Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
A device for sequential infusion comprises a four-way pipeline 1, a universal joint 10, a plastic floater 2 and a step shaft 4; the upper end and the lower end of the four-way pipeline 1 are respectively and independently connected with a universal joint 10, a plastic floater 2 is arranged in the upper end pipeline, the plastic floater 2 is of an upper and lower step shaft structure of a thick shaft and a thin shaft, a through hole 15 is arranged in the thin shaft along the diameter direction, a through long hole 16 is arranged in the axis direction of the plastic floater 2, and the long hole 16 is communicated with the through hole 15; the step shaft 4 is movably arranged in the through hole 15, and the left end of the step shaft is the left port of the four-way pipeline 1; the right port of the four-way pipeline 1 is an inclined plane diameter expanding port and is connected with a diameter expanding cavity 14; the expansion chamber 14 is connected to the first infusion bag 11 via a universal connector 10.
Wherein the universal joint 10 at the upper end is communicated with the first infusion bag 11, the universal joint 10 at the lower end is communicated with one end of an upper infusion tube 13, and the other end of the upper infusion tube 13 is connected to an infusion needle.
The diameter of a thick shaft of the plastic floater 2 is larger than that of a thin shaft of the plastic floater 2 in the vertical direction of the four-way pipeline 1, and the thin shaft of the plastic floater 2 is movably arranged in the four-way pipeline 1 up and down.
A metal ball 5 is arranged in the cavity of the diameter expanding cavity 14, the upper end of the cavity of the diameter expanding cavity 14 is connected with a universal joint 10, and the universal joint 10 is communicated with a second infusion apparatus 12.
The device also comprises a button 3, a spring 6, a clamping piece 7, a wedge-shaped clamping piece 8 and a rubber diaphragm 9; the clamping piece 7 is a cylindrical plastic clamping piece, is arranged at the left end opening of the four-way pipeline 1 and is fixedly connected with the four-way pipeline 1 through a rubber diaphragm 9; an opening clamping groove is formed in the clamping piece 7, a shaft is arranged in the clamping groove, a spring 6 penetrates through the shaft, one end of the spring 6 is in contact with the rubber diaphragm 9, and the other end of the spring is fixedly arranged on the button 3 through a wedge-shaped clamping piece 8; wherein the wedge-shaped clamping piece 8 has a leftward opening and is clamped and connected with the opening of the clamping groove in a direction matched with the direction of the notch of the opening clamping groove. The metal ball 5 is disposed in contact with the stepped shaft 4.
The nurse prepares two bags of medicine according to the prescription, and the left and right connectors at the upper end of the infusion device are sequentially connected according to the infusion sequence. This ensures that the button 3 is not depressed. The sequential infusion device is best shown in the figure 2 position. At this time, the liquid in the first infusion bag 11 flows into the four-way pipe 1 along the hole 16 of the plastic floater 2 and is gradually filled, so that the floater made of plastic gradually floats up. The float can rise only a certain distance due to the restriction of the stepped shaft 4 inserted into the through hole 15. Meanwhile, the liquid in the second infusion bag 12 enters the right enlarged diameter cavity 14 and pushes the metal ball to move to the left due to the large area acting on the metal ball 5, so that the inclined plane of the enlarged diameter is blocked, and the liquid in the second infusion bag 12 cannot further enter the four-way pipe 1. As shown in fig. 2.
The lower joint of the four-way pipeline 1 is connected with an infusion tube 13, a needle is pricked into the vein of the patient, and the first infusion bag 11 starts infusion. During infusion, two infusion bags are hung on the rod side by side, and the stable posture of the sequential infusion device is ensured as much as possible. At this time, since the through hole 15 of the float is not concentric with the step shaft 4, the thick shaft of the step shaft 4 cannot enter the through hole 15, and the thin shaft end cannot touch the metal ball 5, so that it is pushed open.
With the liquid in the first infusion bag 11 being completely infused, the plastic floater 2 falls down and is limited by the thick shaft at the upper end of the floater, and the through hole 15 is just concentric with the step shaft 4 due to the falling. At this time, the infusion is switched to the second infusion bag 12 to continue the infusion. The forefinger and the middle finger firmly hold the outside of the diameter expanding cavity 14, the thumb presses the button 3, the long shaft of the button 3 acts on the rubber diaphragm 9 to stretch and deform the rubber diaphragm, and the rubber diaphragm contacts the thick shaft end of the step shaft 4 at the other side, so that the thick shaft penetrates into the through hole 15 of the plastic floater 2. Due to the displacement of the step shaft 4, the metal ball 5 is pushed open, so that the liquid in the second infusion bag 12 enters the four-way tube 1 and further flows into the lower upper infusion tube 13 for infusion.
The button 3 displaces to compress a spring 6 between the button and the four-way pipeline 1, and a wedge-shaped clamping piece 8 on a shaft communicated with the button 3 pushes against a clamping piece 7 fixed on the outer side of the four-way pipeline 1. Due to the fact that the opening is opposite, when the hand is released, the button 3 can be kept in a pressing state all the time, the metal ball 5 is pushed open all the time, and normal infusion of the second infusion bag 12 is guaranteed until the end. As shown in fig. 3.
The switching of the second infusion bag can be simply realized after the first infusion bag finishes infusion, and tube drawing and tube re-connection are not needed. The infusion device can be operated by one hand of the infusion patient, is simple to operate, reduces the frequency of handling and changing the medicine by medical staff, lightens the workload and improves the working efficiency of the medical staff.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
