Compared with the embodiment 1, the combined type shading glue prepared in the embodiment has strong adhesive force, strong holding power, good mode effect, difficult moisture decomposition after bonding, convenient storage and long-time use, good insulativity and high safety factor, in addition, the combined type shading glue prepared in the embodiment is tested in performance, the result shows that the combined type shading glue has the thickness of 88 +/-3 um, complete shading in the visible light wavelength range of 400-plus 700rm, the tensile strength of 165MPa, the adhesive force of 2200gf/in after 85 ℃ for 72 hours, the adhesive force of 2090gf/in after 85 ℃ humidity of 90% for 120 hours, excellent cold and heat shock resistance, stable and unchanged performance and the flame retardant grade of V-2.
Example 3:
the invention provides a combined type shading adhesive which comprises a pasting base layer 1, release paper 2 and a waterproof layer 3, wherein the release paper 2 is pasted at the bottom of the pasting base layer 1, a filter layer 4 is arranged at the top of the pasting base layer 1, a reinforced composite layer 5 is arranged at the top of the filter layer 4, a wear-resistant layer 6 is arranged at the top of the reinforced composite layer 5, and the waterproof layer 3 is uniformly distributed at the outer side of the combined type shading adhesive;
further, in the above technical scheme, the reinforced composite adhesive is prepared by compounding an optically transparent adhesive, a light absorbing filler and a heat-resistant filler, and the volume ratio of the combination of the optically transparent adhesive, the light absorbing filler and the heat-resistant filler is set to 3:3: 2.

Comparing examples 1 and 2, the combined type shading glue prepared in the embodiment has strong adhesion force, strong holding power, good mode effect, difficult decomposition by moisture after bonding, convenient storage and long-term use, good insulativity and high safety factor, in addition, the combined type shading glue prepared in the embodiment is tested for performance, the result shows that the combined type shading glue has the thickness of 97 +/-3 um, completely shades light in the visible light wavelength range of 400 + 700rm, the tensile strength of 163Mpa, the adhesive force of 2180gf/in after 72 hours at 85 ℃, the adhesive force of 2090gf/in after 120 hours at 90% humidity at 85 ℃, the cold and heat shock resistance is excellent, the performance is stable and has no change, and the flame retardant grade is V-2.
The following table is obtained according to examples 1 to 3:
as can be seen from the above table, in example 2, the raw materials have a moderate proportion and the processing temperature is moderate, the combined type light-shielding adhesive produced and prepared by the process of this example has the best overall performance, which is embodied by a moderate thickness, can completely shield light while saving materials, has the highest tensile strength, and has guaranteed temperature and humidity resistance in extreme environments, and uses a PC film as the adhesive base layer 1, flame-retardant and insulating properties, a PET film as the wear-resistant layer 6, reduces the abrasion of the light-shielding adhesive, uses a magenta filter film, a yellow filter film and a cyan filter film to form the filter layer 4, the three-primary-color filter films are transparent and black, and cooperate with carbon black and ball clay which are uniformly distributed in the reinforcing composite layer 5, absorbs light and isolates heat energy transmission, thereby greatly improving the light-shielding effect of the light-shielding adhesive, effectively insulating heat, preventing the light-shielding adhesive from being heated and, avoid water stain erosion, improve the security that the shading was glued and use.

step three: preparing reinforced composite adhesive by using organic silicon resin adhesive, carbon black and ball clay, firstly adding the carbon black and the ball clay into the organic silicon resin adhesive according to a proportion, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer in a medium-temperature environment to prepare the reinforced composite adhesive for later use;
step four: bonding a PC film and a filter layer (4) by using organic silicon resin adhesive, flatly paving a silk woven sheet on the top of the filter layer (4), then uniformly and flatly brushing reinforced composite adhesive on the silk woven sheet, then orderly placing a PET film corresponding to the filter layer (4), flatly coating the organic silicon resin adhesive on the bottom of the PC film and bonding release paper (2) after extrusion bonding, and scraping the residual material outside each structural layer after each structural layer is solidified;
step five: cutting the shading adhesive into a standard strip according to the production size standard, and uniformly spraying an acrylic acid waterproof coating on the outer side of the shading adhesive tape cut into the strip, so that a waterproof film is formed on the outer side;
step six: and (4) rolling the combined shading adhesive tape with the waterproof film to finish the preparation of the combined shading adhesive.
8. The process of claim 7, wherein: in the first step, the particle sizes of the carbon black and the ball clay are set to be nano-scale.
9. The process of claim 7, wherein: the medium-temperature environment in the third step is set to be 30-60 ℃, the rotating speed of the stirrer is 350r/s, and the stirring time is set to be 20-30 min.
