In the technical scheme, the image acquisition terminal 500 is used for acquiring related reference data and then uploading the reference data to the cloud server terminal 400, whether the image acquisition action is legal is judged in the cloud server terminal 400 by using a set identification algorithm and a legality judgment algorithm, a judgment signal is fed back to the image acquisition terminal 500, and the action of the image acquisition device 100 in the image acquisition terminal 500 is controlled, so that the data storage capacity of the image acquisition terminal 500 can be reduced, the standard data quantity for comparison is increased, and the identification is more accurate and rapid. With the continuous improvement of the network communication technology and the big data screening technology, the data transmission speed of the image acquisition end 500, such as between the smart phone and the cloud server end 400, will be faster and more convenient, and the time required for the validity determination before taking a picture by using the smart phone will be very short.
In order to facilitate the owner of the standard data in the database 410 to conveniently modify the capturing authority of the image corresponding to the standard data, the image capturing system further comprises:

In the present invention, it is further optimized that the personal information editing end 600 is further configured with a message prompt component 630 configured to receive and output a message pushed by the cloud server end 400. In practical applications, the message prompt component 630 includes an audio broadcasting device with voice prompt function, a display with text message or picture message prompt function, and the like. The message prompt component 630 can be implemented by referring to a mode of acquiring a network prompt message from a smart phone or a computer in life.
Based on the message prompt component 630, the image capturing system further includes:
the ingest prompt module 430 is configured in the cloud server 400 and is in data connection with the identification module 330, and based on the identification information output by the identification module 330, if the reference data matches with certain standard data in the database 410, the owner ID corresponding to the standard data is searched, and the set prompt information is sent to the communication address of the owner corresponding to the standard data. According to the technical scheme, when a person tries to shoot the image corresponding to the standard data, the owner corresponding to the image receives the message prompt of the system. The owner of the image corresponding to the standard data can choose to open the shooting authority of the image or limit others to shoot.
As shown in fig. 5, based on the image capturing system, the present invention further provides an image capturing limiting method, including:
s100, establishing and storing standard data of an object to be shot and a shooting authority corresponding to the standard data;
s200, acquiring set reference data according to a trigger signal which is output by the image pickup device and used for triggering the implementation of an image acquisition action;
s300, judging the legality of the image acquisition action to be implemented based on an identification algorithm and a legality judgment algorithm according to the reference data, and outputting a judgment signal;
when the image acquisition action to be implemented is judged to be illegal, canceling the image acquisition action to be implemented;
and when the image acquisition action to be implemented is judged to be legal, the image pickup device responds to the trigger signal to implement the image acquisition action.
In the above step S100, the object to be captured includes, but is not limited to, a human face image, an image of a specific article, and the like. The standard data, i.e., the image information of the object to be captured stored in the system memory in advance, may further include ID information of an image capturing apparatus permitted by the object to be captured. The image is preferably a still picture.
In the present application, the ingestion authority includes: the shooting authority comprises the functions of allowing all image acquisition devices to shoot, allowing the image acquisition devices with set ID information to shoot, and allowing and prohibiting the shooting after the permission of a standard data owner. And when the standard data is stored, the ingestion authority information is stored in a correlated manner.
Because the standard data size for matching is huge, for this reason, the method of the application further comprises:
storing the standard data and the corresponding intake authority, identification algorithm and validity judgment algorithm in the cloud server 400;
establishing communication connection between the image pickup device and the cloud server 400;
the reference data acquired by the image capturing device is uploaded to the cloud server 400, and the judgment signal is judged and output to the image capturing device based on the standard data stored in the cloud server 400 and the corresponding capturing authority, identification algorithm and validity judgment algorithm.
As described above, the image capturing apparatus may adopt a mobile smart device with an image collector 100, such as a smart phone, and the reference data may be uploaded to the cloud server 400 by using a communication module on the smart phone. In the above technical solution, the cloud server 400 can store a large amount of standard data, identification algorithms, and validity determination algorithms, and can configure the higher data processor 420, so that the identification time of the reference data can be greatly shortened, thereby reducing the hardware requirement on the image capturing apparatus without affecting the timeliness of the entire system.
Optimally, the method for limiting image capture further comprises the following steps:
establishing an association relation between the standard data and the corresponding owner ID, and giving modification authority for modifying the associated standard data and/or the ingestion authority to the owner ID;
the cloud server 400 receives and responds to an access request of a standard data owner for accessing and setting standard data, and opens the standard data and the corresponding ingestion authority for the standard data to be modified according to the access and modification authority;
and storing the modification result of the standard data owner on the standard data and the corresponding ingestion authority.
The owner ID comprises an owner name, an owner communication address and an ID number; the reference data, the standard data include image data, geographical position information data, time data, and/or ID information of the image pickup apparatus.
Based on the technical scheme, the owner of the annotation data can modify the shooting authority corresponding to the standard data, so that only the image shooting device with the shooting authority can implement image acquisition action, and the image of the object to be shot is prevented from being acquired under the condition of no permission. For example, the owner of a photo of an avatar of a person in the database 410 may set the capturing authority, and only the image capturing apparatus with the capturing authority is permitted to capture the image.
