller and a guide roller, an outer shell of the winding cylinder is mounted on the connecting wall, the winding roller is connected to the winding cylinder and is parallel to the connecting wall, and the guide roller is rotatably disposed on the top of the connecting wall and is parallel to the winding roller.

A pouring and returning device for a construction liquid tank as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lifting assembly further comprises a lifting rope and a lifting hook, one end of the lifting rope is wound on the winding roller and wound on the guide roller, and the lifting hook is fixed to the other end of the lifting rope.

A pouring and returning device for a construction liquid tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein a lifting gap is formed between the convex arc-shaped lifting part and the side wall of the liquid tank, and the lifting hook is inserted into the lifting gap and detachably fastened to the convex arc-shaped lifting part.

A pouring and retrieving apparatus for construction liquid tank as claimed in claim 7, wherein the sum of the arc lengths of said two arc-shaped flexible wings is larger than the circumference of said liquid tank, and said two arc-shaped flexible wings can be supported on said mounting base frame after being opened, so that there is a gap from the ground between the top of the side wall of said liquid tank and said mounting base frame.

A pouring and returning device for a construction liquid tank as claimed in claim 8, further comprising two arc-shaped holding pieces, wherein a spacing block is disposed at the middle of the two arc-shaped holding pieces, and the spacing block is used for abutting against the arc-shaped flexible wings, so that a gap is formed between the arc-shaped holding pieces and the arc-shaped flexible wings, and the fastening member is inserted into the two arc-shaped flexible wings.
