Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A burner 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the burner 10 includes a plurality of fire grate units 11 arranged side by side, each fire grate unit 11 defining a premixing chamber 111, each fire grate unit 11 having an air inlet 112 and fire holes 113 communicating with the premixing chamber 111, and adjacent fire grate units 11 being spaced apart to define an air feed channel 20.
It can be understood that gas heater is more and more miniaturized, frivolous, and is bigger and bigger to the influence of the heat load of combustor 10, and wherein, the free 11 intervals's of fire row reasonable setting can increase the free quantity of fire row of cloth, and then effectively promotes combustor 10's heat load, but the free 11 intervals undersize of fire row will make burning flame unstable, combustor 10 work noise scheduling problem greatly again.
In view of the complexity of the problems, the inventor continuously adjusts the distance between the fire row single bodies 11, and measures and evaluates the operating parameters of the burner 10 after adjustment, and the inventor finds that when the distance between the central lines of any two adjacent fire row single bodies 11 is greater than or equal to 10 mm and less than or equal to 30mm, the operating noise of the burner 10 is small, and the flame is stable.
Therefore, according to the burner 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, by designing the distance between the center lines of any two adjacent fire grate units 11 to be greater than or equal to 10 mm and less than or equal to 30mm, the burner 10 has a good thermal load, and the burner 10 has a low noise and a stable flame.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the distance between the center lines of the fire row single bodies 11 is greater than or equal to 14 mm and less than or equal to 17 mm. Like this, can guarantee that combustor 10 has better heat load, and the working noise of combustor is less, and flame is comparatively stable, and is convenient for adjacent two fire arrange the connection and the cooperation between the monomer 11, is favorable to the production and processing of combustor 10.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the top surface of the fire row single body 11 has a plurality of fire holes 113, and each fire hole 113 is spaced apart from another fire hole 113. Thus, when the burners 10 work, a plurality of groups of burners 10 burn simultaneously, and a relatively uniform and stable combustion flame is formed on the top surface of the burners 10.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the combustor 10 further comprises: and a damper 30. The air control plate 30 is arranged on the fire grate unit 11 and used for controlling air inlet into the premixing cavity 111. That is, the unit air intake speed and the unit air intake amount entering the premixing cavity 111 are adjusted by the air control plate 30, so that a better mixing ratio of gas and air is obtained, the gas is fully and effectively combusted, and the exhaust emission is reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the air control plate 30 has a first air adjusting opening 31 disposed opposite to the air inlet 112, and the flow area of the first air adjusting opening 31 is smaller than that of the air inlet 112. Like this, can effectively improve the wind pressure that gets into in the premix chamber 111, improve the flow velocity of air current for gas and air can be mixed fully in premix chamber 111, thereby guarantee that the gas is by abundant effectual burning, reduce exhaust emission.
The distance between the centers of two adjacent first air adjusting openings 31 and the distance between the center lines of two adjacent fire grate single bodies 11 can be equal. Thereby, the introduction of the gas into the premix chamber 111 can be facilitated.
In a further alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, premix chamber 111 comprises: the horizontal extension 1111 and the upward extension 1112 are provided with a turning section 1113 between the horizontal extension 1111 and the upward extension 1112, and the flow area of the turning section 1113 is the same as the total flow area of the first air adjusting opening 31. In other words, the flow area of all the first air adjusting openings 31 on the air control plate 30 is the same as the flow area of the turning section 1113. In other words, in the whole flowing process of the gas and the air, the flowing area of the gas shows multiple sudden changes, so that the gas and the air are further ensured to be fully mixed, the gas is ensured to be fully and effectively combusted, and the exhaust emission is reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the damper plate 30 is provided with a baffle 32 at one end, and the baffle 32 is closely attached to the fire grate unit 11 for covering the inlet end of the air feeding channel 20 adjacent to the air inlet 112. In this way, the gas in the feed channel 20 and the premix chamber 111 can be prevented from being mixed with each other.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the combustor 10 further comprises: a shield plate 40. The shielding plate 40 is provided on the fire row unit 11 for controlling the intake air into the air feed channel 20. In other words, the unit intake air speed and the unit intake air amount into the air feed passage 20 are controlled by the shielding plate 40.
In an alternative embodiment, the shielding plate 40 is partially provided with a second air adjusting opening 41 communicating with the air supply passage 20. That is, the air is partially supplied to the air supply path 20 through the second air adjusting opening 41, and the remaining inlet end of the air supply path 20 is closed by the shielding plate 40. In other words, the burner 10 can control the total amount of air through the shielding plate 40, thereby obtaining a preferable mixing ratio of gas and air so that the gas is sufficiently burned.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the top of each fire row single body 11 is provided with a fire transmitting plate 116 at a position adjacent to the fire hole 113, and the fire transmitting plates 116 of two adjacent fire row single bodies 11 are oppositely arranged.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fire row unit 11 includes: a first surrounding plate 114 and a second surrounding plate 115. The first surrounding plate 114 and the second surrounding plate 115 are connected to each other and constitute the premix chamber 111. The first surrounding plate 114 and the second surrounding plate 115 may be sheet metal parts.
In an alternative example, as shown in fig. 5, the fire-transmitting plate 116 is disposed on the top end of the first surrounding plate 114 and the second surrounding plate and extends obliquely upward from the bottom to the top, in other words, the included angle α between the fire-transmitting plate 116 and the first surrounding plate 114 and the second surrounding plate 115 is greater than 90 degrees, thereby preventing the fire-transmitting plate 116 from blocking the upward flow of air and supplementing sufficient air for the gas-fired reaction.
In an alternative example, as shown in fig. 6 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the fire transmitting pieces 116 are provided at the top ends of the first and second surrounding plates 114 and 115 and extend in the horizontal direction, and the fire transmitting pieces 116 are provided at the left and right ends of the fire row single body 11. Thus, the influence of the fire-transmitting plate 116 on the air supply channel 20 can be effectively reduced, and the air can be ensured to flow normally in the air supply channel 20.
The gas water heater provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the burner provided by the embodiment, and the burner 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the distance between the fire row single bodies is reasonably set, the heat load of the burner 10 is large, the working noise is small, and the flame is stable.
Other constructions, such as heat exchangers, etc., and operations of the gas water heater 100 according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
