Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a scene synchronization system provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes a first terminal, a scene interaction terminal, a second terminal, and a platform server.
The platform server supports communication with the first terminal and the second terminal and is used for providing the requested service data for the first terminal and the second terminal.
The first terminal and the second terminal interact with each other by taking the scene interaction terminal as a medium, and after the first terminal is connected with the second terminal, the scene is defined and the corresponding relation is defined, so that the scene information can be identified by the first terminal, the scene interaction terminal and the second terminal. When the first terminal synchronizes the current scene of the second terminal, the first terminal inquires the scene information of the second terminal from the scene interaction terminal, the scene interaction terminal returns the current scene information of the second terminal to the first terminal through a data synchronization mechanism between the scene interaction terminal and the second terminal, and the first terminal inquires the auxiliary information related to the current scene from the platform server after receiving the key information related to the current scene, so that the scene synchronization of the second terminal is completed. After completing the scene synchronization, the first terminal may define a scene management method rule, perform corresponding scene editing and information processing for a specific scene, and synchronize the edited scene to the second terminal. The first terminal sends the key information of the edited scene to the scene interaction terminal, the scene interaction terminal forwards the key information to the second terminal, and the second terminal receives the message, analyzes the key information of the edited scene, and inquires the data information restored in the scene from the platform server, so that the scene is restored.
Based on the above system configuration, various embodiments of the present invention will be described.
Example one
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a scene synchronization method, which is applied to a first terminal, and the method includes:
s201, after the second terminal is searched, a scene query message for querying the current scene of the second terminal is sent to the scene interaction terminal.
Specifically, the first terminal searches a second terminal list through a local area network mode or a cross-network mode, and selects the second terminal. The first terminal sends a scene query message to the scene interaction terminal, and the scene interaction terminal interacts with the second terminal to obtain the current scene information of the second terminal.
S202, after receiving current scene information of the second terminal returned by the scene interaction terminal, acquiring auxiliary information of the current scene from the platform server according to the key information of the current scene.
Specifically, after acquiring current scene information transmitted by the scene interaction terminal, the first terminal acquires key information of the current scene, where the key information is parameter information capable of identifying and describing a current scene of the second terminal, and includes one or any combination of a scene identifier, a scene name, and scene parameters thereof, but does not include auxiliary information required for reproducing the current scene of the second terminal. And the data of the auxiliary information is stored on the platform server. Therefore, the first terminal further needs to query the platform server for relevant auxiliary information according to the key information of the current scene.
And S203, restoring the current scene of the second terminal according to the key information and the auxiliary information of the current scene.
Take the first terminal as a handheld terminal, the second terminal as a TV set-top box, and the platform server as an IPTV (internet protocol Television) as an example. The handheld terminal searches a TV set-top box list through a Digital Line Network Alliance (DLNA) protocol or a cross-network mode, and selects the current TV set-top box. All subsequent operations are premised on this step. The DLNA mode is a local area network mode, an online TV set-top box in the local area network is operated, and the cross-network mode can search the cross-network online TV set-top box. The method comprises the steps that a scene query request is sent to a scene interaction terminal through triggering of a handheld terminal, the scene interaction terminal interacts with a TV set top box template side to obtain current scene information of the TV set top box template, the scene interaction terminal returns the current scene information to the handheld terminal, the handheld terminal analyzes key information of the current scene information from the current scene information, and queries and reproduces auxiliary information of the current scene from an IPTV platform according to the key information of the current scene information, so that the current scene of the TV set top box is restored on the handheld terminal, and scene synchronization is completed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first terminal obtains the current scene key information of the second terminal by taking the scene interactive terminal as a medium, and serves the auxiliary information of the current scene to the platform through the scene key information, so that the current scene of the second terminal is restored on the first terminal.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a scene synchronization method, where the method further includes:
s301, receiving and storing a scene corresponding relation between a first terminal and a second terminal preset by a user.
Specifically, the step may be to agree on a scene correspondence relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal through configuration. Such as: and appointing a scene corresponding relation between the first terminal and the second terminal, a scene identifier and a scene name.
S302, after the second terminal is searched, a scene query message for querying the current scene of the second terminal is sent to the scene interaction terminal.
