Abstract
The invention discloses a method for cleaning oil stains on the surface of a thermal switch, which comprises the following steps: soaking: soaking the thermal switch by using a hydrocarbon cleaning solution as a degreasing agent; and (3) cooling: rapidly cooling the soaked thermosensitive switch; a steam cleaning step: and (3) quickly suspending the cooled thermal switch in a sealed container with hydrocarbon steam, so that the hot hydrocarbon steam touches the cold thermal switch to be quickly condensed to form pure hydrocarbon liquid to wash the surface of the thermal switch, removing residual oil stains on the surface of the thermal switch until the temperature of the thermal switch is continuously increased to reach the same temperature as the hydrocarbon steam, so that the condensation site does not occur any more, and the cleaning process is finished. The invention has simple operation and convenient implementation, thoroughly removes the oil stain on the surface of the thermal switch and ensures the requirements of the welding strength and the resistance value performance of the thermal switch.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning method of a product, in particular to a cleaning method of a thermal switch.
Background
The thermal switch comprises a shell with an opening at the bottom, a bottom plate welded at the bottom of the shell, a bimetallic strip and other components arranged in a sealed cavity formed by the shell and the bottom plate, and a plurality of binding posts are arranged on the bottom plate. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the soaking step, the thermal switch is soaked in the hydrocarbon cleaning solution for 5 to 10 minutes.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the cooling step, the soaked thermal switch is placed in a refrigerated cabinet at-5 ℃ to-10 ℃ for rapid cooling for more than 5 minutes.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the steam cleaning step, the sealed container includes a box body and a sealed cover plate, a hydrocarbon cleaning liquid and an electric heating pipe are disposed at a lower portion of the box body, the electric heating pipe is immersed in the hydrocarbon cleaning liquid, a grid frame is suspended on the sealed cover plate, the grid frame is located above the hydrocarbon cleaning liquid, and a thermal switch is disposed in the grid frame.

a steam cleaning step: and (3) quickly suspending the cooled thermosensitive switch A in a sealed container with hydrocarbon steam, so that the hot hydrocarbon steam touches the cooled thermosensitive switch A to be quickly condensed to form pure hydrocarbon liquid to wash the surface of the thermosensitive switch A, removing residual oil stains on the surface of the thermosensitive switch A until the temperature of the thermosensitive switch A is continuously increased to reach the same temperature as the hydrocarbon steam, so that the condensation site does not occur any more, and the cleaning process is finished.

a steam cleaning step: and (3) quickly suspending the cooled thermosensitive switch (A) in a sealed container with hydrocarbon steam, so that the hot hydrocarbon steam touches the cooled thermosensitive switch (A) to be quickly condensed to form pure hydrocarbon liquid to wash the surface of the thermosensitive switch (A), removing residual oil stains on the surface of the thermosensitive switch (A) until the temperature of the thermosensitive switch (A) is continuously increased to reach the same temperature as the hydrocarbon steam, so that the condensation site does not occur any more, and finishing the cleaning process.
