Description

Information processing method and terminal equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to an information processing method and terminal equipment.
Background
With the continuous development of terminal technology, the application of terminal equipment is more and more extensive. For example, a voice call is made through the terminal device.
At present, in the process of performing voice call through a terminal device, a user sometimes needs to input some information in a voice call interface, for example, when the user makes and receives a voice call center type telephone (such as an operator telephone), the user needs to input corresponding information (such as a number corresponding to a required service, an identity card, a telephone number, a password, and the like) according to a voice prompt of the other party. The user sometimes needs to save some information in the call content in a memo or the like, such as the user needs to save information of a phone number, time, place, person, event, and the like when talking with a friend.
However, in the related art, in any of the above cases, the user needs to trigger the terminal device to perform input information or save information by inputting multiple times. Taking the stored information as an example, a user first triggers the terminal device to open a memo through input to the call interface, then triggers the terminal device to input information through input, and then stores the information, and in the processes, the user may need to continuously repeat the information by the other user.
Thus, the related art is inefficient in performing information processing (information input or storage) during a voice call.

The following describes a software environment to which the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applied, by taking an android operating system as an example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a possible android operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, the architecture of the android operating system includes 4 layers, which are respectively: an application layer, an application framework layer, a system runtime layer, and a kernel layer (specifically, a Linux kernel layer).
The application program layer comprises various application programs (including system application programs and third-party application programs) in an android operating system.
The application framework layer is a framework of the application, and a developer can develop some applications based on the application framework layer under the condition of complying with the development principle of the framework of the application.
The system runtime layer includes libraries (also called system libraries) and android operating system runtime environments. The library mainly provides various resources required by the android operating system. The android operating system running environment is used for providing a software environment for the android operating system.
The kernel layer is an operating system layer of an android operating system and belongs to the bottommost layer of an android operating system software layer. The kernel layer provides kernel system services and hardware-related drivers for the android operating system based on the Linux kernel.
Taking an android operating system as an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, a developer may develop a software program for implementing the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention based on the system architecture of the android operating system shown in fig. 1, so that the information processing method may operate based on the android operating system shown in fig. 1. Namely, the processor or the terminal device can implement the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention by running the software program in the android operating system.
The terminal device in the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile terminal device and can also be a non-mobile terminal device. The mobile terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), etc.; the non-mobile terminal device may be a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine, a self-service machine, or the like; the embodiments of the present invention are not particularly limited.
The execution main body of the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be the terminal device (including a mobile terminal device and a non-mobile terminal device), or may also be a functional module and/or a functional entity capable of implementing the method in the terminal device, which may be determined specifically according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The following takes a terminal device as an example to exemplarily describe the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method applied to a terminal device, and the method may include steps 201 to 202 described below.
Step 201, under the condition that the voice call interface is displayed in the first area, the terminal device receives a first input of a user on the second area.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the voice call interface is an interface in a call process, and the voice call interface may be an interface of a voice call actively dialed by a user of the terminal device, or an interface of a voice call answered by the user of the terminal device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the first input may be a click input of the user on the second area, or a slide input of the user on the second area, or other feasibility inputs, which may be determined according to actual usage requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Illustratively, the click input may be any number of click inputs or multi-finger click inputs, such as a single click input, a double click input, a three click input, a double-finger click input, or a three-finger click input; the slide input may be a slide input in an arbitrary direction or a multi-finger slide input, for example, an upward slide input, a downward slide input, a leftward slide input, a rightward slide input, a two-finger slide input, or a three-finger slide input.
Optionally, the first area and the second area are areas on different screens of the terminal device; or the first area and the second area are different areas on one screen of the terminal equipment; or, the first area is an area on one screen of the terminal device, and the second area is an area on the opposite side of the screen of the terminal device, an area on the left side or the right side of the screen of the terminal device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first area and the second area are areas on different screens of the terminal device, the terminal device may be a multi-screen terminal device or a folding screen terminal device, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. In the case that the first area and the second area are different areas on one screen of the terminal device, the first area and the second area may be different split screen areas on one screen of the terminal device, and the terminal device may be a single-screen terminal device, a multi-screen terminal device, or a folding screen terminal device.
