Detailed Description
the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not limitation. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a call control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the present embodiment is applicable to a case of controlling a call of a terminal device, and the method may be executed by a call control device, where the call control device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the device may be a terminal device capable of performing a call, such as a mobile phone, a landline phone, a tablet computer, and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, after detecting that the call event is triggered, acquiring a received first voice signal, where the first voice signal includes a voice signal sent by another terminal device and received by the current terminal device through a network.
Wherein, the triggering of the call event may be the connection of a call connection between the terminals. The first voice signal may include a voice signal sent by the other terminal device received by the current terminal device through the network, and may be a voice signal sent by the other terminal device received by the current terminal device through the network and output through a sound output device (such as an earphone, a headphone or a speaker). The method for establishing the call between the terminals can be that the terminal dials a number corresponding to an operator to establish a call connection with another terminal, or a voice call function in social software is used to establish the call between the terminals. The voice signal can be transmitted between the terminal devices in a manner that firstly, a microphone of the terminal device collects voice information input by a user, the collected voice information is converted into an electric signal, the terminal device samples and quantizes the electric signal corresponding to the voice information and converts the electric signal into a voice digital signal, then the voice digital signal is loaded on a carrier wave and is transmitted, the terminal device at the opposite end demodulates the received voice digital signal to obtain a corresponding voice signal, and the corresponding voice signal is output through a sound output device of the terminal device at the opposite end, so that the transmission of the voice signal between the terminal devices is realized.
Specifically, after the current terminal receives a request for establishing a call connection sent by another terminal, a user of the current terminal clicks a call request receiving button to connect the call connection with another terminal device, so as to trigger a call event. Illustratively, when a request sent by a user B to establish a call connection is displayed in a terminal device of the user a, the user a clicks a call request receiving button in the terminal device to connect the call connection with the terminal device of the user B, thereby triggering a call event, and after detecting that the call event is triggered, the terminal device of the user a acquires a first voice signal sent by the terminal device of the user B.
Step 120, determining the volume of the first voice signal.
The statistical unit of the volume size may be decibels. In this application scenario, the current terminal outputs the received first voice signal through the sound output device, and the mode of determining the volume of the first voice signal may be to detect the volume of the first voice signal output by the current terminal by using the volume detection device.
Specifically, after the current terminal receives a first voice signal sent by another terminal, the first voice signal is output through the voice output device, and then the volume detection device detects the volume of the output first voice signal to obtain the volume of the first voice signal. For example, after the user a connects the call request of the user B through the terminal device, the terminal device of the user a receives the voice signal sent by the user B through the terminal device, and outputs the voice signal through the sound output device for the user a to listen to, and after the voice signal is output, the volume detection device in the terminal device of the user a detects the volume of the voice signal, so as to obtain the volume of the voice signal.
And step 130, when the volume meets the preset condition, sending a prompt message, wherein the prompt message is used for indicating that the currently received volume does not meet the call condition.
The preset condition may be that the volume of the first voice signal is smaller than a preset threshold. The prompting message can be in the form of prompting voice, prompting voice or short message prompting, and the like. The prompting message can prompt the user of the other terminal that the volume of the currently received voice signal does not meet the call condition, and ask to appropriately increase the speaking volume or aim at the microphone. The method for sending the prompt message may be: adding the prompt information into a second voice signal sent by the current terminal equipment, wherein the second voice signal comprises a voice signal sent by the current terminal equipment to other terminal equipment; or directly sending voice prompt information and/or short message prompt information to other terminal equipment.
Specifically, the volume detection device judges whether the volume meets a preset condition after obtaining the volume of the first voice signal, and sends prompt information to other terminal devices to prompt users of other terminals to increase the speaking volume if the volume meets the preset condition, that is, the volume is smaller than a preset threshold.
According to the technical scheme, after the triggering of the call event is detected, the received first voice signal is acquired, the volume of the first voice signal is determined, and when the volume meets the preset condition, the prompt message is sent. In this embodiment, when the volume of the detected voice signal meets the preset condition, the prompt information is sent to the other terminal devices to prompt users of the other terminal devices to increase the speaking volume, so that the conversation control efficiency can be improved.
Alternatively, step 130 may be implemented by:
and step 131, when the volume is smaller than a preset threshold, adding the prompt message into a second voice signal sent by the current terminal device, wherein the second voice signal comprises a voice signal sent by the current terminal device to other terminal devices.
Wherein the preset threshold value can be set to any value between 30-40 db. The second voice signal may be a voice signal input by the user into the current terminal device and transmitted to the other terminal device through the current terminal device. The prompt message may be added to the second voice signal sent by the current terminal device before or after the second voice signal. For example, assuming that the cue information is a short cue tone such as "droplet … …" and the content of the second voice signal is "i'm writing a job", the cue information is added to the second voice signal in such a manner that "droplet … … i'm writing a job" or "i'm writing a job droplet … …".
