Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for issuing a public control message, which is applied to a small-bandwidth network, determines a paging subframe according to the configured number (nB) of paging groups, reserves the determined paging subframe for issuing the paging message, and does not allow semi-static scheduling on the reserved paging subframe. The scheme of reserving the paging sub-frame in advance can ensure the issuing of the common control message under the small bandwidth.
The following describes in detail the issuing manner of paging message, system broadcast message and random access response message in common control message with reference to the accompanying drawings:
for paging messages:
in a trunking system, a strategy adopted by a group Paging message (G-Paging) is to send a fixed subframe in a Paging cycle, and for a Paging message (PS-Paging) of a PS service, the following processing manner is provided in the embodiment of the present application:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a paging message issuing process in an embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following specific steps:
step 101, the base station determines a paging subframe according to configured nB.
In the step, nB is configured according to the time delay requirement; the longer the delay requirement is, the smaller the configured nB is;
the desirable values of nB in the protocol standard are: 4T, 2T, T/2, T/4, T/8, T/16, T/32.
In the embodiment of the application, the configurable nB is T/2, T/4, T/8, T/16 or T/32 in order to fix the paging frame as an even frame.
The nB configured in this way can ensure that the requirement of sending the paging message can be met only by reserving the paging sub-frame of the even frame in the semi-static scheduling period, and the odd radio frame resource is saved.
The Paging Frame (PF) and the Paging Occasion (PO) are calculated from the DRX parameters carried in the system messages by the following formula:
the paging frame is derived from the following equation:
SFN mod T = (T div N) × (UE _ ID mod N); wherein div represents an integer divide; mod denotes the remainder;
the paging subframe index i _ s is given by the following formula:
i _ s = floor (UE _ ID/N) mod Ns; floor denotes rounding down;
wherein nB is T/2, T/4, T/8, T/16 or T/32;
t is DRX period of UE. T depends on the shortest of the UE-specific DRX values (as specified by higher layers) and the default DRX values broadcast by the system information. Default values are used if the higher layer does not specify UE-specific DRX.
N is min (T, nB); the smaller of T and nB;
ns is max (1, nB/T); i.e., the greater of 1 and nB/T;
the UE _ ID is IMSI mod 1024.
The values of PF, ns, and i _ s can be determined through the above calculation, and the embodiment of the present application is different from the existing implementation only in configured nB, and once nB is determined, the values of PF, ns, and i _ s are calculated as in the existing implementation.
After the values of Ns and i _ s are determined, the corresponding sub-frames can be determined by looking up the table, and the table entries corresponding to the sub-frame numbers in different systems are respectively given below.
Referring to table 1, table 1 is a table entry corresponding to the subframe number of the FDD PO.

Referring to table 2, table 2 is a table entry corresponding to the subframe number of the TDD scheme PO.

TABLE 2
And 102, reserving the determined paging sub-frame for issuing the paging message of the PS service by the base station, and not allowing semi-static scheduling on the reserved paging sub-frame for issuing the paging message of the PS service.
If no paging message is issued on the reserved paging subframe for issuing the paging message, the dynamic scheduling is carried out on the paging subframe compared with the message with low priority of the public control message.
For system broadcast messages:
the system broadcast message is divided into MIB and SIBs messages, where the protocol specifies the transmission period and the number of retransmissions of the MIB and SIB1 messages, i.e. the MIB is scheduled with a fixed period of 40ms, and the retransmission is scheduled within 40ms, the first transmission being scheduled on the #0 subframe of the radio frame satisfying SFN mod 4=0, and the retransmission being scheduled on the #0 subframe of all other radio frames.
SIB1 is repeatedly transmitted within 80ms using 80ms periodic scheduling. The first transmission is on subframe #5 of the radio frame satisfying SFN mod 8=0 and the retransmission is on #5 subframes of all other radio frames satisfying SFN mod 2= 0.
And transmitting the SI message in a dynamic scheduling mode in a periodically transmitted time window. Each SI message is associated with one SI-window and the SI-windows of different SI messages do not overlap each other. That is, only the corresponding SI can be transmitted in one SI-window, and the initial transmission and the retransmission are performed in one time window.
