Detailed Description
The present invention provides a bicycle hub spindle structure for being inserted into a gear seat, and the bicycle hub spindle structure, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, comprises:
a first shaft section 10 made of a first material, the first shaft section 10 being provided to penetrate through the fluted disc base a, the first shaft section 10 being a hollow cylinder, the first shaft section 10 having a first end 11 and a second end 12 opposite to each other, the first shaft section 10 having a first through hole 13 penetrating through the first end 11 and the second end 12;
a second shaft section 20 made of a second material, the strength of the first material being higher than that of the second material, so that the second shaft section 20 is lighter than the first shaft section 10, the second shaft section 20 is a hollow cylinder, the second shaft section 20 has a third end 21 and a fourth end 22 opposite to each other, the second shaft section 20 has a second through hole 23 penetrating through the third end 21 and the fourth end 22, the second end 12 of the first shaft section 10 is combined with the third end 21 of the second shaft section 20, so that the first through hole 13 and the second through hole 23 are communicated, and the bicycle hub spindle structure is formed in a non-integral manner.
In this embodiment, the first material may be an iron alloy, and the second material may be an aluminum alloy, a titanium alloy, or the like.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first shaft section 10 has an outer surface 10A, the outer surface 10A is a surface facing away from the first through hole 13, the outer surface 10A of the first shaft section 10 at the second end 12 has a first threaded portion 14, the second shaft section 20 has an inner surface 20A, the inner surface 20A faces the second through hole 23, the inner surface 20A of the second shaft section 20 at the third end 21 has a second threaded portion 24, the second end 12 of the first shaft section 10 is inserted into the third end 21 of the second shaft section 20, and the first threaded portion 14 and the second threaded portion 24 are engaged with each other, so that the first shaft section 10 and the second shaft section 20 are combined.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first threaded portion 14 is located on a surface of the first shaft section 10 facing the first through hole 13, the first threaded portion 14 is located on the second end 12, the second threaded portion 24 is located on a surface facing away from the second through hole 23, the second threaded portion 24 is located at the third end 21, the third end 21 of the second shaft section 20 is inserted into the second end 12 of the first shaft section 10, and the first threaded portion 14 and the second threaded portion 24 are engaged with each other to combine the first shaft section 10 and the second shaft section 20.
In a preferred embodiment, an adhesive is further disposed between the first threaded portion 14 and the second threaded portion 24, so that the first threaded portion 14 and the second threaded portion 24 are tightly coupled after being engaged and are not easily loosened.
As can be seen from the above description, the bicycle hub spindle of the present invention is formed by combining the first shaft segment 10 and the second shaft segment 20, rather than integrally forming the whole spindle, and the strength of the first shaft segment 10 is higher than that of the second shaft segment 20, so that the first shaft segment 10 penetrating through the chainring seat a has higher structural strength, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the structural strength of the bicycle hub spindle and improving the bearing capacity of the chainring seat a.
Furthermore, in the preferred embodiment, the first shaft section 10 and the second shaft section 20 are combined in a threaded engagement manner, so that the centers of the first shaft section 10 and the second shaft section 20 are not deviated, and the bicycle hub spindle structure can maintain the precision and is not easy to shake.
In addition, the outer surface of the bicycle hub spindle has a concave-convex shape, so that the bicycle hub spindle of the present invention is assembled by the first shaft segment 10 and the second shaft segment 20, and is easier to process than a spindle formed in an integral manner, thereby reducing the processing cost.
