6) and after sizing and dyeing, placing the stretch yarn woven product on a flat plate, heating for 20 seconds under the steam condition of 120 ℃, and then drying and shaping to obtain the bionic breathable film. The size of the breast size can be customized according to different sizes of the chest circumference and the mammary gland.
Specifically, in the step 2), the all-cotton yarn is wrapped on the composite spandex yarn according to the uniform spiral direction, and during wrapping, the tension of the composite spandex yarn is designed in an interval mode, and the tensions of adjacent line segments are different. The cotton yarn is fed into the knitting machine through the constant tension yarn feeder, the composite spandex yarn is fed into the knitting machine through the pulse tension yarn feeder, and then plain knitting forming is carried out by the knitting machine together.
7) One to two circles of anti-slip silica gel strips can be adhered inside the opening of the woven product so as to prevent silk from falling off.
Finally, the horizontal stripes and the vertical stripes are printed on the surface of the bionic breathable film, and the nipple identification area can be printed. In the embodiment of the present invention, this is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bionic breathable film is manufactured by the materials and the process, so that the bionic breathable film has good elasticity and air permeability, and is particularly suitable for wearers in the transportation process, and the mammary gland wearable device has good air permeability, so that the wearers in the transportation process are more comfortable and cool; meanwhile, the mammary gland wearable device has good elasticity, can adapt to the shape change of a mammary gland at any time in a large degree of freedom, avoids the suspension of the mammary gland, particularly plays a good role in supporting the mammary gland of a wearer in the movement process, and avoids the prolapse and the deformation of the mammary gland. In summary, the wearable device for the mammary gland of the embodiment of the invention can avoid the problems of aggravation of mammary gland prolapse and difficulty in sweat stain formation due to air impermeability in motion.
In the embodiment of the invention, during the wearing process of the mammary gland wearable device, the wearer is guided to correctly adjust the mammary gland by taking the nipple position mark and the horizontal stripes among the four to six ribs on the midline of the clavicle and the vertical stripes passing through the median line of the sternum of the wearer as references at any time, so that the mammary gland sagging and deformation when the mammary gland wearable device is worn are avoided, and the left and right mammary glands are symmetrical; the wearable device for the mammary gland is compact and elastic, so that the mammary glands on both sides are stable and immobile. The wearable device for the mammary gland has good elasticity, can adapt to the morphological change of the mammary gland at any time with great freedom, avoids the suspension of the mammary gland, plays a good role in supporting the mammary gland, and avoids the prolapse and the deformation of the mammary gland.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a breast wearable device provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of fig. 1, the breast wearable device further includes: a silicone gasket 2.
The silica gel pad 2 is positioned between the mammary gland and the bionic breathable film 1; the silica gel is a high-activity adsorption material, is insoluble in water and any solvent, is nontoxic and odorless, has stable chemical property and good thermal stability, and can be used for preparing an attached fixing device body with high attachment degree according to the surface form of an attachment part; the silica gel product has good toughness and elasticity, is not easy to permanently deform due to external force, and is smooth. The silica gel pad is arranged between the mammary gland and the bionic breathable film, so that the mammary gland is favorably fixed by attaching, and the mammary gland prolapse and deformation are avoided.
The surface of one side of the silica gel pad 2 close to the mammary gland is matched with the surface shape of the part of the mammary gland attached with the silica gel pad, so that the silica gel pad is favorable for attaching and fixing the mammary gland and plays a good role in positioning and fixing the mammary gland.
