Abstract
The invention provides a protective air inlet grille component and a vehicle with the same, wherein the protective air inlet grille component comprises a mounting bracket, a plurality of grille sheets arranged on the mounting bracket in parallel at intervals, and a plurality of reinforcing blocks connected with the grille sheets and the mounting bracket; each grid piece comprises a long grid piece and a short grid piece connected with the top end of the long grid piece in an acute angle mode, the short grid piece extends towards the upper portion of the long grid piece in an inclined mode, a first included angle is formed between the long grid piece and the top face of the mounting support, a second included angle is formed between the short grid piece and the top face of the mounting support, and the first included angle and the second included angle are acute angles. So can increase the air input in engine compartment, form aperture throttling effect, pressurize when the air gets into and accelerate the cooling processing, improve the cooling effect, can effectively avoid the external object to bounce between the grid piece simultaneously and lead to the protection inefficacy.

Background
In the process of driving the fuel-oil automobile, enough air needs to be sucked and mixed with fuel oil to generate power so as to drive the automobile to run. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the damage caused by the fact that external large objects such as stones enter the engine compartment, the air inlet grille needs to be designed at the front end of the air inlet, enough space needs to be reserved between the grille plates or the grille nets for the required air for combustion to enter, and the large-size external objects need to be physically isolated. Protective vehicles, such as bulletproof vehicles, need to have mobility in the first time of being subjected to bullet attacks and have the capability of being separated from dangerous areas and the like, besides the basic driving requirement of the vehicles on the road surface is ensured, and a front grille area which is directly communicated with the outside air is a weak protective area of an engine compartment area.
In the prior art, foreign objects can be greatly reduced to enter an engine compartment by increasing the inclination angle of the grid pieces and forming a certain overlapping length, and the maneuverability of a vehicle body is ensured. However, with large tilt angles and overlap lengths, the flow of air through the grille into the engine compartment is drastically reduced during vehicle operation, particularly at high speeds. In addition, from the perspective of light weight of the vehicle body, the overlapping length between the grating sheets is too long, so that the weight is heavy; in addition, when the steel grid plate is subjected to high-speed impact (such as bullet impact), a boundary effect occurs in an edge area, and a shot refraction and bounce occurs in the rest area, so that the steel grid plate enters an engine compartment. There is a risk of failure of the protection.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a protective air intake grill assembly and a vehicle having the same, so as to solve the problem that the flow rate of air entering an engine compartment through a grill is sharply reduced when the vehicle travels at a high speed.
The protective air inlet grille component comprises a mounting bracket, a plurality of grille pieces arranged on the mounting bracket in parallel at intervals, and a plurality of reinforcing blocks connected with the grille pieces and the mounting bracket; each grid piece comprises a long grid piece and a short grid piece connected with the top end of the long grid piece in an acute angle mode, the short grid piece extends towards the upper portion of the long grid piece in an inclined mode, a first included angle is formed between the long grid piece and the top face of the mounting support, a second included angle is formed between the short grid piece and the top face of the mounting support, and the first included angle and the second included angle are acute angles.
Further, the angle between the short grating pieces and the long grating pieces is 40-50 degrees.

Further, the mounting bracket comprises a main body frame with an opening in the middle, and two side plates which are respectively connected with two sides of the main body frame and extend towards the same side of the main body frame.
Furthermore, a plurality of installation chutes are obliquely arranged on the end faces, far away from the main body frame, of the two side plates, installation convex blocks are arranged on the outer sides of the two ends of the long grid piece along the length in a protruding mode, and the two installation convex blocks are located in the installation chutes, opposite to the two side plates, respectively.
Furthermore, the angle of the end face, far away from the main body frame, of the installation chute relative to the side plate is 50-60 degrees.