Specifically, the volume of the first voice signal is smaller than a preset threshold, and the current terminal device collects a second voice signal input by a user, the prompt message is added into the second voice signal, and the prompt message and the second voice signal are sent to other terminal devices together. And after receiving the prompt message, the users of other terminal equipment actively increase the speaking volume. For example, assuming that the preset threshold is set to 35 db, the volume of the first voice signal is measured to be 30 db and smaller than the preset threshold, and after the user of the current terminal inputs the second voice signal, the prompt message is added to the second voice signal and sent to other terminal devices together. In this embodiment, the prompt information is directly added to the second voice signal sent by the current terminal device to the other terminal devices, so that the power consumption of the terminal can be saved.
Optionally, step 130 may also be implemented by:
and 132, when the volume is smaller than the preset threshold, sending voice prompt information and/or short message prompt information.
Wherein the preset threshold value can be set to any value between 30-40 db. The voice prompt information may be a voice containing related contents that the volume does not conform to the call condition, and may be prompted by machine sound, such as "your speaking voice, the other party is not clearly heard" and the like. The short message prompt message can be a short message containing relevant contents that the volume is not in accordance with the call condition and the like.
Specifically, when the volume of the first voice signal is smaller than a preset threshold, the current terminal device directly sends a voice prompt message containing relevant contents that the volume does not accord with the call condition to other terminal devices, and/or the current terminal device directly sends a voice short message prompt message containing relevant contents that the volume does not accord with the call condition to other terminal devices. This has the advantage that the efficiency of call control can be increased.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a call control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, optionally, the method includes:
step 210, after detecting that the call event is triggered, acquiring a received first voice signal, where the first voice signal includes a voice signal sent by another terminal device and received by the current terminal device through a network.
In step 220, the volume of the first voice signal is determined.
And step 230, determining the noise value of the environment where the current terminal equipment is located.
Wherein, the statistical unit of the noise value can be decibel. Specifically, the noise value of the current environment where the terminal device is located may be obtained by a microphone device of the terminal device. The process may be that, firstly, a microphone device on the current terminal device is used to collect the environmental sound of the environment where the current terminal device is located, then the collected environmental sound is converted into an electrical signal, and the electrical signal is analyzed by using a signal analysis technology to obtain signal parameters such as waveform and frequency of the environmental sound, so as to analyze the noise value of the environment where the current terminal device is located.
And step 240, determining whether a preset condition is met according to the volume and the noise value.
The preset condition may be that the volume of the first voice signal is smaller than a preset volume value in the current environment. The preset volume value may be set according to the noise value of the environment, for example, a mapping table between the environmental noise value and the preset volume value may be established. For example, table 1 is a mapping table of an environmental noise value and a preset volume value.
TABLE 1
Figure PCTCN2017098172-APPB-000001
Specifically, the process of determining whether the preset condition is met according to the volume and the noise value may be that, after obtaining the volume of the first voice signal and the noise value of the environment of the current terminal device, the preset volume value corresponding to the noise value is searched, then the volume of the first voice signal is compared with the preset volume value, and if the volume of the first voice signal is smaller than the preset volume value, the volume meets the preset condition under the noise value. For example, assuming that the volume of the first voice signal is 50 db, the noise value of the current environment where the terminal device is located is 80 db, the preset volume value is 65 db, and the volume of the first voice signal is smaller than the preset volume value, the volume meets the preset condition under the noise value.
And step 250, if yes, sending a prompt message.
The manner of sending the prompt message may be: adding the prompt information into a second voice signal sent by the current terminal equipment, wherein the second voice signal comprises a voice signal sent by the current terminal equipment to other terminal equipment; or directly sending voice prompt information and/or short message prompt information to other terminal equipment. When the volume meets the preset condition under the noise value, the current terminal equipment sends prompt information to other terminal equipment so as to prompt users of the other terminal equipment to actively increase the speaking volume.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, whether the preset condition is met or not is determined according to the volume and the noise value, and if the preset condition is met, the prompt message is sent. The reliability of call control can be improved.
Optionally, when the volume meets the preset condition, the method further includes:
and step 260, determining volume adjustment information according to the volume and the stored preset adjustment table.
The preset adjustment table may include an adjustment coefficient, a target volume value, or a volume change value corresponding to the volume level. The method for determining the volume adjustment information according to the volume and the stored preset adjustment table may be that, when the preset adjustment table includes an adjustment coefficient corresponding to the volume, the amplitude curve of the first voice signal is adjusted according to the adjustment coefficient in the volume adjustment information; when the preset adjusting table comprises a target volume value corresponding to the volume, adjusting the current volume value of the terminal equipment according to the target volume value in the volume adjusting information; and when the preset adjusting table comprises the volume change value corresponding to the volume, adjusting the current volume value of the terminal equipment according to the volume change value in the volume adjusting information. Specifically, after the volume of the first voice signal is obtained and the volume meets the preset condition, the volume adjustment information corresponding to the volume is searched in a stored preset adjustment table according to the volume.
