Abstract

本发明一种钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖,其特征包括:水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠构成,所述的水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠按400:32:1的配比混合而成,其制备工艺为:将所述的水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠按400:32:1的配比混合后的混合物装入搅拌机内,以电机每分钟3000±500转的高速搅拌20分钟,然后随机冷却至室温并密闭养护24小时,密闭养护完毕后再以电机每分钟3000±500转的高速搅拌5分钟即可,将上述所形成的产物经过滤后,然后经气流干燥、粉碎,制备出所需的钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖。

技术领域:
本发明属于多聚糖的一种,具体涉及一种钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖。
背景技术:
在钻井过程中,由于压差的作用,钻井液中的水分不可避免地通过井壁滤失到地层中,造成钻井液失水。随着水分进入地层,钻井液中粘土颗粒便附着在井壁上形成“滤饼”,形成一个滤饼井壁。由于滤饼井壁比原来的井壁致密得多,所以它一方面阻止了钻井液的进一步失水,一方面起到了保护井壁的作用。但是在滤饼井壁形成的过程中,滤失的水分过多,滤饼过厚,细粘土颗粒随水分进入地层等都会影响正常钻井,并对地层造成伤害。
针对上述情况钻井工程中应对钻井液的滤失性能严加控制,使用适宜的钻井液处理剂是降低滤失量和建立良好造壁性的有效方法,因此本人研究了一款钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖。
发明内容:
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖,为钻井液处理剂降低滤失量和建立良好造壁性提供了一种有效失剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖,其特征包括:水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠构成,所述的水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠按400:32:1的配比混合而成,其制备工艺为:将所述的水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠按400:32:1的配比混合后的混合物装入搅拌机内,以电机每分钟3000±500转的高速搅拌20分钟,然后随机冷却至室温并密闭养护24小时,密闭养护完毕后再以电机每分钟3000±500转的高速搅拌5分钟即可。
优选的,将上述所形成的产物经过滤后,然后经气流干燥、粉碎,制备出所需的钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖。
本发明的有益效果如下:
有效降低静滤失和动滤失,低温低压滤失量在12ml以内,高温高压滤失量小于16ml.
提高滤饼质量,有显著的护壁和防塌性能,可避免引起卡钻、井径变化等井下复杂情况的发生。
具有钻井液良好的流变性,提高了钻井效率和速度。
具有较强的抗温能力、无污染,适用地层广泛。
具体实施方式:
一种钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖,其特征包括:水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠构成,所述的水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠按400:32:1的配比混合而成,其制备工艺为:将所述的水,钠膨润土和无水碳酸钠按400:32:1的配比混合后的混合物装入搅拌机内,以电机每分钟3000±500转的高速搅拌20分钟,然后随机冷却至室温并密闭养护24小时,密闭养护完毕后再以电机每分钟3000±500转的高速搅拌5分钟即可。
本发明优选的实施例中,将上述所形成的产物经过滤后,然后经气流干燥、粉碎,制备出所需的钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖。
一种钻井液用降滤失剂改性多聚糖产品应用实例:
向盛有400ml的蒸馏水的高速搅拌杯中加入33克上述产品,并充分搅拌,按GB/T16783.1的方法测定高温高压滤失量为150℃/3.45MPa,其高温高压滤失量应控制在25ml±10ml范围内,按国标方法检测最终结果为16ml,其低温低压滤失量应控制在20ml±10ml范围内,按国标方法检测最终结果为12ml。
尽管已揭示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明配方和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例配比进行多种变化、修改,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