At least one boss 15 is arranged at a first preset position of one surface, close to the silica gel pad 2, of the bionic breathable film 1; the first preset position includes: a region adapted to the first marginal region of said mammary gland distal to the median sternal line. In the embodiment of the invention, the first edge region of the mammary gland far away from the median line of the sternum can be 1/3 edge regions of the mammary gland close to the lower side and close to the outer side, and at least one boss 15 is arranged in the region of the bionic air-permeable membrane 1 matched with the 1/3 edge region of the mammary gland close to the lower side and close to the outer side, and the boss 15 can be in the shape of being low on the side close to the mammary gland and high on the side far away from the mammary gland. In the embodiment of the present invention, this is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the boss can provide a certain supporting force for the outer side and the lower side of the mammary gland during the wearing of the mammary gland wearable device by a wearer, and the mammary gland is prevented from expanding and sagging.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a corresponding number of first recesses 21 for accommodating the bosses 15 are disposed on a surface of the silica gel pad 2 close to the bionic air-permeable membrane 1, the surface being adapted to the first preset position; the first recess 21 is shaped to fit the first boss 15.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a wearer wears the mammary gland wearable device, the boss has a certain amount of activity in the first indent, so that a certain massage effect on the mammary gland can be achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the boss 15 is disposed in the corresponding first recess 21; the surface of the silica gel pad 2 provided with the first indent 21 is attached to the surface of the bionic breathable film 1 provided with the boss 15.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the boss may be made of at least one material of silicone rubber or polycarbonate, and the silicone rubber or polycarbonate material itself has a certain hardness, which can provide a certain supporting force for the outer side and the lower side of the breast, so as to prevent the breast from expanding and sagging; has a certain elastic expansion amount, is wear-resistant, is matched with the first indent, and can play a certain massage role on the mammary gland
In the embodiment of the invention, the surface of one side of the silica gel pad 2 close to the mammary gland is matched with the surface form of the part of the mammary gland attached with the surface, so that the silica gel pad is favorable for attaching and fixing the mammary gland and plays a good role in positioning and fixing the mammary gland; at least one boss is arranged at a first preset position on one surface, close to the silica gel pad, of the bionic breathable film; the first preset position includes: the first edge area matched with the first edge area of the breast far away from the median sternum line is arranged, a corresponding number of first inner recesses for accommodating the bosses are arranged at the positions matched with the first preset positions on one surface of the bionic breathable film, close to the silica gel pad, the bosses are placed in the corresponding first inner recesses, and the surface of the silica gel pad, provided with the first inner recesses, is attached to the surface, provided with the bosses, of the bionic breathable film. Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of another breast wearable device provided in the second embodiment of the present invention. A second preset position of the silica gel pad 2, which is close to one surface of the bionic breathable film 1, is provided with a reticular rib 22; the second preset position includes: a region adapted to the second marginal region of said mammary gland distal to the median sternal line. In the embodiment of the invention, the first edge area of the mammary gland far away from the median line of the sternum can be 1/3 edge areas of the mammary gland near the lower side and near the outer side, at least one reticular rib 22 is arranged on the area of the silicon rubber pad 2 matched with the 1/3 edge area of the mammary gland near the lower side and near the outer side, and the shape of the reticular rib 22 can be that the side near the mammary gland is low and the side far away from the mammary gland is high. In the embodiment of the present invention, this is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mesh ribs can provide a certain supporting force for the outer side and the lower side of the mammary gland during the wearing of the mammary gland wearable device by a wearer, and the mammary gland is prevented from expanding and sagging.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a second indent 16 for correspondingly accommodating the mesh rib is disposed at a position on one surface of the bionic breathable film 1 close to the silica gel pad, the position being adapted to the second preset position.
In the embodiment of the invention, during the period that the wearer wears the mammary gland wearable device, the mesh ribs have a certain activity in the second indent, and a certain massage effect can be achieved on the mammary gland.

In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the spandex film is further woven by blending one or more of polyester, aramid, fluoropolymer, acetate polymer, acetate copolymer, acrylic polymer, acrylate copolymer, polyacrylonitrile, cellulose polymer, olefin copolymer, ether copolymer, ester copolymer, amide and ether copolymer, and amide and ester copolymer.