And 270, adjusting the volume of the current terminal equipment according to the volume adjustment information.
Specifically, after the volume adjustment information corresponding to the volume of the first voice signal is determined, the volume of the current terminal device is adjusted according to the volume adjustment information, so that the volume of the current terminal device meets the call condition.
Alternatively, step 270 may be implemented by:
step 271, adjusting the amplitude curve of the first voice signal according to the adjustment coefficient in the volume adjustment information.
Wherein the adjustment coefficient may be any natural number greater than 1. Specifically, the amplitude curve may be adjusted according to the adjustment coefficient by multiplying the amplitude of the amplitude curve by the adjustment coefficient to obtain the amplitude of the adjusted amplitude curve. For example, assuming that the amplitude of the first voice signal amplitude curve before the adjustment is a and the adjustment coefficient is 1.5, the amplitude of the adjusted first voice signal amplitude curve becomes 1.5A. According to the technical scheme, the volume of the voice signal is increased by adjusting the amplitude of the amplitude curve of the voice signal, and the convenience of call control can be improved.
Optionally, step 270 may also be implemented by:
and step 272, adjusting the current volume value of the terminal device according to the target volume value in the volume adjustment information.
The target volume value is the minimum volume value that meets the call condition in the current call process, and may be any value before 50-60 db, for example. Specifically, the current volume value of the terminal device is adjusted according to the target volume value in the volume adjustment information in a manner of directly adjusting the call volume of the current terminal device to the target volume value. For example, assuming that the target volume value is 56 db, the volume of the first voice signal is 40 db, and the preset condition is met, the call volume of the terminal device is adjusted to 56 db. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the current volume value of the terminal equipment is adjusted according to the target volume value in the volume adjusting information, so that the conversation control efficiency can be improved.
Optionally, step 270 may also be implemented by:
step 273, adjusting the current volume value of the terminal device according to the volume change value in the volume adjustment information.
Specifically, the current volume value of the terminal device is adjusted according to the volume change value in the volume adjustment information in a manner of increasing or decreasing the volume of the volume change value on the basis of the current volume value. For example, it is assumed that the volume change value is 10 db, the current volume value is 30 db, and the adjustment is performed in a manner of 30+10 db to 40 db, or 30-10 db to 20 db. The advantage of doing so is that every time the volume control will change according to fixed volume change value, prevents that the volume from irritating the user when changing suddenly between the utmost high, extremely low to improve user experience.
Optionally, the preset condition may be that the volume is greater than a preset volume threshold. When the volume is larger than the preset threshold value, the adjusting coefficient can be any decimal number between 0 and 1, namely, the amplitude of the voice signal amplitude curve is reduced, and therefore the call volume is reduced. When the volume is larger than the preset threshold, the call volume of the current terminal equipment can be automatically reduced to the target volume value. Or when the volume is larger than the preset threshold, the call volume of the current terminal device is reduced according to the volume change value, so that the call volume is reduced on the premise that the volume meets the call condition, and the power consumption of the terminal can be reduced.
Optionally, after step 110, the method further includes:
step 140, obtaining the received second voice signal, and determining the volume of the second voice signal, where the second voice signal includes a voice signal generated by the voice information collected by the current terminal device.
The second voice signal may be voice information collected by a microphone of the current terminal device, and the collected voice information is converted into an electric signal to obtain a voice signal. And analyzing the acquired voice signal to obtain the volume of the voice signal.
Accordingly, step 130 may be implemented by:
and step 131, sending a prompt message when the volume of the second voice signal meets a preset volume condition.
The preset volume condition may be that the volume of the second voice signal is smaller than a preset volume value. The prompt message may be a voice prompt message or a notification message type prompt message. Specifically, when the volume of the second voice signal meets a preset condition, the current terminal generates a prompt message to prompt the user to increase the speaking volume or aim at the microphone. For example, after the user of the current terminal inputs the second voice information to the current terminal, the current terminal converts the voice information into a voice signal, analyzes the voice signal to obtain the volume of the voice signal, and if the volume is smaller than a preset volume value, the current terminal generates a prompt message to prompt the user of the current terminal to automatically adjust the volume or aim at the microphone.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the volume of the voice signal obtained by the current terminal equipment meets the preset volume condition, the prompt message is sent, so that the quality of conversation between the terminal equipment can be improved, and the reliability of conversation control is improved.

Step 302, determining the volume of the first voice signal.
Step 303, determining the noise value of the environment where the current terminal device is located.
And step 304, judging whether the volume is smaller than a preset threshold value according to the volume and the noise value.
And 305, if the volume is smaller than a preset threshold, sending voice prompt information and/or short message prompt information.
And step 306, determining volume adjustment information according to the volume and the stored preset adjustment table.
And 307, adjusting the current volume value of the terminal equipment according to the target volume value in the volume adjustment information.
