Background

Articles of apparel are often provided with a decorative article, and it is relevant to how the decorative panel and support material are combined. The usual metal plates are joined by a pin and net-like support material and fastened by a support plate. The art is therefore faced with the technical problem of how to accurately position the decorative sheet on the support. In practice, after attachment, the slips therein for securing need to be removed, the removal process requires the use of tools, and may affect the integrity of the trim panel. How to not influence the beauty of the decorative board is also a technical problem to be solved. There is an urgent need in the art for intensive research on how to combine a decorative sheet with a support, thereby solving the technical problems existing in the prior art.

In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the following technical scheme.

Decorative board for apparel, comprising a base and a punch, the punch having a grip portion for holding the board in place by at least one seat, each decorative board having a first seat, the base comprising at least one hole adapted to receive at least one connection pin, the base having at least one second seat for holding at least one lining in place, the lining comprising at least one receiving portion for receiving a connection pin, the base being provided with at least one third seat for holding a bracket in place.

Preferably, the grip portion comprises magnetic means.

Preferably, the punch includes a main portion, the first seat is formed in a lower plate of the punch, an intermediate plate is interposed between the lower plate and the magnet to maintain stability of the magnet, and the base includes an intermediate plate to which a top plate is fixed and a lower plate is fixed.

Preferably, the intermediate plate has an intermediate hole into which a body is inserted.

Preferably, the body is fixed to the top of the lower plate corresponding to a lower opening formed in the lower plate.

A method of applying a decorative sheet for apparel to a support, comprising the steps of:

1. the plate is fixed in at least one first seat of the punch,

positioning a lining plate on the base, and positioning the bracket between the punch and the base;

2. a punching stage, in which the punch moves towards the base and then is inserted into the lining plate receiving part;

3. the connection insert is guided away from the first seat and thus away from the punch.

Detailed Description

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the device 1 connects the support S with the trim panels P, which have connection pins B, and comprises a base 2 and a punch 3, the punch 3 having a grip portion held in place by at least one first seat 4a, which is at least partially complementary in shape to the trim panels P, in this embodiment one first seat 4a for each trim panel P, but in other embodiments only one first seat 4a for more trim panels P. The base 2 comprises at least one hole F adapted to receive said at least one connection pin B. The base 2 has at least one second seat 2d 'for holding at least one board C in place, the board C comprising at least one receiving portion C' for receiving the connection pin B. The base 2 is provided with at least a third seat 2b' for holding the support S in position.

The grip portion comprises magnetic means, in particular magnets 4b. In this embodiment, the punch 3 includes a main portion 5a in which a magnet 4b is contained. Fastening of the plate P to the first seat 4a can also be achieved by means of the handle 10.

The handle 10 is manually operable by a user and has a grip portion for gripping the trim panel P and a release structure for releasing the trim panel P. The step of fixing the decorative panel P includes:

the handle 10 is moved closer to the punch 3 until the plate P is in the first seat 4a of the punch 3, at which time the handle 10 is gripped in a gripping configuration;

the plate P is released on the punch 3,

the handle 10 is configured to a release configuration;

the handle 10 is removed from the plate P.

The decorative panel P may have a plurality of connection pins B, and the backing C includes a plurality of receiving portions C' so as to be penetrated by the connection pins B. The connecting pin B is oriented towards the crankcase so that it is in the correct position to be able to perforate the support S, so that it can be fixed, the punch 3 and the base 2 being opposite in direction. Preferably, the holes 30a of the support plate 30 have a minimum clearance to mate with corresponding connection pins or anchors 110. The trim panel can thus be mounted to the bracket with proper docking.

Preferably, the holes 30a are identical to each other. The holes 40a of the receiving plate of the cover 40 are equally distributed, and the holes 40a may be blind holes. Preferably, the holes 40a of the cover 40 are identical to each other. The support plate 30 and/or the cover plate 40 each have a break-away at the bottom for the mating receiving body 20.

The support plate 30 and the cover plate 40 are substantially planar and parallel to each other. The device further includes a retaining body 50 disposed in the receiving interior volume, and the body 20 is configured to block the pin. In particular, there are a plurality of retaining members 60 therein for locking pins 110 to be inserted into the holes 30 a.

Preferably, the holder 50 is a moving plate inserted into the inner volume of the receiving body 20, the moving plate being located at an adjacent side of the support plate 30 in parallel with the support plate 30. The thrust portion 80 of the moving plate can be manually compressed to release the trim panel. Wherein the opening 50a of the moving plate is aligned with the aperture 30a of the support plate 30.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, each opening 50a of the moving plate has a side-by-side retaining portion 90 and a release portion 10b. The moving plate is movable relative to the body 20 to align the aperture 30a of the support plate 30 with the retaining portion 90 of the opening 50a and to align the opening 30a of the support plate 30 with the release portion 10b of the opening 50a for docking and release.

The retaining element 60 comprises, for each opening 50a of the mobile plate, a pair of projections 11 preferably extending in elastic openings and defining an open retaining portion 90 between them.

In order to stabilize the mobile plate, elastic means are also included, constituted by a pair of flexible portions 13, arranged opposite to the thrust portions 80 of the mobile plate.

In use, the finishing plate 100 is free to move so as to enter the apertures 30a, 40a, 50a when the moving plate is in the released state.

In fig. 1 to 5, when the handle 10 is moved to the punch 3 in an appropriate direction, the punching portion 80 is pressed down so that the decorative plate can be freely restrained on the punch 3 to the first seat 4a.

Claims

1. A method for operating a processing device of a decorative plate for clothing is characterized in that: the processing device comprises a base (2) and a punch (3) having a grip portion for holding the decorative panels in position by means of at least one first seat (4 a), each decorative panel having one first seat (4 a), the base (2) comprising at least one hole (F) adapted to receive at least one connection pin (B), the base (2) having at least one second seat (2 d ') for holding at least one lining plate (C) in position, the lining plate (C) comprising at least one receiving portion (C ') for receiving the connection pin (B), the base (2) being provided with at least one third seat (2B ') for holding the bracket in position;

the punch comprises a main part (5 a), a first seat (4 a) is formed in a lower plate (5 b) of the punch (3), an intermediate plate (5 c) is inserted between the lower plate (5 b) and the magnet (4 b) to keep the stability of the magnet, the base (2) comprises an intermediate plate (2 a), a top plate (2 b) is fixed on the intermediate plate (2 a), and a lower plate (2 c) is fixed under the intermediate plate (2 a);

the operation method comprises the following steps: 1. fixing a decorative plate in at least one first seat (4 a) of a punch (3), positioning a lining plate on the base (2), positioning the bracket between the punch (3) and the base (2); 2. a punching stage, in which the punch (3) moves toward the base (2) and is then inserted into the lining plate receiving portion; 3. the connection pin (B) is directed away from the first seat (4 a) and thus away from the punch (3);

inserting a connection pin (B) in the receiving portion and then into at least one hole (F) of the base (2);

the lining plate (C) is arranged in at least one second seat (2 d') formed in the base (2);

-providing a bracket in at least one top plate (2 b) formed in the base (2);

the intermediate plate (2 a) has an intermediate hole (2 a') in which a body (2 d) is inserted;

the body (2 d) is fixed to the top of the lower plate (2 c) in correspondence with a lower opening (2 c') formed in the lower plate (2 c).