Furthermore, protective paint is sprayed on the outer surfaces of the mounting bracket, the grid pieces and the reinforcing blocks.
The invention also provides a vehicle with the protective air inlet grille component.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the protective air inlet grille component and the vehicle with the protective air inlet grille component can increase the air inflow of an engine compartment, form a small hole throttling effect, perform pressurization and accelerated cooling treatment when air enters, improve the cooling effect and effectively avoid the protection failure caused by the bouncing of external objects between grille pieces.

It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention, are within the scope of the invention.
The following first describes in detail a protective type intake grill assembly and a vehicle having the same provided according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the protective air intake grill assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting bracket 10, a plurality of grill plates 20 disposed on the mounting bracket 10 in parallel and at intervals, and a plurality of reinforcing blocks 30 vertically connected to the grill plates 20 and the mounting bracket 10.
The mounting bracket 10 includes a main body frame 11 having an opening at a middle portion thereof, and two side plates 12 connected to both sides of the main body frame 11, respectively, and extending toward the same side of the main body frame 11.
The end surfaces of the two side plates 12 far away from the main body frame 11 are both obliquely provided with a plurality of installation inclined grooves 13.
In the present embodiment, the main body frame 11 is rectangular, the opening in the middle thereof is also rectangular, and four corners of the opening are rounded.
The angle of the installation chute 13 relative to the end face of the side plate 12 far away from the main body frame 11 is 50-60 degrees; preferably, the angle of the mounting chute 13 with respect to the end surface of the side plate 12 away from the main body frame 11 is 59 degrees.
Each grating sheet 20 comprises a long grating sheet 22 and a short grating sheet 21 connected with the top end of the long grating sheet 22 at an acute angle. So that a V-shaped angle is formed between the short grating pieces 21 and the long grating pieces 22.
In the present embodiment, the long grating pieces 22 have an arc-shaped cross section, the short grating pieces 21 extend toward the upper outer side of the long grating pieces 22, and the angle of the V-shaped included angle formed between the short grating pieces 21 and the tangential direction of the long grating pieces 22 is 40 to 50 degrees, preferably 46 degrees.
The long grating pieces 22 are further provided with mounting projections 23 protruding from the outer sides of the two ends along the length, and the mounting projections 23 on the two sides respectively extend into the mounting chutes 13 opposite to the two side plates 12, so that the grating pieces 20 are mounted.
A first included angle is formed between the long grating pieces 22 and the top surface (i.e. horizontal surface) of the side plate 12, a second included angle is formed between the short grating pieces 21 and the top surface of the side plate 12, and the first included angle and the second included angle are acute angles.
The plurality of reinforcing blocks 30 are parallel to and spaced at the opening of the main body frame 11, and the outer sides of the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing blocks 30 are fixedly connected with the main body frame 11, such as welded. The middle part of the reinforcing block 30 is connected with the end of the long grating piece 22 far away from the short grating piece 21 at the inner side far away from the main body frame 11.
Preferably, a plurality of slots are further formed in one end of the long grating piece 22 away from the short grating piece 21, and the inner side of the reinforcing block 30 away from the main body frame 11 is clamped into the slots of the long grating piece 22. The positioning and limiting of the grid sheet 20 are realized. The reinforcing block 30 is used to enhance the installation reliability of the grid segments 20, prevent the grid segments 20 from bending and deforming under the action of wind, and improve the rigidity thereof.
The outer surfaces of the mounting bracket 10, the grid sheet 20 and the reinforcing block 30 are all coated with high-toughness and high-elasticity protective coating.
Referring to fig. 5, when in use, external air enters from between the short grid pieces 21 of the grid pieces 20 below and the long grid pieces 22 of the grid pieces 20 above, so that a trumpet-shaped air inlet with gradually decreasing width from outside to inside is formed, a large amount of air can be received, and in the process of entering the air, due to the gradually decreasing width of the channel, a small hole throttling effect is formed, so that the air is pressurized and cooled quickly, and the cooling effect is improved.
After the high-speed gas enters an engine compartment, a part of the high-speed gas is mixed with fuel oil through equipment such as an air inlet and an air filter of the engine and the like and enters a combustion chamber for combustion to generate power for supporting the motor-driven running of the vehicle; the other part of gas circulates in the engine compartment, and the high-speed low-temperature gas can take away the surface heat of parts with higher temperature, such as a water tank, and the like, so that the cooling effect is improved. Meanwhile, as the grating pieces 20 adopt a V-shaped structure, the short grating pieces 21 and the long grating pieces 22 of the adjacent grating pieces 20 form structural overlapping, the gap amount is ensured, and the protection failure caused by the boundary effect is reduced; foreign objects, such as projectiles, may change flight direction after colliding with the grid plate, and even may be ejected. The protective coating on the outermost side has the characteristics of high toughness and high elasticity, and can retain low-speed shots and fragments in the protective coating, so that the protective failure risk caused by 'bounce' is reduced, and the area range of secondary damage around a vehicle can be reduced.
The protective air inlet grille component can increase the air inflow of an engine compartment, form a small hole throttling effect and perform pressurization and accelerated cooling treatment when air enters when a vehicle runs at a high speed, improves the cooling effect and can effectively avoid the protection failure caused by the bouncing of external objects between grille pieces.
In an embodiment of the invention, a vehicle is also provided, which has the protective air intake grille assembly.
The vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the protective air inlet grille component according to the embodiment, and the protective air inlet grille component according to the embodiment of the invention has the technical effects, so that the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the corresponding technical effects of increasing the air inlet quantity of an engine compartment, forming a small hole throttling effect, carrying out pressurization and accelerated temperature reduction treatment when air enters, improving the cooling effect and effectively avoiding the protection failure caused by the bounce of an external object between grille sheets.

"upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships are changed accordingly.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A protective air inlet grille component is characterized by comprising a mounting bracket, a plurality of grille pieces arranged on the mounting bracket in parallel at intervals, and a plurality of reinforcing blocks connected with the grille pieces and the mounting bracket; each grid piece comprises a long grid piece and a short grid piece connected with the top end of the long grid piece in an acute angle mode, the short grid piece extends towards the upper portion of the long grid piece in an inclined mode, a first included angle is formed between the long grid piece and the top face of the mounting support, a second included angle is formed between the short grid piece and the top face of the mounting support, and the first included angle and the second included angle are acute angles.
2. The protected air intake grill assembly of claim 1, wherein the angle between the short grill sections and the long grill sections is 40-50 degrees.
3. The protected air intake grill assembly of claim 1, wherein the long grill panels are arcuate in cross-sectional shape.
4. The protected air intake grill assembly of claim 1, wherein the mounting bracket includes a main body frame having an opening in a middle portion thereof, and two side plates connected to both sides of the main body frame, respectively, and extending toward the same side of the main body frame.
5. The protective air intake grille assembly of claim 4 wherein the end surfaces of the two side plates, which are away from the main frame, are each obliquely provided with a plurality of mounting chutes, the long grille plate is provided with mounting projections protruding along the outer sides of the two ends of the length, and the two mounting projections are respectively located in the mounting chutes of the two side plates.
6. The protective air intake grill assembly according to claim 5, wherein the angle of the mounting chute with respect to the end surface of the side plate away from the main body frame is 50 to 60 degrees.
7. The protective air intake grille assembly of claim 6 wherein the plurality of reinforcing blocks are disposed in parallel and spaced at the opening of the main frame, and outer sides of upper and lower ends of the reinforcing blocks are fixedly connected to the main frame, and an inner side of the reinforcing blocks, which is away from the main frame, is connected to an end of the long grille panel, which is away from the short grille panel.
8. The protective air intake grille assembly of claim 7 wherein the end of the long grille panel remote from the short grille panel is formed with a plurality of slots, and the inner side of the reinforcing block remote from the main frame is snapped into the slots of the long grille panel.
9. The protective air intake grill assembly of claim 1, wherein the outer surfaces of the mounting bracket, the grill panel and the reinforcing block are coated with a protective coating.
10. A vehicle having a protective air intake grill assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
