Abstract

Background
Trucks are widely used for the transportation of goods, and due to their large load capacity, the tires used in trucks are large in size. a latch inserted into the latch hole of the connector, and aligned with the latch groove of the rotary connector and entering a bottom of the latch groove after the rotary connector is rotated relative to the connector and pushed in an extending direction of the rotary hole grid, so that the cradle connector assembly is in an open state.

Further, the cradle connecting assembly 100 includes a rotating shaft 40, and the connecting member sidewall 21 of the rotating connecting member 20 further forms a rotating shaft hole grid 2102. The rotating shaft 40 passes through the rotating shaft mounting hole 3101 on the joint side wall 31 of the joint 30 and a part of the rotating shaft hole grid 2102 on the connecting piece side wall 21 of the rotating connecting piece 20 in sequence, so that the rotating connecting piece 20 is rotatably connected to the joint 30 by taking the rotating shaft 40 as a rotating shaft.
In the present invention, when the cradle connection assembly 100 is in the locked state, the shaft 40 is inserted through the upper portion of the shaft hole grid 2102 by passing through the shaft mounting hole 3101 and the connection hole 2101, and at this time, the lower portion of the shaft hole grid 2102 is aligned with the latch mounting hole 3102, so that the joint 30 and the rotary connector 20 are relatively fixed after the latch is inserted into the place for use.
Furthermore, a slot 2103 is formed at the top of each side wall 21 of the rotary connector 20. Preferably, the side of each of the connector side walls 21 is provided with a guide edge 2104. The cradle connection assembly 100 further includes a latch 60, wherein each of the connector sidewalls 31 is provided with a latch hole 3103. The latch 60 is inserted into the latch hole 3103.
When it is necessary to switch the cradle connection assembly 100 from the locked state to the unlocked state, the latch inserted into the lower portion of the hinge hole grill 2102 and the latch mounting hole 3102 is first pulled out, and then the channel steel member 10 and the rotary connector mounted on the top of the channel steel member 10 are rotated. During rotation, the latch 60 inserted through the latch hole 3103 is guided along the guide edge 2104 toward the notch of the latch slot 2103.
Subsequently, the channel steel member 10 is pushed toward the upper portion of the shaft grill 2102, so that the rotary connector 20 is slid with respect to the joint 30, and the shaft 40 is slid to the lower portion of the shaft grill 2102. At the same time, the latch 60 can be snapped into the slot 2103 of the connector sidewall 21 of the rotating connector 20. In this way, the swivel joint 20 is maintained in the open state.
It can be understood that, after the cradle is mounted on the channel steel member 10 of the cradle connection assembly 100, if it is required to fix the cradle with respect to the vehicle, the cradle connection assembly 100 can be maintained in the locked state; the cradle attachment assembly 100 may be maintained in the open position if it is desired to have the cradle opened relative to the vehicle to facilitate access to the bottom of the vehicle by service personnel.
Further, the cradle connection assembly 100 further includes an auxiliary member 70. The auxiliary member is installed in the installation groove 101 at the top of the channel steel member 10. The auxiliary member 70 has a mounting portion 71 and a bolting portion 72. The mounting portion 71 of the auxiliary member 70 has an auxiliary member rear wall 711. The auxiliary member rear wall 711 is provided with an auxiliary member fixing hole 71101, and correspondingly, the channel steel member rear wall 12 of the channel steel member 10 is provided with a rear wall through hole 1202. After the mounting portion 71 of the auxiliary 70 is mounted in the mounting groove 101 of the channel steel member 10, the rear wall through hole 1202 is aligned with the auxiliary fixing hole 71101 on the auxiliary rear wall 711 of the mounting portion 71 of the auxiliary 70, so that the fixing member 50 can be inserted into the auxiliary fixing hole to fix the auxiliary 70 to the channel steel member 10.
Preferably, the mounting portion 71 also has a plurality of sidewall fixing holes 7101 at both sidewalls thereof. 1. A cradle attachment assembly for attaching a cradle to a vehicle, wherein said cradle attachment assembly comprises:
a plurality of fasteners;
the channel steel piece is provided with two channel steel piece side walls, wherein each two channel steel piece side walls are provided with at least two fixing holes, one fixing hole on each two channel steel piece side walls corresponds to the fixing hole on the other channel steel piece side wall, the channel steel piece is provided with a channel steel piece rear wall, the two channel steel piece side walls respectively extend integrally from two side edges of the channel steel piece rear wall, and the channel steel piece rear wall is provided with at least one protection frame hanging opening for installing the protection frame;
a rotatable connector having two connector side walls and a connector back wall, the two connector side walls extending integrally from the two side edges of the connector back wall to form a slot between the two connector side walls and the connector back wall, the two connector side walls each having a connection hole, when the channel steel member is inserted into the slot of the rotatable connector, the fixing hole is aligned with the connection hole for the insertion of the fastener to fix the rotatable connector and the channel steel member, a slot is formed at the top of each connector side wall of the rotatable connector, and the connector side walls of the rotatable connector further form a rotation shaft hole grid;

a pivot shaft, wherein said pivot shaft extends through said pivot shaft mounting hole and said pivot shaft aperture grid of said adapter to rotatably couple said rotatable connection member to said structure, wherein said cradle connection assembly is in a locked condition when said latch pin mounting hole of said adapter is aligned with a lower portion of said pivot shaft aperture grid; and
a latch inserted into the latch hole of the connector, and aligned with the latch groove of the rotary connector and entering a bottom of the latch groove after the rotary connector is rotated relative to the connector and pushed in an extending direction of the rotary hole grid, so that the cradle connector assembly is in an open state.
2. The cradle connecting assembly according to claim 1, wherein a guide edge is provided on each side of the side wall of the connecting member, and the locking pin inserted into the pin hole is guided along the guide edge to the notch of the locking groove when the rotating connecting member is rotated with respect to the joint.

The cradle connecting assembly according to claim 1, wherein the channel member has a channel member rear wall, wherein two channel member side walls integrally extend from both side edges of the channel member rear wall, respectively, and a mounting groove is formed between the channel member rear wall and the two channel member side walls.

A cradle connection assembly according to claim 1, further comprising an auxiliary member having a mounting portion and a latching portion, the mounting portion of the auxiliary member being mounted to the mounting groove at the top of the channel steel member, each of the joint side walls of the joint being provided with a latching hole for mounting a fixing member, the latching portion of the auxiliary member forming a latching groove, the auxiliary member rotating with the channel steel member relative to the joint when the cradle connection assembly is switched from the open state to the locked state, the fixing member mounted to the latching hole of the joint side wall being capable of being latched into the latching groove from a notch of the latching groove of the latching portion of the auxiliary member.

The cradle connection assembly of claim 4, said mounting portion of said auxiliary member having an auxiliary member rear wall, said auxiliary member rear wall having an auxiliary member fixing hole, correspondingly, said channel steel member rear wall having a rear wall through hole, said rear wall through hole aligning with said auxiliary member fixing hole on said auxiliary member rear wall on said mounting portion of said auxiliary member for fixing said auxiliary member to said channel steel member after said fixing member is inserted into said mounting groove of said auxiliary member when said mounting portion of said auxiliary member is mounted to said mounting groove of said channel steel member.
