Description

Car seat with split type face cover shelters from structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile seat, in particular to an automobile seat with a split type face cover shielding structure.
Background
At present, the demand of consumers for the automobile seat is developed towards the direction of more comfort and more diversified functions. The seat mechanism design is therefore more complex, requiring not only multidirectional adjustment of the seat back and seat cushion, but also greater and greater angles and travel of adjustment. For the multifunctional seat, the phenomenon that the joint position of the seat cushion and the backrest is exposed out of the framework or the gap can occur in the movement process, so that the potential safety hazard is caused, and the attractiveness is influenced.
To the seat of cushion fore-and-aft movement, back front and back upset simultaneously, the relative motion of cushion and back can all be aroused in the motion of every direction to the movement stroke is great, if adopt following prior art shelter from the structure all can't be intact realize the function of sheltering from to skeleton or gap.
In a known shielding structure, as shown in fig. 10, a part of soft glue 1' extends from a side plate to shield. If the soft rubber 1 'is made large, the backrest can interfere with the seat when turned to the forefront, so that the soft rubber 1' is damaged; if the soft rubber 1' is made small, the gap and the framework can not be completely shielded when the backrest is turned backwards, and the shielding requirement can not be met.
Another known barrier construction is a fabric barrier over a skeletal frame. Practice shows that the fabric can only shield the framework and cannot shield gaps; and at the hookup location of cushion and back, the skeleton texture is complicated, and skeleton facing material can't realize.
Yet another known masking structure is shown in fig. 11, where a piece of fabric 1 "is stretched over the cushion cover to provide masking. Because such design one side is connected with cushion face cover, and one side is fixed on the skeleton, when both have relative motion, produces the fold easily to when the stroke is great, can't all shelter from the clearance, can't satisfy the demand of outward appearance and function simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 12, another integral shielding structure is known, in which a shielding cloth 1' ″ is connected to a cushion cover, a backrest cover, and a frame, and because the backrest and the cushion move relative to each other, a resilient cloth with a relatively large elasticity is required, and wrinkles are generated during the forward tilting of the backrest.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an automobile seat according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a split type cover shielding structure 1 disposed between a backrest 2 and a seat cushion 3, wherein the backrest 2 includes a backrest frame 21 and a backrest cover 22 fitted over the backrest frame 21, the seat cushion 3 includes a seat cushion frame 31 and a seat cushion cover 32 fitted over the seat cushion frame 31, and the split type cover shielding structure 1 is disposed between the backrest frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31 to shield a gap (and a mounting structure located in the gap) between the backrest frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31. When the backrest is adjusted to the forwardmost position shown in fig. 1, the gap between the backrest frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31 is minimized (or even disappears); adjusting the seatback 2 rearward causes the seat cushion 3 to move upward and forward, so that the gap between the seatback frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31 gradually increases until the use position shown in fig. 2; continued rearward adjustment of the seatback 2 causes the seat cushion 3 to continue to move upward and forward, so that the gap between the seatback frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31 continues to increase until the final position shown in fig. 3, at which the gap between the seatback frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31 is at a maximum. Vice versa, that is, forward adjustment of the seatback 2 causes the gap between the seatback frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31 to gradually decrease. Practice shows that the split type face cover shielding structure 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention can shield the gap between the backrest frame 21 and the seat cushion frame 31 in all states, and ensure the safety and the appearance. In the present embodiment, the back 2 is turned back and forth by 60 degrees, the cushion 3 is moved forward and backward by 70mm, and the up and down movement is 50 mm.

Fig. 7 shows an installation environment of the cushion shield cloth 12, in which the cushion shield cloth 12 is installed on the back frame 21 and the cushion frame 31 independently of both the back cover 22 and the cushion cover 32. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the top end of the seat cushion covering fabric 121 is non-fixedly connected to the backrest frame 21 at a fixing point 121a, for example, by a cable tie, one side of the seat cushion covering fabric 121 is non-movably connected to the seat cushion frame 31 at a fixing point 121b, for example, by a christmas tree, and the seat cushion link 122 is slidably fixed below the bowl wire of the seat cushion frame 31.
Fig. 8 shows the installation environment of both the back shield cloth 11 and the cushion shield cloth 12, in which the back shield cloth 11 and the cushion shield cloth 12 are used in an overlapping manner without sewing or assembling. Specifically, the back shield cloth 11 is located below the cushion shield cloth 12.
Referring back to fig. 5, the shielding materials 111 and 121 serve as a main shielding function, the connecting members 112 and 122 are disposed in the invisible area of the movement and are respectively stitched with one side of the shielding materials 111 and 121, the elastic direction is the same as the main force direction, and the inner lining plates 113 and 123 are used in the visible area of the relative movement of the shielding materials 111 and 121. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the covering materials 111 ', 121 ' have elasticity, and the connecting members 112 ', 122 ' are non-elastic connecting members connected to the covering materials 111 ', 121 ', wherein the covering materials 111 ', 121 ' play a main role of covering, the connecting members 112 ', 122 ' are disposed at the positions of the fixing points 112a ', 121a ', 121b ' fixedly connected to the framework, and the lining plates 113 ', 123 ' are used in the visible region where the covering materials 111 ', 121 ' have relative movement.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various changes may be made in the above embodiments of the present invention. All simple and equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present patent application. The invention has not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