Optionally, the elastic fiber film is woven by blending one or more of polyamide fiber, polyurethane fiber and polyurethane fiber.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the elastic fiber membrane is in a shape of being attached to the back of the body. The elastic fiber membrane has the same shape as the female bra and the body-fitting vest. In the embodiment of the present invention, this is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preparation method of the vest-like elastic fiber film comprises the following steps:
the elastic fiber film which is in a shape of a vest and is adhered to the body is formed in one step, and the whole elastic fiber film prepared by the method of the first embodiment of the invention is cut, sewn or formed in one step to prepare the bionic breathable film with great elasticity and large wrapping force.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the core-spun in the first embodiment includes an inner yarn made of modal fibers and an outer yarn wrapped around the inner yarn and made of stretch yarn or filament. Specifically, this bionical ventilated membrane is woven according to a separate fork structure with not less than 400 stitches and is formed, and this haplopore is thought the fibre and is 5D/1F thin and untwisted haplopore fibre, and the quality that this thin and haplopore fibre was at 9000 meters length and when walking moisture regain is 5 grams, and this fibrous and denier (D number) specification is 5 denier (D), adopts 5D/1F's single strand untwisted haplopore fibre to weave, the intensity and the wearability of reinforcing spandex membrane.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the spandex film is in a wide sheet shape, as shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a chest and back of a breast wearable device provided by an embodiment of the invention after being worn on a human body. And the free ends at the two sides of the elastic fiber membrane are provided with buckle devices for fixing. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a back structure of the breast wearable device worn on a human body, and the free ends of both sides of the elastic fiber membrane are provided with fastening devices 17 for fixing. The buckle device 17 is adhered to the edge area, close to the back, of the bionic breathable film and used for fixing the breast wearable device on the chest and back of a human body.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating the breast wearable device worn on a human body. An annular securing strap 18 may be provided on the upper side of the spandex membrane, which the wearer hangs around their neck to secure the breast wearable device. In the embodiment of the present invention, this is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, one to two circles of anti-slip silica gel strips are adhered to the edge of the bionic breathable film to prevent silking. In the embodiment of the present invention, this is not particularly limited.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the breast wearable device may include a bra, and a skirt, a jacket, a swimsuit, a one-piece suit with a bra, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bionic breathable film has good breathable effect, large elasticity and comfortable wearing, the strength and the wear resistance of the bionic breathable film are enhanced by the single-strand fine and single-hole fiber weaving, and the phenomenon of yarn hooking or pilling is not easy to generate. Under the design prerequisite of the bionic micropore breathable film of the elastic fiber and certain thickness, the single-pore fiber and modal fiber core-spun are woven together in a mode of separating one fork, so that the firmness, cohesion and breathability of the elastic fiber film are greatly enhanced, and the breast wearable device manufactured from the elastic fiber film has good elasticity, good firmness, cohesion and breathability.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bionic breathable film is manufactured by the materials and the process, so that the bionic breathable film has good elasticity and air permeability, and is particularly suitable for wearers in the transportation process, and the mammary gland wearable device has good air permeability, so that the wearers in the transportation process are more comfortable and cool; meanwhile, the mammary gland wearable device has good elasticity, can adapt to the shape change of a mammary gland at any time in a large degree of freedom, avoids the suspension of the mammary gland, particularly plays a good role in supporting the mammary gland of a wearer in the movement process, and avoids the prolapse and the deformation of the mammary gland. In summary, the wearable device for the mammary gland of the embodiment of the invention can avoid the problems of aggravation of mammary gland prolapse and difficulty in sweat stain formation due to air impermeability in motion.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flow chart illustrating steps of a method for preparing a biomimetic breathable film according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method for preparing the biomimetic breathable film may include the following steps:
301, weaving one or more of real silk, polyvinyl acetal fiber, polyester cotton, combed cotton, mercerized cotton, polyurethane fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyester fiber, polyolefin spandex, cotton-polyester blended yarn, fine nylon blended yarn, fine wool blended yarn, polyurethane fiber, velvet, polyester resin, ultrathin velvet, spandex fiber, modal fiber, tada polyester-amine fiber and polyamide fiber yarn into the elastic fiber bionic microporous breathable film;
step 302, making the elastic fiber bionic micropore breathable film into a bionic breathable film for preventing mammary gland deformation.
