when the lorry on the bridge deck of the viaduct passes through the single side, the pressure of the girder body on one side of the load-bearing lorry, which presses the longitudinal sliding upper block and the annular oblique folding spring or the disc spring, is increased, and the pressure of the girder body on one side of the lorry, which does not bear the load-bearing lorry, which presses the longitudinal sliding upper block and the annular oblique folding spring or the disc spring is reduced; at the moment, the beam body on one side without bearing the truck presses the longitudinal guide sliding group and cannot move upwards and slide towards two sides in the guide sliding groove of the guide sliding seat body, the beam body on one side without bearing the truck presses the longitudinal guide sliding group and cannot move downwards and slide towards the outside in the guide sliding groove of the guide sliding seat body, the longitudinal guide sliding group is locked and limited and cannot move upwards and downwards and slide towards the side in the guide sliding groove of the guide sliding seat body, so that when the truck on the bridge floor of the viaduct passes through the single-side overload, the viaduct of the single-pier single-support supporting beam body cannot be laterally turned over due to the locking and limiting between the guide sliding seat body and the longitudinal guide sliding group, and the stability of the single-pier single-support viaduct when the truck passes through the viaduct is improved; meanwhile, after the anti-rollover metal vibration reduction support is adopted, the viaduct with an impatient bend can be changed into a viaduct supported by single piers, so that the construction cost of the viaduct is reduced;
when weather changes, the beam body contracts or extends along with the change of temperature, and the longitudinal guide sliding group is driven to longitudinally move in the guide sliding groove in the guide sliding seat body, so that the pulling force or the pushing force of the beam body to the bridge pier when the beam body contracts or extends is eliminated, and the bridge pier does not deviate or skew.
The anti-rollover metal vibration reduction support is suitable for installing and using the viaduct of the single-support supporting beam body of the transverse single pier, or for installing and using the viaduct of the single-support supporting beam body of the transverse double piers and the transverse multi-pier and the multi-support supporting beam body, is also suitable for replacing the traditional support, and is also suitable for installing and using the anti-rollover support for replacing the traditional support to prevent the side rollover of the beam body of the viaduct.

The guide sliding seat body 1 is a rectangular tube type seat body with a long opening on the long side, and the long opening on the long side of the rectangular tube type combines the inside of the guide sliding seat body 1 and the opening into a convex guide sliding chute 7; the flat folding parts at two sides of the long opening of the guide chute 7 are locking limiting parts 8, the vertical part below the flat folding part at the long opening of the guide chute 7 is a transverse limiting part, and the transverse part below the flat folding part of the guide chute 7 is a bearing part; the sliding guide blocks 9 at two sides of the upper longitudinal sliding block are locked and limited by the locking and limiting part 8 of the sliding guide seat body 1 not to move up and down; the upper longitudinal sliding block is limited not to slide to two sides by the transverse limiting part of the guide sliding seat body 1; all the gravity borne by the upper longitudinal sliding block and the upper longitudinal sliding block is borne by a bearing part of the sliding guide seat body 1; the bearing part of the guide sliding seat body 1 is provided with a screw hole through which an anchoring bolt passes, a counter bore for accommodating an anchoring bolt head or a nut is arranged on one surface of the upper surface of the bearing part of the screw hole, and the installed anchoring bolt head or nut does not expose out of the guide sliding groove 7 in the counter bore.
The longitudinal sliding upper block 2 is a convex block body with longitudinal notches 6 at the upper part or the middle part and two sides of the upper part, and an annular upper groove 4 or a circular upper groove 13 which is concave upwards is or is not arranged on one surface below the block body; the longitudinal sliding upper block comprises an upper boss 10 and a sliding guide 9, the lateral width of the sliding guide block 9 is wider than that of the upper boss 10, and the sliding guide block 9 is limited in the convex guide chute 7 in the guide sliding seat body 1 and cannot move up and down; the upper boss 10 is integrated or combined with the sliding guide block 9 on the sliding guide block 9; a sliding hole for inserting the column guide sliding pin is arranged on the sliding guide block 9 outside the annular upper groove 4 or the circular upper groove 13 or on the sliding guide block 9 outside the position corresponding to the annular lower groove 5 or the circular lower groove 14; the upper longitudinal sliding block is provided with a screw hole through which an anchoring bolt passes, a counter bore for accommodating an anchoring bolt head or a nut is arranged on the screw hole on one surface below the sliding guide block 9 of the upper longitudinal sliding block, and the mounted anchoring bolt head or nut does not expose one surface below the upper longitudinal sliding block in the counter bore.
