A ballast unloading control and ballast unloading position adjusting device for a ballast transport lane core comprises a ballast unloading box for the core, which is positioned on the lower surface of a chassis of a ballast transport vehicle; wherein the rear side surface and the upper end surface of the ballast discharging box of the road core are both in an open structure; the rear side surface of the road core ballast discharging box is hinged with a road core discharging door; the lower end parts of the left side wall and the right side wall of the ballast unloading box of the road center are respectively fixed with a suspension plate; electric push rods are arranged on the left side and the right side of the ballast unloading box of the road core; the rod body of the electric push rod is hinged with the road core unloading door, and the base of the electric push rod is hinged with the box wall of the ballast unloading box of the road core on the adjacent side. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of railway construction equipment, in particular to a device for controlling and adjusting ballast discharging position of a ballast transport lane core.
Background
Railway ballasts with a certain thickness need to be paved under the common speed and freight railway tracks, and the railway ballasts also have the effects of improving the elasticity of a track bed and maintaining the technical parameters of the tracks to be stable while transferring loads.
Under the prior art, the railway ballast is paved by adopting a rail-mounted railway ballast transport vehicle. Specifically, the ballast transport vehicle opens the bottom door by means of the pneumatic device to unload the ballasts, however, practice shows that the ballast transport vehicle has the following problems that firstly, the ballast unloading port of the track core is controlled pneumatically, and the failure rate is high. Secondly, the ballast unloading amount and the ballast unloading position of the road core cannot be accurately controlled, so that the construction effect is influenced. Thirdly, after ballast is unloaded, manual ballast evening and redundant ballast on a sleeper are required to be cleaned, so that the equipment failure rate is high, the labor intensity is increased, the construction efficiency is low, and the construction cost is high. Therefore, it is necessary to invent a device for controlling and adjusting the ballast discharging position of the ballast transport lane core.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a device for controlling and adjusting the ballast discharging position of a ballast transport lane by center, aiming at solving the problems of high equipment failure rate, high labor intensity, low construction efficiency and high construction cost when the conventional ballast transport vehicle discharges ballasts.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a ballast unloading control and ballast unloading position adjusting device for a ballast transport lane core comprises a ballast unloading box for the core, which is positioned on the lower surface of a chassis of a ballast transport vehicle;
wherein the rear side surface and the upper end surface of the ballast discharging box of the road core are both in an open structure; the rear side surface of the road core ballast discharging box is hinged with a road core discharging door; the lower end parts of the left side wall and the right side wall of the ballast unloading box of the road center are respectively fixed with a suspension plate; electric push rods are arranged on the left side and the right side of the ballast unloading box of the road core; the rod body of the electric push rod is hinged with the road core discharging door, and the base of the electric push rod is hinged with the box wall of the road core discharging box on one side adjacent to the base;
a position adjusting mechanism is suspended between the two suspension plates; the position adjusting mechanism comprises two suspension brackets which are distributed left and right; a columnar overturning box formed by splicing a plurality of overturning buckets along the circumferential direction is arranged between the two suspension brackets; the left end and the right end of the columnar overturning box are respectively provided with an overturning bucket rotating shaft which is coaxial with the columnar overturning box; the two turning bucket rotating shafts penetrate through the corresponding suspension brackets and are connected with discs coaxial with the two turning bucket rotating shafts; the disc is provided with a plurality of feeler levers which are corresponding to the splicing gaps of the turnover bucket left and right.
When ballast discharging operation is carried out, firstly, each section of railway ballast transport vehicle respectively installs two railway center ballast discharging boxes at the front and rear two ends of the lower surface of a railway ballast transport vehicle chassis along the traveling direction of the railway ballast transport vehicle, a railway center discharging door is opened, and railway ballasts can slide to a railway center area between two steel rails through the railway center ballast discharging boxes.
The locomotive-linked multi-section railway ballast transport vehicle keeps running at a constant speed based on the walking speed of ballast unloading operation personnel, and sequentially operates the railway ballast unloading boxes one by one forwards from the tail end of the last railway carriage to carry out ballast unloading operation.
