Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a trawl door, in particular to a seabed bottom protection type door for a trawl at the bottom of a single ship.
Background
The trawl at the bottom of a single ship is also called single towing, and adopts a ship for towing, the floater and the sinker on the trawl provide vertical expansion for the trawl, and the two net plates provide horizontal expansion for the trawl. The trawl board of single ship bottom has many types, such as rectangle, ellipse, vertical curved surface type, complex wing type otter board, etc., but the otter board of trawl is generally heavier at present, in the course of trawl operation, often appear the lower edge of otter board scrape the seabed, produce more serious destruction to the bottom matter of seabed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a seabed bottom substance protection type screen plate for a single-ship bottom trawl, which can effectively solve the problem that the lower edge of the screen plate scrapes the seabed in the operation process of the trawl in the prior art and seriously damages the seabed bottom substance.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a seabed bottom substance protection type screen plate for a single-ship bottom trawl comprises a main screen plate and a self-adaptive expansion device, wherein the self-adaptive expansion device comprises a left support wing plate, a right support wing plate, connecting rods in one-to-one correspondence with the support wing plates, a support frame positioned below the main screen plate and bottom contact rollers rotatably arranged on the support frame; in the process that the main network plate is gradually close to the seabed, after the bottom contact roller contacts the seabed, the bottom contact roller drives the support wing plate to rotate upwards through the support frame and the connecting rod to expand so as to buffer the downward impact of the main network plate.
Therefore, in the trawl operation process, when the main screen plate is gradually close to the seabed, the bottom contact roller firstly touches the bottom, and then the bottom contact roller drives the support wing plate to rotate upwards through the support frame and the connecting rod to expand so as to buffer the downward impact of the main screen plate, thereby reducing or even eliminating the impact of the main screen plate to the seabed direction, and reducing or even eliminating the scraping of the lower edge of the main screen plate to the seabed; on the other hand, after the bottom-touching roller touches the bottom, the bottom-touching roller rolls along the seabed, so that the seabed bottom substance is not seriously damaged; therefore, the submarine substrate protection type screen plate for the single-ship-bottom trawl can effectively solve the problem that the lower edge of the screen plate scrapes the seabed in the operation process of the trawl in the prior art, so that the submarine substrate is seriously damaged, and is favorable for protecting the submarine substrate.
Preferably, the support frame comprises a vertical rod, a roller support sliding up and down along the vertical rod and a support buffer spring sleeved on the vertical rod and positioned above the roller support, the lower end of the connecting rod is hinged to the upper end of the vertical rod, and the bottom contact roller is rotatably arranged on the roller support. Therefore, after the bottom contact roller contacts the bottom, the buffer spring can be used for buffering, the bottom contact roller is prevented from being in rigid contact with the seabed, and the seabed bottom substance can be protected.
Preferably, the support frame further comprises a baffle arranged on the upper portion of the upright rod and a limiting block arranged at the bottom of the upright rod, a sliding sleeve which slides up and down along the upright rod is arranged on the roller support, the support buffer spring is located between the baffle and the sliding sleeve, and the roller support is supported on the limiting block.
Preferably, the main net plate is internally provided with a hollow inner cavity, the buoyancy of the main net plate is greater than the gravity of the main net plate, and the buoyancy of the main net plate is smaller than the sum of the gravity of the main net plate and the gravity of the self-adaptive expansion device. Therefore, the weight of the whole screen plate can be reduced, and the lower edge of the screen plate can be scraped to the seabed.
Preferably, the left and right support wing plates are symmetrically distributed on two opposite sides of the main net plate.
Preferably, the side surface of the main net plate is provided with a plurality of guide wing plates extending forwards and backwards.
Preferably, the guide wing plates are distributed at the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the main net plate.
Preferably, the opposite two side surfaces of the main net plate are provided with flow guide wing plates.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the trawl operation process, when the main net plate is gradually close to the seabed, the bottom contact roller firstly touches the bottom, and then the bottom contact roller drives the support wing plate to rotate upwards and expand through the support frame and the connecting rod so as to buffer the downward impact of the main net plate, thereby reducing or even eliminating the impact of the main net plate to the seabed direction and reducing or even eliminating the scraping of the lower edge of the main net plate to the seabed; on the other hand, after the bottom-touching roller touches the bottom, the bottom-touching roller rolls along the seabed, so that the seabed bottom substance is not seriously damaged; therefore, the submarine substrate protection type screen plate for the single-ship-bottom trawl can effectively solve the problem that the lower edge of the screen plate scrapes the seabed in the operation process of the trawl in the prior art, so that the submarine substrate is seriously damaged, and is favorable for protecting the submarine substrate.