Step 202, the terminal device responds to the first input, acquires the first information, and stores the first information.
The first information is information corresponding to the first input in the call content. Optionally, the first information may be information corresponding to the first input in call content before the first input (hereinafter referred to as first call content); the first information may also be information corresponding to the first input in the call content (hereinafter referred to as second call content) after the first input; the embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
Under the condition that the first input is used for triggering the terminal equipment to input the first information in the first call content on the voice call interface or to store the first information in the first call content, the first information is information which needs to be input by the user according to the first call content, and after the terminal equipment acquires the first information, the first information can be input on the voice call interface or stored in the terminal equipment. Or, in a case where the first input is used to trigger the terminal device to store the first information in the second communication content, the first information is information corresponding to the first input in the second communication content, and after the terminal device acquires the first information, the first information may be stored.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the first input may be a specific gesture input, for example, the first input may include first fingerprint information, and the first input may also include a first input form and the first fingerprint information.
Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, the above step 202 can be specifically realized by the following steps 202a to 202 b.
Step 202a, the terminal device responds to the first input, and acquires first fingerprint information corresponding to the first input.
Further, the terminal device responds to the first input, and the terminal device acquires a first input form corresponding to the first input and first fingerprint information. The first input form may be a click input of the user on the second area, or a slide input of the user on the second area.
For example, reference may be made to the description of the click input and the slide input in the description of the first input in step 201, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
Optionally, the first fingerprint information may include a fingerprint partition of at least one finger of the user, and the fingerprint partition of one finger may be all fingerprint information or partial fingerprint information of one finger. The first fingerprint information may be at least one fingerprint partition of any one of the user's fingers, or the first fingerprint information may be a combination of fingerprint partitions of two or more of the user's fingers.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the fingerprint of the right index finger may be divided into three parts, namely, left, middle, right, or upper, middle, and lower parts, the fingerprint partition of the right index finger may be the first fingerprint partition 01, the second fingerprint partition 02, the third fingerprint partition 03, the fourth fingerprint partition 04, or the fifth fingerprint partition 05 in fig. 4, and the fingerprint of the right index finger may be divided according to other methods, so that the fingerprint partition is different from the fingerprint partition shown in fig. 4, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The fingerprint partition in the embodiment of the invention can be a part or all of the fingerprint area of the finger of the user.
Step 202b, the terminal device acquires first information associated with the first input under the condition that the first fingerprint information conforms to preset fingerprint information.
Further, the terminal device acquires the first information and executes a target operation on the first information under the condition that the first input form accords with the preset input form and the first fingerprint information accords with the preset fingerprint information.
It is to be understood that, before the first input, the user sets the preset fingerprint information corresponding to the first input in the terminal device according to the input, or, before the first input, the user sets the preset input form and the preset fingerprint information corresponding to the first input in the terminal device according to the input.
The first input form corresponds to a preset input form, specifically, the first input form is a preset input form, for example, the preset input form is a double-click input, and when the first input form is a double-click input, the first input form corresponds to the preset input form.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first fingerprint information conforms to the preset fingerprint information, which means that the first fingerprint information is the same as the preset fingerprint information. Or, the fact that the first fingerprint information conforms to the preset fingerprint information means that the similarity between the first fingerprint information and the preset fingerprint information is greater than or equal to a preset threshold. For example, the preset threshold may be 95%, that is, if the similarity between the first fingerprint information and the preset fingerprint information is greater than or equal to 95%, the first fingerprint information conforms to the preset fingerprint information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first fingerprint information conforms to the preset fingerprint information (or when the first input form conforms to the preset input form and the first fingerprint information conforms to the preset fingerprint information), the terminal device acquires the first information and performs a target operation on the first information. The fingerprint verification is added, so that the terminal equipment can be prevented from mistakenly executing the operation which is not required to be executed by the user due to the fact that the user touches the terminal equipment by mistake.
