Background
Of the conventional mechanical couplings, a screw coupling occupies a very important position. When mechanical equipment is used and different functional modules or different models of molds need to be frequently replaced, the bolts and the nuts are frequently disassembled, and the work efficiency is ensured by the quick disassembling speed; the replacement of bolt and nut generally uses different types of wrenches, and has certain requirements on operation space. The nut base comprises a support pedestal 2, a support table 3, a fixing plate 5 and a rotating base 7, the support pedestal 2 and the support table 3 are connected into a cylindrical component through bolts 4, holes slightly wider than the diameter of a stud 14 are machined in the cylindrical component, a plurality of sliding grooves which are uniformly distributed are radially machined, threaded clamping claws 1 are installed on the sliding grooves, the fixing plate 5 limits a rotating chuck 9 installed on the support table to only rotate, the support table 3 and the rotating base 7 are fixedly connected through bolts 6, the support table 3 is provided with 6 bolt holes, the rotating base 7 is provided with 3 bolt holes, the relative position is adjusted through the matching and fixing of different bolt holes, and a rotating rod 10 is hinged to the rotating base 7 through a rotating shaft 8;
the thread chuck mechanism comprises a rotary chuck 9 and a thread clamping claw 1, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the rotary chuck 9 are provided with plane threads and are meshed with the thread clamping claw 1, the thread clamping claw 1 is a sliding block of which the upper surface is provided with the plane threads, and the end part in the inward direction is provided with threads with determined diameters;
the wrench mechanism comprises a swivelling lever 10, which swivelling lever 10 is a wrench hinged on the swivel base 7.
The screw clamping jaws 1 are provided in plurality and are arranged uniformly in the circumferential direction of the spin chuck and the support table. The supporting pedestal comprises a plurality of sector plates, but the number of the sector plates is equal to that of the threaded clamping claws, and the threaded clamping claws are arranged between the adjacent sector plates; in the figure, a preferred embodiment is shown, wherein the number of the thread clamping claws 1 and the number of the sector plates are 3;
the supporting platform is a cylindrical disc-shaped structure, and the bottom of the supporting platform is provided with a groove matched with the thread clamping claw.
The support pedestal and the support platform form a component, a hole slightly wider than the diameter of the bolt is formed in the component, and a plurality of sliding grooves are uniformly distributed in the radial direction.
The operation method of the quick-dismounting threaded fastening device comprises the steps of finding an initial position point, fastening the quick-dismounting threaded fastening device and dismounting the quick-dismounting threaded fastening device.
The initial position point is found through the following method: when the present invention is first installed and used, the angle between the rotating base 7 and the supporting table 3 needs to be adjusted so that the rotating rod 10 has a sufficient rotating space.

The disassembly of the invention is realized by the following method: the rotating rod 10 is loosened, the rotating chuck 9 is rotated, and the device 12 is directly and integrally taken down.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
because the support pedestal 2 and the support table 3 are internally provided with holes wider than the diameter of the stud 14, the whole support pedestal and the support table can be sleeved on the stud 14 and moved to be attached to the surface of the tire vulcanizer 13, the rotary chuck 9 is rotated, 3 threaded clamping claws 1 are used for inwards clamping the stud 14 by utilizing the principle of a three-jaw chuck, at the moment, the whole mechanism is similar to a nut, and the process of screwing the nut to the surface of the tire vulcanizer 13 is omitted. Due to the self-locking effect of the chuck, the threaded clamping claw 1 cannot loosen the stud due to the pretightening force, and the stud 14 can be clamped or disassembled by pressing the rotating rod 10 and rotating. In addition, the common nut clamping operation requires a space for putting down the wrench and requires enough rotating space, and because the bottom of the nut clamping device is close to the surface of the tire vulcanizer 13, the nut clamping device can be screwed down only by screwing a small angle, so that the rotating space is saved, and the rotating rod 10 is integrated as the wrench. The stud 14 does not need to be disassembled and is fixed in position, and the initial position and the final position of the rotating rod 10 cannot be changed when pre-tightening is started each time; therefore, the installation position of the rotating rod 10 needs to be adjusted when the device is used for the first time, so that the rotating rod 10 has enough rotating space, and the adjustment of the installation position is realized by changing the bolt connection of different positions of the supporting platform 3 and the rotating base 7.
The invention designs that the support platform 3 is provided with 6 bolt holes, the rotating base 7 is provided with 3 bolt holes, the direction of the handle is adjusted by matching and fixing different bolt holes, and when the wrench is rotated, the wrench rotating base and the support platform are rotated

4. A quick-release threaded fastening device according to claim 1 wherein said threaded clamping jaw is a slider with a flat thread on its upper surface and a thread of a determined diameter at its inwardly directed end.
5. A quick-release threaded fastening device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thread clamping jaws comprise a plurality of jaws arranged uniformly in the circumferential direction of said spin chuck and said support table.