The annular oblique-folding spring 11 is an oblique-folding spring, the middle part of the oblique-folding spring is a tubular annular body 16 with larger taper, the upper part of the oblique-folding spring is a planar upper annular body 19 connected with the large end of the tubular annular body 16 in the middle part, the lower part of the oblique-folding spring is a planar lower annular body 17 connected with the small end of the tubular annular body 16 in the middle part, and the middle of the lower part of the oblique-folding spring is provided with a round hole 15; when the annular inclined folding spring 11 bears the pressure transmitted from the beam body, the small end of the tapered tubular annular body 16 in the middle of the annular inclined folding spring 11 is retracted towards the large end of the tubular annular body 16 so as to form elastic contraction, the lower annular body 17 is elastically contracted towards the round hole 15, and the upper annular body 19 is elastically expanded towards the outer annular surface; when the annular inclined folding spring 11 bears the pressure transmitted from the beam body and is reduced, the large end of the tapered pipe annular body 16 in the middle of the annular inclined folding spring 11 elastically stretches towards the small end of the pipe annular body 16, the lower annular body 17 elastically stretches towards the outer annular surface of the small end of the tapered ring, and the upper annular body 19 elastically contracts towards the tapered hole 18 at the large end of the tapered pipe annular body 16.
The shape of the disk spring 12 is a disk shape, the middle part of the disk shape is provided with a taper round hole 20, and the disk spring 12 is provided with an inner conical surface 21 and an outer conical surface 22, and the disk spring 12 comprises a single disk spring or a superposed combined disk spring 12 or an involutory combined disk spring 12 or a compound combined disk spring 12; when the disc spring 12 bears the pressure transmitted from the beam body, the pressure presses the inner conical surface 21 from the outer conical surface 22 of the disc spring 12 to reduce the taper of the disc spring 12 to form elastic contraction; when the pressure applied to the disc spring 12 by the beam decreases, the pressure applied from the outer tapered surface 22 of the disc spring 12 to the inner tapered surface 21 decreases, and the taper of the disc spring 12 decreases and increases to elastically expand.
The lower longitudinal sliding block 3 is a rectangular block body with or without an annular lower groove 5 or a circular lower groove 14 on one surface, and sliding holes for inserting the upright post sliding guide pins are arranged on the rectangular block bodies except the annular lower groove 5 or the circular lower groove 14 or the rectangular block bodies except the positions corresponding to the annular upper groove 4 or the circular upper groove 13; the sliding hole on the lower longitudinal sliding block is correspondingly communicated with the sliding hole on the lower surface of the upper longitudinal sliding block.
The grooves comprise an annular upper groove 4, an annular lower groove 5, a circular upper groove 13 and a circular lower groove 14, the groove on the longitudinal sliding upper block 2 is the upper groove, and the groove on the longitudinal sliding lower block 3 is the lower groove; grooves are simultaneously formed on the longitudinal sliding upper block 2 and the longitudinal sliding lower block 3 to form double-sided grooves, or grooves are only formed on the longitudinal sliding upper block 2 or the longitudinal sliding lower block 3 to form single-sided grooves.
The transverse direction refers to the direction of the cross section of the beam body, the direction of the cross section of the guide chute 7 and the direction along the bent cap, and the longitudinal direction refers to the direction of the beam body and the direction of the notch of the guide chute 7.
The upper part and the lower part of the disc spring 12 are opposite and the installation positions can be interchanged, the upper part and the lower part of the annular oblique folding spring 11 are opposite and the installation positions can be interchanged, and the installation position of the slide guiding seat body 1 and the installation position of the longitudinal sliding group are also opposite and the installation positions can be interchanged.
When the longitudinal sliding upper block 2, the disc spring 12, the annular oblique-folding spring 11, the longitudinal sliding guide lower block 3 and the sliding guide base body 1 are manufactured, the outline of the outer shape and the outline of the inner cavity can be chamfered or rounded.
In order to facilitate the installation and manufacture of the slide guide seat body 1, the slide guide seat body 1 may be manufactured by separately manufacturing the lateral restraining part, the locking restraining part 8, and the bearing part of the slide guide seat body 1 and then combining them together to form a whole, or may be manufactured by separately manufacturing the lateral restraining part and the locking restraining part 8 of the slide guide seat body 1 and the bearing part of the slide guide seat body 1 and then combining them to form a whole, or may be manufactured by separately manufacturing the locking restraining part 8 of the slide guide seat body 1 and the lateral restraining part and the bearing part of the slide guide seat body 1 and then combining them to form a whole, or may be manufactured by separately manufacturing the locking restraining part 8 and the upper part of the lateral restraining part of the slide guide seat body 1 and the lower part and the bearing part of the slide guide seat body 1 and then combining them to form a whole.
In order to increase the longitudinal sliding performance of the longitudinal sliding guide upper block and the longitudinal sliding guide lower block in the sliding guide groove, the parts of the longitudinal sliding guide upper block and the longitudinal sliding guide lower block, which are in contact with the sliding guide groove, are ground and polished to form smooth contact surfaces, so that the longitudinal sliding performance of the longitudinal sliding guide upper block and the longitudinal sliding guide lower block in the sliding guide groove is increased, the phenomenon that the bridge pier is subjected to excessive tension or thrust is avoided due to extension or shortening caused by expansion and contraction of heat and generated when the temperature of a beam changes is ensured, and the independent support of the pier is ensured.
