Abstract
The invention provides a tackifier for drilling fluid, which consists of a tackifier and a dispersant, wherein the tackifier is one or more of graphene substances, rubber polymers and nano particles; the dispersant is one or more of coco glucoside, lauryl glucoside, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium oleate. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a drilling fluid which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 64-70 parts by weight of base oil; 1-3 parts of organic soil; 16-20 parts by weight of calcium chloride brine; 1-3 parts by weight of an emulsifier; 1-3 parts of a fluid loss additive; 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a wetting agent; 0.02-1.5 parts by weight of the tackifier for drilling fluid. The viscosity of the drilling fluid can be greatly improved and the structural force of the drilling fluid can be enhanced under the condition of small addition amount of the tackifier, and meanwhile, the drilling fluid added with the tackifier for the drilling fluid can improve the quality of a filter cake, reduce the filtration loss of the drilling fluid and improve the stability of a well wall.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical materials for petroleum drilling, in particular to a tackifier for drilling fluid and the drilling fluid.
Background
In order to ensure a high viscosity and good rheology of the drilling fluid at low solid phase during drilling, it is often necessary to add a viscosifier to increase the viscosity of the drilling fluid. The drilling fluid tackifier is generally a water-soluble high-molecular polymer with long molecular chains, and the tackifying mechanism is as follows: the network structure formed by the bridging action of the polymer can enhance the structural viscosity of the drilling fluid, and the free polymer molecules can increase the viscosity of the water phase. The tackifier for the drilling fluid not only can play a role in tackifying, but also can be used as a shale inhibitor (coating agent), a filtrate reducer, a flow pattern improver and the like, so that the use of the tackifier is beneficial to improving the rheological property of the drilling fluid and the stability of a well wall.
Drilling fluid tackifiers are of many kinds, and high molecular compounds used as fluid loss additives and flocculants have a tackifying effect, and the commonly used tackifiers are: modified cellulose, modified guar gum, xanthan gum, synthetic acrylamide polymers and the like. The drilling fluid tackifier mainly has large addition amount and needs to be further improved in performance.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the tackifier for the drilling fluid, which can greatly improve the viscosity of the drilling fluid, enhance the structural force of the drilling fluid, improve the quality of a filter cake, reduce the filtration loss of the drilling fluid and improve the stability of a well wall under the condition of small addition; simultaneously provides a technical scheme of the drilling fluid using the tackifier

a tackifier for drilling fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight,
80-90 parts by weight of a viscosity enhancer;
10-20 parts by weight of a dispersant;
wherein: the adhesion promoter is one or a composition of more of graphene substances, colloidal polymers and nano particles.
The graphene substance comprises one or more of modified graphene oxide, graphene oxide and graphene; the gum polymer comprises one or more of modified guar gum and xanthan gum; the nano particles are one or more of nano montmorillonite and nano silicon dioxide; the dispersant comprises one or more of coco glucoside, lauryl glucoside, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium oleate.
Further: the modified graphene oxide is prepared by copolymerizing graphene oxide, methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl sodium propane sulfonate or acrylamide.
A drilling fluid using the tackifier for the drilling fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
64-70 parts by weight of base oil;
1-3 parts of organic soil;
16-20 parts by weight of calcium chloride brine;
1-3 parts by weight of an emulsifier;
1-3 parts of a fluid loss additive;
0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a wetting agent;
0.02-1.5 parts by weight of tackifier for drilling fluid.
In the drilling fluid, the base oil comprises one or a combination of more of white oil and biodiesel; the organic soil is organic montmorillonite; the emulsifier is span-80; the fluid loss additive is one or the combination of two of sulfonated asphalt and sulfonated phenolic resin; the wetting agent is dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide.
The invention has the following advantages:
the tackifier disclosed by the invention can greatly improve the viscosity of the drilling fluid and enhance the structural force of the drilling fluid under the condition of a small addition amount, and meanwhile, the tackifier can improve the quality of a filter cake, reduce the filtration loss of the drilling fluid and improve the stability of a well wall.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the examples.
The tackifier for the drilling fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
80-90 parts by weight of a viscosity enhancer;
10-20 parts by weight of a dispersant;
wherein the adhesion promoter is one or a combination of several of graphene substances, colloidal polymers and nano particles.
In a preferred embodiment, the graphene-like substance is one or more of modified graphene oxide, graphene oxide and graphene; the gum polymer is one or more of modified guar gum and xanthan gum; the nano particles are one or more of nano montmorillonite and nano silicon dioxide.
In the scheme, the dispersing agent is one or more of coco glucoside, lauryl glucoside, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium oleate.
In a preferred embodiment, the modified graphene oxide is prepared by copolymerizing graphene oxide, DMC (methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) and AMPS (sodium 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonate) or AM (acrylamide).
Further, the drilling fluid containing the drilling fluid tackifier comprises the following components in parts by weight:
64-70 parts by weight of base oil;
1-3 parts of organic soil;
16-20 parts by weight of calcium chloride brine;
1-3 parts by weight of an emulsifier;
1-3 parts of a fluid loss additive;
0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a wetting agent;
0.02-1.5 parts by weight of tackifier for drilling fluid.
The base oil is one or a combination of more of white oil and biodiesel; the organic soil is organic montmorillonite; emulsifier span-80 (sorbitol fatty acid ester); the fluid loss additive is one or a combination of more of sulfonated asphalt and sulfonated phenolic resin; the wetting agent is dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide.