And S303, acquiring key information of the current scene after receiving the current scene information of the second terminal returned by the scene interaction terminal.
And S303, acquiring auxiliary information of the current scene from the platform server according to the key information of the current scene.
And S304, restoring the current scene of the second terminal according to the key information and the auxiliary information of the current scene.
S305, when it is detected that the user edits the current scene, sending a scene push message to the scene interaction terminal, wherein the scene push message comprises key information of the edited scene.
Specifically, after the scene synchronization between the first terminal and the second terminal is completed, if the user wants to modify the current scene, the current scene may be edited on the first terminal and pushed to the second terminal. The method comprises the steps that after a first terminal detects that a user confirms editing, a scene push message is sent to a scene interaction terminal, the scene interaction terminal is informed that a second terminal needs to synchronize scene information edited and/or controlled on the first terminal, the scene interaction terminal serves as a message forwarding center after receiving the scene push message, the scene information carried in the scene push message of the first terminal is sent to the second terminal, and therefore the current scene of the second terminal is skipped to the edited scene on the first terminal.
And S306, after receiving a control instruction initiated by the user, sending a control message to the scene interaction terminal.
Specifically, after the scene synchronization between the first terminal and the second terminal is completed, the control management can be performed for the scene, and the scene interaction terminal forwards the control instruction to the second terminal to execute the control instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, after the first terminal restores the current scene of the second terminal, the edited scene information is pushed to the second terminal after editing and modifying the scene on the basis of synchronization, and the second terminal can restore the current scene of the first terminal in real time, so as to implement scene synchronization operations of the two terminals in different directions. In addition, the scene information management is carried out on the specific scene, and the control and the processing of the service by the second terminal can be realized by inputting a control instruction on the first terminal.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 4, a scene synchronization method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a scene interaction terminal, and the method includes:
s401, after receiving the scene query message sent by the first terminal, sending the scene query message to the second terminal.
S402, obtaining the current scene information of the second terminal and sending the current scene information to the first terminal.
The method further comprises the following steps: and after receiving the current scene information sent by the second terminal, sending the current scene information to the first terminal. Or reading the data of the current scene from the data container of the second terminal, splicing the data of the current scene according to a preset rule, and sending the data to the first terminal.
And S403, after receiving the scene push message sent by the first terminal, sending the virtual event to the second terminal.
And S404, after receiving the control message sent by the first terminal, sending a control event to the scene interaction terminal.
Or taking the first terminal as a handheld terminal, the second terminal as a TV set-top box, and the platform server as an IPTV platform as an example. When the handheld terminal synchronizes the template scene of the TV set-top box at the TV end, the handheld terminal triggers to send an information query request to the scene interaction terminal module, the scene interaction terminal interacts with the template side of the TV set-top box, the current scene information of the TV set-top box is returned, and the scene interaction terminal returns the interaction between the handheld terminal and the scene interaction terminal module, so that the transmitted scene identification information is acquired by the handheld terminal. And the handheld terminal queries related auxiliary information data by the IPTV platform according to the information carrying the identifier, thereby completing the current scene synchronization.
In the data communication process between the scene interaction terminal and the TV set top box template side, the TV set top box template side performs scene mapping on a scene B when the scene a jumps to the scene B for a current scene a, and determines a corresponding relationship between the scene B currently jumped and a scene defined by the handheld terminal, for example, if the current TV set top box template enters the scene B for multi-screen simultaneous viewing from a channel playlist display scene a, and determines that the scene changes, the TV template side determines that the scene corresponding to the handheld terminal is a scene ID of the multi-screen simultaneous viewing scene, and the TV template side performs scene mapping and actively writes scene data of the scene B for multi-screen simultaneous viewing in a data container. When the handheld terminal inquires the current scene information from the scene interaction terminal, the scene interaction terminal reads the current latest data from the data container written in the TV template terminal. And after the scene interaction terminal acquires the data, the scene interaction terminal makes a data response to the handheld terminal after assembling the data.
When the TV set-top box synchronizes a scene triggered on the handheld terminal, the handheld terminal edits the current scene, interacts with the scene interaction terminal after editing, sends a scene push message to the scene interaction terminal, forwards the message pushed by the handheld terminal to the TV set-top box template terminal after the scene interaction terminal receives the message, and queries auxiliary information data of the current scene from the IPTV platform according to the data parsed by the message after the TV set-top box template terminal obtains the data, thereby completing the current scene synchronization.