In order to push the longitudinal sliding upper block and the longitudinal sliding lower block to smoothly slide back and forth in the guide sliding groove 7 when the beam body expands and contracts due to heat and cold, lubricating grooves added with lubricant are formed in one surface below the longitudinal sliding lower block and two side surfaces of the longitudinal sliding upper block and the longitudinal sliding lower block, or lubricating grooves are formed in the guide sliding groove 7, and the longitudinal guide sliding lower block 3 and the contact part of the longitudinal sliding upper block and the guide sliding groove 7 of the guide sliding seat body 1 are lubricated by lubricant; the lubricant is preferably graphite lubricant and is graphite lithium-based grease.
In order to make the metal anti-rollover damping support have damping effect when bearing the weight of the beam and the load on the beam, the annular inclined-folding spring 11 and the disk spring 12 are made of elastic spring steel, the middle part of the annular inclined-folding spring 11 is made into a tubular annular body 16 with larger taper, the upper part is made into a planar upper annular body 19 connected with the large end of the tubular annular body 16 with taper in the middle part, the lower part is made into a planar lower annular body 17 connected with the small end of the tubular annular body 16 with taper in the middle part, a round hole 15 is made in the middle of the lower part, the disk spring 12 is made into a disk shape with an inner conical surface 21 and an outer conical surface 22, the shape is made into a disk shape, a tapered round hole 20 is made in the middle part of the disk shape, and the annular inclined-folding spring 11 and the disk spring 12 have elastic stretching and elastic contraction functions.
In order to prevent the concentration of stress generated when the annular bias spring 11 and the disc spring 12 bear the weight thereon, a circular hole 15 for eliminating the concentrated stress is formed in the middle of the flat lower annular body 17 of the annular bias spring 11, and a tapered circular hole 20 for eliminating the concentrated stress is formed in the middle of the disc spring 12.
In order to prevent dust from entering the guide chute 7 of the guide slide seat body 1 and accelerating the abrasion between the longitudinal slide upper block 2 and the longitudinal slide lower block 3 and the guide chute 7, a wind dust sleeve is adopted to seal the front end and the rear end of the guide chute 7 and the gap between the opening part of the upper surface of the guide chute 7 and the upper boss 10 of the longitudinal slide upper block 2.
After the anti-rollover metal vibration reduction support is fixed between a beam body of a viaduct and a support cushion at the upper end of a capping beam or a pier, when a heavy-duty automobile passes through the bridge deck of the viaduct, vibration and gravity of the heavy-duty automobile passing through the viaduct are transmitted to the beam body through wheels, the beam body is transmitted to the longitudinal sliding upper block 2, the longitudinal sliding upper block 2 is transmitted to the annular oblique-folding spring 11 or the disc spring 12, the annular oblique-folding spring 11 or the disc spring 12 eliminates the vibration and then transmits the gravity to the longitudinal sliding lower block, and then the gravity is transmitted to a bearing part of the guide sliding seat body 1; after absorbing the vibration and shock transmitted from the upper surface, the annular oblique folding spring 11 generates slight elastic fluctuation from the circular hole 15 of the annular oblique folding spring 11 to the lower annular body 17, the small end of the tubular annular body 16, the large end of the tubular annular body 16 and the upper annular body 19, so that the vibration and shock generated to the bridge deck of the viaduct when a truck passes through the viaduct are eliminated; when the annular inclined folding spring 11 bears the gravity transmitted from the upper surface, the gravity presses the tapered pipe annular body 16 at the middle part of the annular inclined folding spring 11 from the upper annular body 19 of the annular inclined folding spring 11 and presses the lower annular body 17 of the annular inclined folding spring 11 to ensure that the large end of the tapered pipe annular body 16 at the middle part of the annular inclined folding spring 11 is inwards contracted towards the small end of the pipe annular body 16 to form elastic contraction, the lower annular body 17 is elastically contracted towards the round hole 15, and the upper annular body 19 is elastically expanded towards the outer annular surface, so that the deformed annular inclined folding spring 11 bears the gravity of a beam body and a truck; after the disk spring 12 absorbs the vibration and shock transmitted from the upper surface, slight elastic fluctuation is generated from the tapered round hole 20 of the disk spring 12 to the outer round surface up and down, so that the vibration and shock generated to the bridge deck of the viaduct when a lorry passes through the viaduct are eliminated; when the disc spring 12 bears the gravity transmitted from the upper surface, the gravity is pressed from the large end of the conical surface of the disc spring 12 to the small end of the conical surface and then contracts, so that the deformed disc spring 12 bears the gravity of the beam body and the truck;
