the light intensity information detection unit is used for detecting whether the light intensity information acquired by the pixel unit changes or not, and if so, the pixel unit is set as a movable pixel unit; judging whether the number of the movable pixel units is larger than a preset threshold value or not, if so, controlling all the pixel units to output light intensity information to generate a movable garbage classification image;
the garbage classification information processing unit is used for carrying out single-layer discrete two-dimensional wavelet decomposition on the garbage classification image by using a db1 second-generation wavelet integer lifting algorithm to obtain a decomposition coefficient cA of a low-frequency sub-band, a high-frequency sub-band decomposition coefficient cH in the horizontal direction, a high-frequency sub-band decomposition coefficient cV in the vertical direction and a high-frequency sub-band decomposition coefficient cD in the diagonal direction; using an L1 regular limit to solve the characteristic base vector and the sparse coefficient of the image through the loss function minimum;
the image gray processing unit is used for calculating the total number q of the gray levels phagocytosed by the original garbage classification image I in the enhanced image J;
the image enhancement unit is used for obtaining a new histogram array H' I (k) according to the corresponding interval value g of adjacent gray levels in the enhanced image J and the total number q of phagocytosed gray levels;

the voice node test request receiving device is used for receiving a voice node test request which is sent by the voice feature extraction unit and comprises the voice node information to be tested;
the test list generating device is used for reading corresponding voice node attribute information from the voice node element attribute table according to the voice node information to be tested, reading corresponding function transaction attribute information from the node/function relation table, and combining the read voice node attribute information and the read function transaction attribute information into a test list to be output;

and fourthly, displaying the monitored garbage classification box condition and the garbage disposal process video by using a display through a display module.

3) according to the position topological graph and the use data of each dustbin, determining adjustment indicating information for indicating adjustment of distribution positions of the dustbin;
4) and adjusting the distribution position of the garbage can according to the adjustment indication information.