The tackifier for the drilling fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
80 parts of a viscosity enhancer;
20 parts of a dispersant;
wherein the adhesion promoter is modified graphene oxide; the dispersant is sodium oleate.
Example 2
The tackifier for the drilling fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
90 parts by weight of a viscosity enhancer;
10 parts by weight of a dispersant;
wherein the adhesion promoter is graphene oxide; the dispersant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Example 3
A drilling fluid containing the tackifier for the drilling fluid of the embodiment 1 or 2 comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70 parts of biodiesel;
3 parts of organic montmorillonite;
20 parts by weight of calcium chloride brine;
span-80, 1 part by weight;
1 part by weight of sulfonated asphalt;
0.5 part by weight of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide;
0.05 part by weight of tackifier for drilling fluid.
Example 4
The tackifier for the drilling fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
90 parts by weight of a viscosity enhancer;
10 parts by weight of a dispersant;
wherein the adhesion promoter is nano montmorillonite; the dispersant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.

The drilling fluid containing the tackifier for the drilling fluid of the embodiment 4 comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70 parts of white oil;
2 parts of organic montmorillonite;
20 parts by weight of calcium chloride brine;
span-80, 3 parts by weight;
1 part by weight of sulfonated phenolic resin;
1 part by weight of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide;
0.05 part by weight of tackifier for drilling fluid.
Claims (5)
1. A tackifier for drilling fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight,
80-90 parts by weight of a viscosity enhancer;
10-20 parts by weight of a dispersant;
the method is characterized in that: the adhesion promoter is one or a composition of more of graphene substances, colloidal polymers and nano particles.

3. The viscosifying agent for drilling fluids according to claim 2, wherein: the modified graphene oxide is prepared by copolymerizing graphene oxide, methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl sodium propane sulfonate or acrylamide.
4. The drilling fluid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
64-70 parts by weight of base oil;
1-3 parts of organic soil;
16-20 parts by weight of calcium chloride brine;
1-3 parts by weight of an emulsifier;
1-3 parts of a fluid loss additive;
0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a wetting agent;
the tackifier for drilling fluid according to any one of claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein the tackifier is 0.02-1.5 parts by weight.

The drilling fluid of claim 4, wherein: the base oil comprises one or more of white oil and biodiesel; the organic soil is organic montmorillonite; the emulsifier is span-80; the fluid loss additive is one or the combination of two of sulfonated asphalt and sulfonated phenolic resin; the wetting agent is dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide.