Example four
As shown in fig. 5, a scene synchronization method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a second terminal, and the method includes:
s501, after receiving a scene query message sent by a scene interaction terminal, obtaining current scene information.
And S502, feeding back the current scene information to the scene interaction terminal.
The current scene information comprises key information of the current scene.
In some preferred embodiments, the method may further comprise, after:
s503, after receiving the virtual event sent by the scene interaction terminal, acquiring the key information of the scene edited by the first terminal.
S504, acquiring auxiliary information of the edited scene from the platform server according to the key information of the edited scene;
and S505, restoring the current scene of the first terminal according to the edited key information and auxiliary information of the scene.
In other preferred embodiments, the method may further comprise, after:
and S506, executing a control instruction after receiving the service control event sent by the scene interaction terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second terminal, the first terminal and the scene synchronization direction can be combined with each other, and the scene information edited and modified by the first terminal on the basis of synchronization can be synchronized back to the second terminal again. Secondly, after the current scene information is restored, the scene information management is carried out on the specific scene, and different service control and processing can be carried out.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 6, a method for synchronizing IPTV scenes based on a local area network according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s601, the handheld terminal sends a scene query message to the scene interaction terminal.
S602, the scene interaction terminal forwards the scene query message to the TV set-top box.
And S603, the TV set-top box writes the scene information into the data container.
And S604, the scene interaction terminal reads the scene information from the data container, splices the scene information and sends the spliced scene information to the handheld terminal.
S605, the handheld terminal acquires auxiliary information from the IPTV platform according to the key information of the current scene.
And S606, the handheld terminal restores the current scene of the TV set-top box.
And S607, the handheld terminal receives the scene confirmation edited by the user.
And S608, the handheld terminal sends a scene push message to the scene interaction terminal.
And S609, the scene interaction terminal sends and sends the virtual event to the TV set-top box.
S610, the TV set-top box acquires auxiliary information from the IPTV platform according to the key information.
And S611, the TV set top box restores the current scene of the handheld terminal according to the key information and the auxiliary information.
And S612, the receiving handheld terminal receives a control instruction of the user.
S613, the handheld terminal sends a scene control message to the scene interaction terminal.
And S614, the scene interaction terminal sends a control event to the TV set-top box.
And S615, the TV set-top box executes the control instruction.
Specifically, it is assumed that the TV set-top box is playing programs of three channels, such as CCTV1, CCTV2, and CCTV9, in a scene of multiple-screen simultaneous watching. The method comprises the steps that a handheld terminal sends a scene query message to a scene interaction module, the scene query message can carry a current scene identification, the scene interaction terminal recognizes that the handheld terminal acquires current scene information of a TV set top box template, then response information of a series of instructions is returned to the TV set top box template, the TV set top box template feeds the instruction response message back to the scene interaction terminal, at the moment, the TV set top box feeds channel data information of CCTV1, CCTV2 and CCTV9, ID of a multi-screen simultaneous-watching scene and the number N of paths being played back as key information to the scene interaction terminal, the scene interaction terminal splices the response messages again and feeds back the response to the handheld terminal, finally, the handheld terminal receives the scene that the ID of the scene is the multi-screen simultaneous-watching scene, at the moment, the number N of the paths being played is 3, and the channels being played are CCTV1, CCTV2 and CCTV 9. The handheld terminal inquires other auxiliary data information from a platform server (such as an IPTV platform) according to the key data information, so that the scene where the TV set-top box at the current TV end is positioned is restored on the handheld terminal synchronously.