It is understood that the above step 202 (or step 202 a-step 202b) can be implemented by the following two possible implementations:
a first possible implementation: under the condition that the first input is used for triggering the terminal equipment to input the first information in the first call content on the voice call interface or to store the first information in the first call content, the first information is information which needs to be input by the user according to the first call content, and after the terminal equipment acquires the first information, the first information can be input on the voice call interface or stored in the terminal equipment. That is to say, the user acquires the first information according to the prompt message in the first call content, then triggers the terminal device to acquire the first information through the first input, and inputs the first information on the voice call interface or stores the first information in the terminal device.
In the following example, the first area is taken as a first screen, and the second area is taken as a second screen.
Illustratively, a user holds a dual-screen cell phone (via a first screen) for voice conversation, with one screen against the ear (via earpiece mode); after the user answers the key prompt information in the first call content, if the user acquires first information (such as a character key) which needs to be input on the voice call interface by the user according to the key prompt information, the user can trigger the terminal device to acquire the first information through the first input (in any one of the following modes), and input the first information on the voice call interface or store the first information in the terminal device.
The first method is as follows: the user may draw a gesture (corresponding to the first input form, such as drawing "7") in the shape of a character (including a number, a character, a symbol (such as "#" or the like)) on the second screen (which may be the back screen of the terminal device) through a specific finger (such as an index finger, corresponding to the first fingerprint information). The terminal device successfully matches a target character key corresponding to a first input (obtaining first information) by identifying the first input (first fingerprint information and a first input form) input by a user, and inputs the target character key in a voice call interface on a first screen (namely, completing key operation) or stores the target character key in the terminal device. If the matching fails, the first information cannot be obtained, the key operation cannot be realized, and the call is kept continuously.
The second method comprises the following steps: the user can respectively and correspondingly dial the character keys 1, 4, 7 and one by clicking, double clicking, three clicking and four clicking (corresponding to a first input form) through an index finger (corresponding to first fingerprint information); the middle finger (corresponding to the first fingerprint information) clicks, double clicks, triple clicks and quadruple clicks (corresponding to the first input form) respectively correspond to dialing character keys 2, 5, 8 and 0; the single click, double click, three click and four click (corresponding to the first input form) of the ring finger (corresponding to the first fingerprint information) respectively correspond to the character key 3, 6, 9 and # for dialing. If the matching is successful, the terminal device identifies a target character key corresponding to the first input (obtains first information), and inputs the target character key in the voice call interface on the first screen (namely, completes the key operation) or stores the target character key in the terminal device. If the matching fails, the first information cannot be obtained, the key operation cannot be realized, and the call is kept continuously.
The third method comprises the following steps: the user can press (corresponding to the first input form) the corresponding dialing character key 5 for a long time by a specific finger (such as a middle finger, corresponding to the first fingerprint information), press (corresponding to the first input form) the corresponding dialing character key 2 for a long time by the specific finger (such as the middle finger, corresponding to the first fingerprint information), slide (corresponding to the first input form) the corresponding dialing character key 2 for a specific finger (such as the middle finger, corresponding to the first fingerprint information) for a long time by the specific finger, slide (corresponding to the first input form) the corresponding dialing character key 8 for a specific finger (such as the middle finger, corresponding to the first fingerprint information) for a long time by the specific finger (corresponding to the first input form), slide (corresponding to the first input form) the corresponding dialing character key 4 for a specific finger (such as the middle finger, corresponding to the first fingerprint information) for a long time by the specific finger (, a specific finger (corresponding to the first fingerprint information) slides towards the upper right corner by 45 degrees (corresponding to the first input form) and corresponds to a character dialing key 3, the specific finger (corresponding to the first fingerprint information) slides towards the lower left corner by 45 degrees (corresponding to the first input form) and corresponds to a character dialing key 7, the specific finger (corresponding to the first fingerprint information) slides towards the lower right corner by 45 degrees (corresponding to the first input form) and corresponds to a character dialing key 9, and the specific finger (corresponding to the first fingerprint information) slides downwards continuously vertically twice (corresponding to the first input form) and corresponds to a character dialing key 0; the deviation errors for all slips are 10 degrees left and right (i.e., + -10 degrees). If the matching is successful, the terminal device identifies the corresponding target character key (obtains the first information), and inputs the target character key in the voice call interface on the first screen (namely, completes the key operation) or stores the target character key in the terminal device. If the matching fails, the first information cannot be obtained, the key operation cannot be realized, and the call is kept continuously.