The position adjusting mechanism is hung on the ballast discharging box of the road core, and the opening degree of a ballast discharging door of the road core is regulated and controlled through an electric push rod according to actual conditions, so that the control of the ballast discharging amount is realized; and after the railway ballasts in the carriage are completely unloaded, unloading the railway ballasts in the previous carriage.
The concrete working process of ballast unloading of the road core is as follows: the power supply of the ballast discharging box connected with the channel core adjusts the opening degree of the ballast discharging door by driving the electric push rod to stretch so as to control the ballast discharging amount; meanwhile, the railway ballast in the railway ballast unloading box flows into the turning hopper with the opening facing upwards in the carrying mechanism, the carrying mechanism moves horizontally along with the running of the flat transport vehicle, and when the probe rod on the disk touches the sleeper, the probe rod drives the disk and the carrying mechanism to rotate, so that the railway ballast in the tipping bucket is poured into a railway ballast box between two sleepers in the railway center, and the purpose of changing a continuous railway ballast unloading mode into an intermittent railway ballast unloading mode is achieved.
And simultaneously, the next tipping bucket with the upward opening receives the railway ballast, and the next tipping bucket repeats the steps, so that the ballast unloading work of the ballast unloading box of the railway core is completed. And immediately stopping the railway center, disconnecting the power supply of the ballast discharging box and taking down the position regulator. And after all the railway ballasts in the multi-section carriages of the railway ballast transport vehicle are unloaded, closing all the railway core unloading ballast doors, disconnecting the power supply and taking down the position adjusting mechanism.
Specifically, each suspension plate is penetrated with two suspension bolts in the left and right directions; the upper side wall of each suspension bracket is provided with a notch corresponding to one suspension bolt on the suspension plate; the lower side wall of each suspension bracket is provided with a notch corresponding to the other suspension bolt on the suspension plate; the suspension bracket is an L-shaped suspension bracket.
Specifically, a ballast discharging control system for the road core is arranged on the ballast discharging box for the road core; the ballast unloading control system for the road core comprises a ballast unloading remote control receiver for the road core and a ballast unloading controller for the road core; the output end of the ballast unloading remote control receiver of the road core is connected with the input end of a ballast unloading controller of the road core; the output end of the ballast unloading controller of the road core is connected with the input end of the electric push rod; the input end of the ballast unloading remote control receiver of the road core is wirelessly connected with a remote control transmitter, and the remote control transmitter controls the ballast unloading remote control receiver of the road core of the multi-section ballast transport vehicle.
The switch of any road center discharge door of the multi-section carriage of the railway ballast transport vehicle is selectively controlled through a key of the remote control transmitter. The specific working process is as follows: and the road center ballast discharging remote control receiver receives the instruction of the remote control transmitter and transmits the instruction to the road center ballast discharging controller, and the road center ballast discharging controller controls the electric push rod to extend out (retract) after receiving the instruction, so that the road center ballast discharging door is opened (closed).
The ballast unloading amount is realized by an operator through a remote control emitter, and specifically, electric push rods with uniform specification and model are installed on ballast unloading boxes with uniform size; each electric push rod is provided with a ballast unloading controller with uniform frequency.
Based on the process, compared with the existing ballast technology, the device for controlling and adjusting the ballast unloading position of the ballast transport lane core has the following advantages: firstly, the ballast discharging port is controlled through the electric push rod, and the failure rate is reduced. Secondly, the continuous ballast unloading of the road core is changed into intermittent ballast unloading, so that the ballast unloading amount and the ballast unloading position of the road core can be accurately controlled, and the construction effect is enhanced. And thirdly, the workload of manually leveling the ballast and cleaning redundant ballast on the sleeper is reduced, so that the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
The ballast unloading device is simple in structure and ingenious in design, effectively solves the problems of high equipment failure rate, high labor intensity, low construction efficiency and high construction cost when the conventional ballast transport vehicle unloads ballasts, and is suitable for the field of railway construction.
