One side of the pop-up frame 44 close to the bottom seal feeding device 14 is bent upwards to form a blocking part, so that the water pipes can be popped towards one side of the support bracket far away from the bottom seal feeding device 14 when the water pipes are popped up, and the feeding of all parts of the water pipes is prevented from being hindered.
The ejecting cylinders 43 of the two ejecting devices act synchronously, so that the water pipe can be ejected out of the bearing groove.
The working process of the water heater water pipe assembling device with the automatic popping function is as follows: the bottom seal feeding device 14 conveys the bottom seal 1 to the support bracket, the inner tube feeding device 16 conveys the inner tube 2 to the support bracket, and the conveying wheel 41 is matched with the bottom seal pushing cylinder 9, so that the bottom seal 1 and the inner tube 2 are respectively matched with the bottom seal heat sealing device 15, and the heat sealing of the bottom seal 1 and the inner tube 2 is completed.
The outer tube feeding device 17 conveys the outer tube 3 to the support bracket, and the bottom seal pushing cylinder 9 is matched with the conveying wheel 41, so that the outer tube 3 is sleeved outside the inner tube 2, and the outer tube 3 and the bottom seal 1 are sleeved. The pipe sleeve feeding device 18 conveys the pipe sleeve 4 to the support bracket, and is matched with the conveying wheel 41 and the bottom sealing pushing cylinder 9 to be sleeved on the inner pipe 2 and sleeved with the outer pipe 3.
The sleeve feeding device 19 conveys the sleeve 5 to the support bracket and is sleeved outside the inner pipe 2 by matching with the conveying wheel 41. The head loading device 20 conveys the head 6 to the support bracket and is sleeved outside the sleeve 5 under the matching of the conveying wheel 41. The washer loading device 21 delivers the washer 7 to the support bracket and over the sleeve 5 in cooperation with the delivery wheel 41. The end feeding device 13 clamps the end 8, the end pushing cylinder 12 sucks the end 8 through the end sucker and is matched with the conveying wheel 41, so that the end 8 and the inner pipe 2 are heated through the end heat sealing device 22, and the automatic assembly of the water pipe is completed. After the water pipe is assembled, the two ejecting cylinders 43 synchronously act to eject the water pipe from the bearing bracket, so that the assembly of the next water pipe is prevented from being hindered.