Specifically, the weaving of the bionic breathable film according to the blending weaving process of any one or more fibers in the elastic fiber film material may include the following steps:
1) and manufacturing the composite spandex yarn: adopting spandex or lycra as lining yarn, and wrapping velvet on the surface of the spandex by a nozzle on an air jet spinning machine to generate a high-elasticity composite spandex yarn with the twist of 1800T/M and the draft ratio of 3.0, wherein the spandex is 5D/1F spandex;
2) and manufacturing the core-spun yarn: and (b) taking the composite spandex yarn produced in the step (a) as an inner yarn, then wrapping and winding the all-cotton yarn on the composite spandex yarn on a high-speed wrapping machine by taking the all-cotton yarn as an outer wrapping yarn to produce the covering yarn with the twist of 2000T/M and the draft ratio of 3.5, further, feeding the all-cotton yarn into a knitting machine through a constant-tension yarn feeder, and feeding the composite spandex yarn into the knitting machine through a pulse-tension yarn feeder.
3) B, weaving, namely simultaneously feeding the composite spandex yarn produced in the step a and the core-spun yarn generated in the step b into a weaving machine according to two or more strands for plain weaving to obtain a primary finished product stretch yarn woven fabric;
4) and dyeing, namely adding a dye and a color fixing agent to dye the primary finished stretch yarn woven product at the temperature of 60 ℃, wherein the dyeing environment is a soft alkaline environment. The pH of the dyeing environment is controlled under a weakly alkaline condition, namely the pH can be 7.6, and the dye adopts weakly alkaline and neutral dye;
5) removing floating color, adding a color fixing agent to fix the color of the primary finished stretch yarn woven product at 60 ℃, then placing the primary finished stretch yarn woven product in a weak acid environment to remove the floating color, wherein the pH in the floating color removing environment can be controlled under the weak acid condition, if the pH can be controlled at 6.8, only weak acid and neutral lotion is adopted, the primary finished stretch yarn woven product can be simply rinsed and disinfected while removing the floating color, and the color fixing agent is tannic acid with the molar concentration of 0.15%;
6) and after sizing and dyeing, placing the stretch yarn woven product on a flat plate, heating for 20 seconds under the steam condition of 120 ℃, and then drying and shaping to obtain the bionic breathable film. The size of the breast size can be customized according to different sizes of the chest circumference and the mammary gland.
In the examples of the present invention, the above-described method for producing a biomimetic breathable film can produce a biomimetic breathable film having the properties as described in the first and second examples of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bionic breathable film is manufactured by the materials and the process, so that the bionic breathable film has good elasticity and air permeability, and is particularly suitable for wearers in the transportation process, and the mammary gland wearable device has good air permeability, so that the wearers in the transportation process are more comfortable and cool; meanwhile, the mammary gland wearable device has good elasticity, can adapt to the shape change of a mammary gland at any time in a large degree of freedom, avoids the suspension of the mammary gland, particularly plays a good role in supporting the mammary gland of a wearer in the movement process, and avoids the prolapse and the deformation of the mammary gland. In the embodiment of the invention, the bionic breathable film prepared by the preparation method of the bionic breathable film has good elasticity, good firmness, cohesive force and tight air permeability, so that bilateral mammary glands are stable and immobile. The breast wearable device is ensured to have good elasticity, can adapt to the shape change of the breast with great freedom at any time, avoids the suspension of the breast, plays a good role in supporting the breast and avoids the prolapse and the deformation of the breast; meanwhile, the mammary gland wearable device prepared by the bionic breathable film guides a wearer to correctly adjust mammary glands by taking the nipple position marks and the transverse stripes among four to six ribs on the midline of the clavicle and the vertical stripes passing through the median line of the sternum of the wearer as references at any time when the mammary gland wearable device is worn or worn, so that the left and right mammary glands are bilaterally symmetrical, and the mammary gland prolapse and deformation when the mammary gland wearable device is worn are avoided.