The method is as follows: before the first input, the terminal device monitors the first call content, identifies related characters (second information) in the first call content, then acquires target characters (first information) from the identified related characters according to a specific input form (first input) of a specific finger of a user, and inputs the target characters into a voice call interface or saves the target characters in the terminal device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can quickly trigger the terminal equipment to input or store the information through the first input on the second screen, so that the efficiency of information processing in the voice call process can be improved.
Exemplarily, in the case that the first input is used for triggering the terminal device to input the first information in the first call content on the voice call interface or to save the first information in the first call content; referring to fig. 3, as shown in fig. 5, the step 201 can be specifically realized by the following steps 201a to 201 b.
Step 201a, under the condition that the voice call interface is displayed in the first area, the terminal device monitors the first call content.
Step 201b, the terminal device receives a first input under the condition that the second information is monitored from the first call content.
The first information is information corresponding to the first input in the second information.
It can be understood that the terminal device may identify character information (character key) in the first call content by monitoring the first call content, sequentially record the identified character information (obtain second information), and then trigger the terminal device to obtain first information corresponding to the first input from the second information according to the first input of the user.
For example, the first input may be an input in which the user slides right and then slides left (corresponding to the first input form) by using a specific finger (e.g., an index finger, corresponding to the first character information), and the terminal device dials the recognized character key corresponding to the first input (if there are multiple character keys in the recognition queue, the recognized character key may be dialed corresponding to the most recently recognized character key, or different fingers (different fingerprint information) may be dialed corresponding to different character keys (different fingers correspond to different character information located in the second information, for example, a thumb corresponds to first character information located in the second information, an index finger corresponds to second character information located in the second information, a middle finger corresponds to third character information located in the second information, a ring finger corresponds to fourth character information located in the second information, and the like, and may also distinguish that different fingers of the left and right hands correspond to different character information located in the second information)); in addition, if the user does not need to dial the character keys, the user can trigger the terminal equipment to exit the operation state of dialing the character keys through the input of sliding a specific finger left and then sliding the specific finger right.
A second possible implementation: and under the condition that the first input is used for triggering the terminal equipment to store the first information in the second communication content, the first information is the information corresponding to the first input in the second communication content, and the terminal equipment stores the first information after acquiring the first information. That is, the terminal device acquires first information corresponding to the first input from the second communication content according to the first input of the user, and stores the first information.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the user does not trigger the terminal equipment to end recording the information in the subsequent call content through the second input after the first input, the second call content is the call content from the time of receiving the first input to the time of ending the call; and if the user triggers the terminal equipment to finish recording the information in the subsequent call content through the second input after the first input, the second call content is the call content after the first input is received and before the second input is received.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first information acquired by the user may be information in a voice form or information in a text form (specifically, the user acquires the information in the voice form first and then converts the information in the voice form into the information in the text form).
Optionally, the first information may be second communication content, and the terminal device acquires and stores the second communication content in real time after receiving the first input. So that the user can obtain the information required by the user through the stored second communication content after the call is ended.
Optionally, the first information may also be some kind of information in the second communication content, such as event information, time information, location information, or people information in the second communication content.
The user can trigger the terminal equipment to acquire and store different first information through different first inputs.
Illustratively, a user holds a dual-screen cell phone (via a first screen) for voice conversation, with one screen against the ear (via earpiece mode); when a user needs (for example, the user may hear the call content prompting the user to record the first information from the other party), the user may trigger the terminal device to acquire the first information in the second call content through the first input (a specific gesture (corresponding to the first input form)) by making a specific finger (corresponding to the first fingerprint information) on the second screen, and store the first information.