In detail, the determining the validity of the image capturing action to be performed based on the identification algorithm and the validity determination algorithm according to the reference data and outputting the determination signal includes:
comparing the reference data with standard data based on the identification algorithm, and identifying and outputting the standard data matched with the reference data;
calling the corresponding intake authority of the standard data;
and analyzing the legality of the image acquisition action of the current image pickup device according to a legality judgment algorithm, and outputting a judgment signal.
In order to prevent the subject to be captured from being candid without permission to some extent, the image capture limiting method further includes:
establishing communication connection between the cloud server 400 and a standard data owner communication address;
and after the standard data are identified based on the identification algorithm and the reference data, sending a setting message to the communication address of the owner of the standard data. The communication address may be a mobile phone number set by a standard data owner, and the cloud server 400 transmits a message set by the system to the mobile phone of the standard data owner through the mobile communication network.
According to the image capture limiting method, the present invention further provides a data acquisition limiting method, as shown in fig. 6, including:
a100, establishing and storing first data corresponding to data to be acquired and acquisition permission corresponding to the first data;
a200, based on second data acquired by a data acquisition unit, searching first data associated with the second data and acquisition permission thereof according to a set comparison algorithm;
and A300, limiting the acquisition action of the data acquisition unit for acquiring the second data or the associated data thereof according to the acquisition authority corresponding to the first data.
Since the permission of the data owner is required to pass when the relevant data is collected, the technical scheme can protect some important data from being collected under the condition of no permission.
In order to inform the owner of the first data when the first data is collected so that the owner knows that the first data is being collected, the method further comprises:
establishing and storing ID data and communication address data of an owner corresponding to the first data;
storing the first data and corresponding acquisition permission information, comparison algorithm information, ID data and communication address data thereof in the cloud server 400;
establishing communication connection between the data acquisition device and the cloud server 400;
and when the second data is successfully compared with the first data, sending a setting message to the communication address.
It should be noted that the data to be collected in the present invention includes, but is not limited to: face image data, fingerprint data, iris data, audio data, gene data, and article appearance image data.
It should also be noted that the above scheme does not limit the public safety department from collecting the relevant data by giving the data collector the relevant authority.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. Claims (17)

1. An image shooting device comprises an image collector (100) and a trigger device (200) for triggering the image collector (100) to carry out image collection action, and is characterized by also comprising a judgment component (300) for limiting the image collector (100) to carry out the image collection action;
the judging component (300) is configured to receive and respond to a specific trigger signal or a trigger signal of the trigger device (200), collect set reference data, judge the legality of an image collecting action to be implemented according to a set legality judging algorithm and output a judging signal;
and based on the determination signal, when the image acquisition action to be implemented is determined to be illegal, canceling the image acquisition action to be implemented.
2. The image pickup apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the determination component (300) includes:
the storage module (310) is configured to store standard data for identification and comparison in validity judgment, ingestion authority information corresponding to the standard data, identification algorithm information and validity judgment algorithm information;
a reference data acquisition module (320) for acquiring and outputting reference data information required for the validity judgment;
the identification module (330) receives the reference data information, compares the reference data information with the standard data based on a set identification algorithm, and outputs identification information;
and the evaluation module (340) is used for receiving the identification information, judging whether the image acquisition action to be implemented is legal or not based on the shooting authority information corresponding to the standard data and the legality judgment algorithm information, and outputting the judgment signal.
3. The image pickup apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the reference data acquisition module (320) includes:
an ID information acquisition device (321) configured to acquire and output ID information of the image pickup apparatus; and/or
An image acquisition device (322) configured to temporarily acquire image information of an object to be captured; and/or
The geographical position information acquisition device (323) is configured to be used for acquiring and outputting geographical position information of the image acquisition device (100) when the image acquisition device performs image acquisition action; and/or
And the time information acquisition device (324) is configured to acquire and output the time information of the image acquisition action implemented by the image acquisition device (100).
4. The image capturing device according to claim 2, wherein the specific trigger signal includes information on focusing time and/or times of the object to be captured when the image collector (100) collects the image, or information on the number of pictures captured by the image collector (100) in a set time period;
the decision component (300) further comprises a decision action triggering module (350) for detecting the above focusing time and/or times information, or quantity information.
5. The image capturing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the image capturing apparatus is configured as a smartphone, a tablet computer, or AR glasses with a camera device installed therein, with a camera component and its associated application program.
6. An image capturing system is characterized by comprising an image acquisition end (500) and a cloud server end (400) which is in communication connection with the image acquisition end;
the image acquisition terminal (500) comprises an image pickup apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 5;
the cloud server (400) comprises a database (410) and a data processor (420), wherein standard data required by an image pickup device to perform image acquisition action validity judgment, pickup permission information, identification algorithm information and validity judgment algorithm information corresponding to the standard data are stored in the database (410), and the image pickup device uploads reference data information acquired by a reference data acquisition module (320) to the cloud server (400) according to the validity judgment requirement, acquires a judgment signal fed back by the cloud server (400) and controls the image acquisition device (100) to act.