If the user wants to switch channels or reselect channels at the moment, the current scene can be edited on the handheld terminal and pushed to the TV set-top box after the current scene of the TV set-top box is acquired first. The method comprises the steps that a handheld terminal sends a push message to a scene interaction terminal to tell the scene interaction terminal that a TV terminal needs to edit and control scene information on the current handheld terminal synchronously, the scene interaction terminal serves as a message forwarding center after receiving a command message, the information carried in the command of the handheld terminal is sent to a TV set top box end, the TV set top box end receives a virtual event sent by the scene interaction terminal, analyzes the message, determines a scene number to be jumped by a TV set top box template at the moment according to a reservation rule, and acquires auxiliary information data needed for restoring the scene from an IPTV platform through key information in the message. After the data of the scene restoration are obtained, the TV set-top box template of the TV end jumps to the scene corresponding to the handheld terminal from the original page, so that the scene synchronization of the handheld terminal is completed. For example, in a multi-screen co-viewing scenario, that is, content information of several channels can be set on one screen, a TV end has advantages as a large-screen display, a user can edit at a handheld terminal, the handheld terminal selects to add a multi-screen co-viewing channel, assume that CCTV1, CCTV2, CCTV9, CCTV10 are selected, 4 channels are selected, and programs of the 4 channels can be previewed on the handheld terminal, and disliked programs can be removed and reselected, after the selection is determined, the handheld terminal sends confirmation information, carries an appointed scene type of a multi-screen co-viewing scene ID, a number of channels N for playing, and carries channel information, and directly sends a scene push message to a scene interaction terminal, after the scene interaction terminal receives the scene push message, sends a virtual event to a TV set-top box template, and after the TV set-top box template receives the virtual event, takes out the carried message, the method comprises the steps of analyzing an ID and channel information of a scene, inquiring related data played by a channel from an IPTV platform through the channel information at the same time by a TV set top box template end, carrying out check of scene reduction in advance through the analyzed scene ID and the played channel number N, and after verification is successful, enabling the TV set top box template end to enter a scene with multiple screens for watching simultaneously, playing N channels of programs, wherein the N channels of programs respectively correspond to four channels of CCTV1, CCTV2, CCTV9 and CCTV10, so that scene synchronization is completed. Because the scheme also supports the scene editing function, for example, at this time, the TV set-top box at the TV end has already restored the playing of the above-mentioned programs with N-4 channels, and the handheld terminal can be edited again, for example, another channel is played, CCTV4 and BTV are added, at this time, N-6, and after the scene is synchronized, the TV set-top box at the TV end restores the playing of the corresponding programs with N-6 channels.
As a preferred embodiment, the control management can also be performed on the scenes. After the scene synchronization between the handheld terminal and the TV set top box module is completed, the scene can be controlled and managed. The broadcast management unit mainly performs a function of broadcasting programs of the TV set-top box, for example, when a TV set-top box template end is in a scene of watching multiple screens simultaneously, 3-way program information is broadcasted, a program a is broadcasted, a program B is paused, a program C is broadcasted, after scene synchronization is completed, a handheld terminal end edits, so that original 3-way broadcasting is changed into 2-way broadcasting, the program C is removed, the program a is changed from a broadcast state to a pause state through the management unit module, the program B is broadcasted, and the same worker pushes a scene edited and controlled by the handheld terminal to a scene interaction terminal according to the description of fig. 3, and after receiving a virtual event pushed by the scene interaction terminal, the TV set-top box template analyzes data, and finally completes the operation of pausing the program a and broadcasting the program B at the TV end. The remote control unit mainly performs program control, online time control, and the like for the TV set-top box. For example, when the group being watched in the TV set-top box is a child. The watching content and the watching duration of the children can be controlled through the remote control unit of the handheld terminal. When watching at an inappropriate time, or watching inappropriate content, or watching a program for a time longer than a limited range, the handheld terminal sends text content information, such as "when watching television for a time, protecting eyes, turning off after 3 minutes! ". The scene interactive terminal receives the message from the handheld terminal, synchronizes the message to the TV set-top box at the TV end, immediately feedbacks and analyzes data after the TV set-top box template at the TV end receives the virtual event, and displays the television watching time, the eyes of which are to be protected, and turns off after 3 minutes on the TV set-top box template at the TV end! ", the TV end enters countdown, and after 3 minutes, the TV set-top box of the TV end enters a standby state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the advantages of the handheld terminal and the advantages of the TV set-top box are combined, so that the weakness of the input and control operation on the TV set-top box is converted into the advantages, the shortages are made up, the advantage of a TV large screen can be kept, the resynchronization of editing and modifying after scene synchronization is supported quickly, and the scene management method after scene synchronization can expand a plurality of new services, such as multi-screen simultaneous viewing, remote monitoring and the like, and a series of new service functions are derived.
