The portable constant-pressure glue spreading device is characterized by comprising a case (1), a discharging mechanism (2) and a glue spreading mechanism (3), wherein the case (1) comprises a case body (11) with a flat plate at the bottom, the discharging mechanism (2) comprises a discharging disc (21) for pre-assembling a sealing adhesive tape (4) in a coiled arrangement, and further comprises a fastening piece for fixedly connecting the discharging disc (21) on the case body (11); the spreading mechanism (3) comprises a roller (31), a roller rotating shaft (32), a first supporting frame (33), a pressure control spring (34), a second supporting frame (35) and a fixing rod (36), wherein the first supporting frame (33) is hollow and sleeve-shaped, the pressure control spring (34) is sleeved in the first supporting frame (33), a bearing structure for limiting the pressure control spring (34) to fall down and partially or completely fall out of the first supporting frame (33) is arranged in the first supporting frame (33), the roller (31) is connected below the first supporting frame (33) through the roller rotating shaft (32), one end of the second supporting frame (35) is fixed on the box body (11), the other end of the second supporting frame (35) is sleeved outside the first supporting frame (33) so that the first supporting frame (33) can only move up and down, one end of the fixing rod (36) is fixed on the box body (11) or on a cover plate (12) matched with the box body (11), the other end of the fixing rod (36) is inserted from the upper side of the first supporting frame (33) and is not pressed against the top of the box body (11) by the pressure control spring (34), the roller (31) is at least partially positioned below the bottom flat plate of the box body (11); when the pressure control spring (34) receives external vertical pressure, namely the roller (31) compresses the spring upwards, the bottom surface of the roller is level with the bottom surface of the box body, and therefore the constant-pressure glue spreading device can keep constant-pressure glue spreading; the sealing adhesive tape (4) comprises sealing adhesive (41) and lining paper (42) which are matched and attached, after the sealing adhesive tape (4) comes out of the preassembled discharging tray (21), the sealing adhesive tape (4) is pressed below the roller (31), and the sealing adhesive can be automatically released when the constant-pressure adhesive spreading device is pushed forwards;
The constant-pressure glue spreading device further comprises a cutting mechanism (5), the cutting mechanism (5) comprises a cutter (51), a sliding sleeve (52), a cutter return spring (53), a stop block (54), a steel wire rope (55), a pressing plate (56), a button (57) and a pressing plate return spring (58), the sliding sleeve (52) and the stop block (54) are fixed on the inner side of the box body (11), the cutter (51) is movably arranged in the sliding sleeve (52), the cutter tip end of the cutter (51) faces the stop block (54), the cutter tail end of the cutter (51) is far away from the stop block (54), the cutter return spring (53) is sleeved on the cutter (51) and the two ends of the cutter return spring are respectively propped against the cutter tail and the sliding sleeve (52), and the sealing adhesive tape (4) is arranged to penetrate between the cutter tip and the stop block (54); the two ends of the pressing plate (56) are respectively a fixed end and a movable end, the fixed end is connected to the box body (11) through a rotating shaft, the movable end is connected with the cutter tail of the cutter (51) through a steel wire rope (55), the button (57) and the pressing plate return spring (58) are arranged between the fixed end and the movable end and respectively correspond to the two opposite surfaces of the pressing plate (56), the button (57) is arranged on the surface, close to the cutter (51), of the pressing plate (56), the pressing plate return spring (58) is arranged on the surface, far away from the cutter (51), of the pressing plate (56), and the two ends of the pressing plate return spring (58) are respectively propped against the inner walls of the pressing plate (56) and the box body (11); pressing the button (57) drives the pressing plate (56) to pull the steel wire rope (55) to enable the cutter (51) to move towards the stop block (54) along the sliding sleeve (52) until the cutter point props against the stop block (54) to shear the sealing adhesive tape (4), loosening the button (57) enables the pressing plate (56) to recover under the action of the pressing plate return spring (58), loosening the steel wire rope, and enabling the cutter (51) to recover under the action of the cutter return spring (53);
The upper end of the first support frame (33) is also provided with a clamping piece for preventing the first support frame (33) from falling out of the second support frame (35) downwards.

6. Constant pressure glue spreading device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening means comprise a fastening bolt (22) and a fastening nut (23).
7. Constant pressure glue spreading device according to claim 1, characterized in that the box (11) further comprises balls mounted at the bottom.

Constant pressure glue spreading device according to claim 1, characterized in that the outside of the box (11) is provided with a concave groove, the discharge tray (21) is arranged on the concave groove, and the side surface of the concave groove is provided with a through hole for the sealing tape (4) coming out of the discharge tray (21) to enter the inside of the box (11).
