Abstract
The invention discloses a spraying and humidifying device for food processing, which comprises a rack, a spraying mechanism, a water tank and a water pump, wherein the rack comprises a frame and a cross beam on the left side and the right side; the spraying mechanism comprises a water spraying seat, a lifting upright post, a motor and a plurality of spray heads, wherein the water spraying seat is arranged at the lower end of the cross beam in a sliding manner through two guide posts; the water tank comprises a tank barrel connected with the frame, a tank bottom plate arranged at the lower end of the tank barrel, a top plate arranged at the upper part of the tank barrel and a partition plate arranged in the tank barrel and used for conveniently dividing the inner cavity of the water tank into a water collecting cavity and a water supply cavity. The height of the spraying seat can be conveniently adjusted according to different processed products by arranging the lifting upright post in the spraying mechanism; the collecting cavity is arranged in the water tank, so that waste water is convenient to collect, and the influence on the working environment caused by the transverse flow of the waste water is avoided.

the water tank 3 comprises a tank barrel 31 connected with the frame 1, a tank bottom plate 32 arranged at the lower end of the tank barrel 31, a top plate 33 arranged at the upper part of the tank barrel 31 and a partition plate 34 arranged in the tank barrel 31 and used for dividing the inner cavity of the water tank 3 into a water collecting cavity and a water supply cavity; the top of the top plate 33 forms a water collecting groove with the four walls of the tank 31.

the spraying mechanism comprises a water spraying seat arranged at the lower end of the cross beam in a sliding manner through two guide posts, a lifting upright post arranged between the cross beam and the water spraying seat and used for driving the water spraying seat to move up and down, a motor arranged at the top of the cross beam and used for driving the lifting upright post to move and a plurality of spray heads arranged at the lower end of the water spraying seat;
the lifting upright column comprises a screw rod which is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the cross beam and a thread sleeve which is arranged at the top of the water spraying seat and is matched with the screw rod;
the water tank comprises a tank barrel connected with the rack, a tank bottom plate arranged at the lower end of the tank barrel, a top plate arranged at the upper part of the tank barrel and a partition plate arranged in the tank barrel and used for dividing the inner cavity of the water tank into a water collecting cavity and a water supply cavity;
the top of the top plate and the four walls of the box barrel form a water collecting groove.