The procedure for reserving subframes for SI messages other than MIB and SIB1 messages is given below:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a system broadcast message issuing process in the embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following specific steps:
in step 201, for SI messages other than MIB and SIB1 messages, the base station only carries one SIB message on each SI message.
When this step is implemented specifically, each SIB message is mapped to a different SI message, that is, different SIB messages are not sent in the same SI.
Step 202, when the SI-window is m radio frames, the number of times of transmitting SI messages in one SI-window is n.
Wherein m and n are integers more than 0, and m is not less than n.
Step 203, the base station reserves the sub-frame for the issue of the SI message in a semi-persistent scheduling period, and does not allow the semi-persistent scheduling resource allocation on the reserved sub-frame for the issue of the SI message.
The reserved subframes for issuing the SI message are not the subframes reserved for issuing the paging message, and are not the subframes for issuing the MIB message and the SIB1 message, that is, the subframes already fixed to other messages in the system broadcast message and the subframes reserved for the paging message, and are not used for issuing the SI message any more.
And on the reserved subframe used for issuing the SI message, if no SI message is issued, dynamically scheduling the subframe with a message with lower priority than the common control message.
For the random access response message:
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of issuing a random access response message in the embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following specific steps:
step 301, the base station reserves t subframes within each r subframe length in the semi-persistent scheduling period for issuing the RAR message.
A Random Access Response (RAR) message is issued in a transmission window (RaRspWindowSize), and in order to ensure normal issuing of the RAR message, an issued subframe needs to be reserved for the RAR message under a small bandwidth. The length of RaRspWindowSize is r subframes.
Step 302, the base station does not allow semi-persistent scheduling resource allocation on the reserved t subframes.
The reserved t subframes are not subframes reserved for issuing paging messages or subframes reserved for issuing system broadcast messages; t is an integer greater than 0.
That is, the subframes already fixed to the system broadcast message and the subframes reserved for the paging message are not used for reserving the random access response message.
If no RAR message is issued in the reserved t subframes for RAR issuing, performing dynamic scheduling on the t subframes compared with a message with low priority of the public control message.
The following describes the embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the LTE system.
For example, in FDD system, the semi-persistent scheduling period is 20ms, IMSI of a user is 4609005550051, ue _idis IMSI mod 1024=355, T is 1280ms, nb configures T/2 is 640, n is 640, ns is 1.
SFN mod T=(T div N)×(UE_ID mod N)=710
The location of the paging frame may occur at SFN = (128 × i) +710, (where i =0 to N, but SFN < = 1024), and the location of the paging frame may be 710, 838, 966. Each SFN is 10ms.
i_s=floor(UE_ID/N)mod Ns=0
For FDD system, table look-up 1 indicates that the possible subframe positions of the PS-Paging message of the user are subframe number 9 on the 710, 838, 996 radio frame. Reserving a 9 th subframe as a PS-Paging issued subframe in each semi-persistent scheduling period.
The SIB2 message and the SIB3 message are mapped and transmitted in the SI2 and SI3 messages, respectively, and are transmitted 4 times in one SI-window (40 ms), the SI2 is initially transmitted on the #2 subframe, and the remaining 3 retransmissions are distributed and transmitted on the #12, #22, #32 subframes. The SI3 message may be transmitted on the next 40ms SI-window with transmission subframes #2, #12, #22, #32. In a 20ms voice period, subframes #0, #2, #5, #10, and #12 are transmission subframes of the SI message, and are not available for semi-persistent scheduling of group voice.
For RAR transmission, the length of the transmission window RaRspWindowSize is 10 subframes, 4 subframes are reserved for the RAR transmission window RaRspWindowSize every 20ms and are attempted to be issued, and the subframe numbers reserved for the RAR transmission window RaRspWindowSize are #3, #8, #13 and #18.
The remaining subframes except the reserved subframes may be used for semi-persistent scheduling.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating reservation allocation of a paging subframe, a system message subframe, and a random access response subframe in the embodiment of the present application.