1. A breast wearable device, comprising: a bionic breathable film;
the surface of one side of the bionic breathable film close to the mammary gland is matched with the surface form of the mammary gland part;
the surface of the bionic breathable film is provided with stripes; the stripe includes: the horizontal stripe and at least two parallel vertical stripes which are vertical to the horizontal stripe are arranged on the upper surface of the base plate; the transverse stripe is positioned between four to six ribs of the midline of the collarbone of the wearer; a preset interval is formed between the at least two parallel vertical stripes; at least one of the at least two parallel vertical stripes passes through the nipple of the wearer, wherein at least one vertical stripe passes through the median sternal line of the wearer;
a nipple position mark is arranged on the surface of the bionic air-permeable membrane at the intersection of the horizontal stripe and the vertical stripe passing through the nipple of the wearer;
the bionic breathable film comprises: the elastic fiber film is an elastic fiber bionic microporous breathable film woven by blending one or more of real silk, polyvinyl acetal fiber, polyester cotton, combed cotton, mercerized cotton, polyurethane fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyester fiber, polyolefin elastic fiber, cotton-polyester blended yarn, fine nylon blended yarn, fine hair blended yarn, polyurethane fiber, velvet, polyester resin, ultra-thin velvet, lycra fiber, modal fiber, dacron polyester amine fiber and polyamide fiber.
2. The breast wearable device of claim 1, further comprising: a silica gel pad;
the silica gel pad is positioned between the mammary gland and the bionic breathable film;
the surface of one side, close to the mammary gland, of the silica gel pad is matched with the surface form of the mammary gland part attached with the silica gel pad;
at least one boss is arranged at a first preset position of one surface, close to the silica gel pad, of the bionic breathable film; the first preset position comprises: a region that fits a first marginal region of the breast distal to the median sternal line;
a corresponding number of first inner recesses for accommodating the bosses are arranged at the position, matched with the first preset position, on one surface, close to the bionic breathable film, of the silica gel pad;
the bosses are placed in the corresponding first inner recesses;
the silica gel liner is provided with the one side of first indent with bionical ventilated membrane is provided with the one side laminating of boss.
3. The breast wearable device of claim 2, wherein the boss is made of at least one of silicone or polycarbonate.
4. The breast wearable device of claim 1, further comprising: a silica gel pad;
the silica gel pad is positioned between the mammary gland and the bionic breathable film;
the surface of one side, close to the mammary gland, of the silica gel pad is matched with the surface form of the mammary gland part attached with the silica gel pad;
a mesh rib is arranged at a second preset position, close to one surface of the bionic breathable film, of the silica gel pad; the second preset position comprises: a region that fits a second marginal region of the breast distal to the median sternal line;
a second inner recess correspondingly accommodating the reticular ribs is arranged at a position, matched with the second preset position, on one surface of the bionic breathable film close to the silica gel pad;
the mesh ribs are placed in the second inner recesses;
the silica gel liner is provided with the one side of netted rib with bionical ventilated membrane is provided with the one side laminating of second indent.

The breast wearable device of claim 1, wherein the spandex membrane is further woven from one or more blends of polyesters, aramids, fluoropolymers, acetate polymers, acetate copolymers, acrylic polymers, acrylate copolymers, polyacrylonitrile, cellulosic polymers, olefin copolymers, ether copolymers, ester copolymers, amide and ether copolymers, and amide and ester copolymers.
6. The breast wearable device of claim 1, wherein the elastic fiber membrane is further woven from one or more of polyamide fibers, polyurethane fibers, and polyurethane fibers.
7. The breast wearable device of claim 1, wherein the elastic fiber membrane is in a wide sheet shape, and the free ends of the two sides of the elastic fiber membrane are provided with fastening devices for fixing.
8. The breast wearable device of claim 1, wherein the spandex membrane is vest-like.
9. The breast wearable device of claim 1, comprising: brassieres, and skirts, tops, swimsuits, jumpsuits with brassieres.
10.