7. The image pickup system according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
the personal information editing terminal (600) is configured to be in communication connection with the cloud server terminal (400), is provided with an interactive interface, and is used for modifying the standard data stored in the database (410) of the cloud server terminal (400) and the corresponding ingestion authority according to the management authority of the personal information editing terminal;
the standard data management module (610) is configured in the cloud server (400) and is used for allocating corresponding owner IDs, ingestion authorities and communication addresses for the standard data and allocating corresponding management authorities for the owner IDs;
and the modification authority management module (620) is configured in the cloud server side (400) and is used for identifying and judging the management authority of the personal information editing side (600) and giving modification authority for modifying the set standard data and/or the ingestion authority.
8. The image pickup system according to claim 7,
the personal information editing end (600) is also provided with a message prompt component (630) which is configured to receive and output the message pushed by the cloud server end (400);
the image pickup system further includes:
and the ingestion prompting module (430) is configured in the cloud server (400) and is in data connection with the identification module (330), based on the identification information output by the identification module (330), if the reference data is matched with certain standard data in the database (410), the owner ID corresponding to the standard data is searched, and the setting prompting information is sent to the communication address of the owner corresponding to the standard data.
9. An image pickup restricting method characterized by comprising:
establishing and storing standard data of an object to be shot and a shooting authority corresponding to the standard data;
acquiring set reference data according to a trigger signal which is output by an image shooting device and used for triggering the implementation of an image acquisition action;
judging the legality of the image acquisition action to be implemented based on an identification algorithm and a legality judgment algorithm according to the reference data, and outputting a judgment signal;
when the image acquisition action to be implemented is judged to be illegal, canceling the image acquisition action to be implemented;
and when the image acquisition action to be implemented is judged to be legal, the image pickup device responds to the trigger signal to implement the image acquisition action.
10. The image pickup restriction method according to claim 9, wherein the standard data and the pickup authority, the recognition algorithm, and the legitimacy determination algorithm corresponding thereto are stored in a cloud server side (400);
establishing communication connection between the image pickup device and a cloud server (400);
uploading reference data acquired by the image pickup device to a cloud server side (400), and judging and outputting the judgment signal to the image pickup device based on standard data stored by the cloud server side (400) and a pickup authority, an identification algorithm and a legality judgment algorithm corresponding to the standard data.
11. The image pickup restricting method according to claim 10, characterized by further comprising:
establishing an association relation between the standard data and the corresponding owner ID, and giving modification authority for modifying the associated standard data and/or the ingestion authority to the owner ID;
the cloud server (400) receives and responds to an access request of a standard data owner for accessing and setting standard data, and opens the standard data and the corresponding ingestion authority for modification according to the access and modification authority;
and storing the modification result of the standard data owner on the standard data and the corresponding ingestion authority.

The image capturing limitation method according to claim 11, wherein the determining, based on the reference data and based on the recognition algorithm and the validity determination algorithm, whether the image capturing operation is to be executed is valid and outputting the determination signal, comprises:
comparing the reference data with standard data based on the identification algorithm, and identifying and outputting the standard data matched with the reference data;
calling the corresponding intake authority of the standard data;
and analyzing the legality of the image acquisition action of the current image pickup device according to a legality judgment algorithm, and outputting a judgment signal.
13. The image pickup restricting method according to claim 12, wherein the owner ID includes an owner name, an owner address, an ID number;
the reference data, the standard data include image data, geographical position information data, time data and/or ID information of the image pickup device;
the shooting authority comprises the functions of allowing all image acquisition devices to shoot, allowing the image acquisition devices with set ID information to shoot, and allowing and prohibiting the shooting after the permission of a standard data owner.
14. The image pickup restriction method according to claim 13, characterized by further comprising:
establishing communication connection between a cloud server (400) and a standard data owner communication address;
and after the standard data are identified based on the identification algorithm and the reference data, sending a setting message to the communication address of the owner of the standard data.
15. A data acquisition limiting method, comprising:
establishing and storing first data corresponding to data to be acquired and acquisition permission corresponding to the first data;
based on second data acquired by a data acquisition unit, searching first data associated with the second data and acquisition permission thereof according to a set comparison algorithm;
and limiting the acquisition action of the data acquisition unit for acquiring the second data or the associated data thereof according to the acquisition permission corresponding to the first data.
16. The data acquisition limiting method of claim 15, further comprising:
establishing and storing ID data and communication address data of an owner corresponding to the first data;
storing the first data and corresponding acquisition authority information, comparison algorithm information, ID data and communication address data thereof in a cloud server side (400);
establishing communication connection between a data collector and a cloud server (400);
and when the second data is successfully compared with the first data, sending a setting message to the communication address.
17. The data acquisition limiting method of claim 15, wherein the data to be acquired comprises: face image data, fingerprint data, iris data, audio data, gene data, and article appearance image data.
