Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary device for noodle packaging and a corresponding system, wherein the auxiliary device comprises a supporting seat, a receiving box arranged on the supporting seat and used for receiving noodles, and a paper clamping component arranged on the receiving box and used for clamping noodle packaging paper; the supporting seat is provided with a base and a vertical plate, the upper surface of the base is provided with an inclined arc-shaped groove, when the receiving box receives the noodles, the noodles can be overturned, so that the noodles are placed into the arc-shaped groove of the base, and meanwhile, the noodle packing paper on the paperboard part can be overturned together with the receiving box and pressed below the noodles and above the arc-shaped groove. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The inventor has devised a mechanical apparatus (application No. 201911032840.5) for making sandwich noodles, in which noodles slide out from the passage of a collecting mechanism and fall onto a noodle conveying mechanism, and then are conveyed by the noodle conveying mechanism to a worker, and the worker packs the noodles into a packaging bag and encapsulates the noodles to complete the packaging of the noodles, and the effect after packaging is shown in fig. 1, wherein a plurality of noodles 3 are collected into a column shape and wrapped in a noodle packaging paper 4 with one closed end and one open end.
In order to provide convenience for workers during the packaging process so as to improve the packaging efficiency, the following auxiliary devices are designed.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides an auxiliary device 1 for noodle packing, which comprises a support base 11, a receiving box 12 provided on the support base 11 for receiving noodle, and a jam member 13 mounted on the receiving box 12 for jamming noodle packing paper.
The support seat 11 is provided with a base 111 and a vertical plate 112; an inclined arc-shaped groove 111a is formed in the upper surface of the base 111, and an included angle formed between a central axis of the arc-shaped groove 111a and the bottom surface of the base 111 is smaller than 45 degrees; the vertical plate 112 is positioned on the lower side of the arc-shaped groove 111a on the base 111, an inclined plane 113 is arranged on one side of the vertical plate 112 facing the arc-shaped groove 111a, and the inclined plane 113 extends downwards into the arc-shaped groove 111a from the middle of the side surface of the vertical plate 112; and, the central axis of the arc-shaped groove 111a is perpendicular to the inclined surface 113.
The receiving box 12 is mounted on the side of the vertical plate 112 above the inclined plane 113, and the receiving box 12 includes two side plates 121 and a movable part 122; the two side plates 121 are fixed at the left side and the right side of the top of the inclined plane 113 at intervals, and the side plates 121 are perpendicular to the vertical plate 112; the movable portion 122 is composed of a bottom plate 122a and an arc-shaped plate 122b, one end of the bottom plate 122a is rotatably connected with the bottom of one side of the two side plates 121 close to the vertical plate 112, the arc-shaped plate 122b is positioned on one side of the bottom plate 122a far away from the vertical plate 112 and is perpendicular to the bottom plate 122a, and the radian of the outer side surface of the arc-shaped plate 122b is consistent with that of the arc-shaped groove 111 a; and, there is torsion spring (not shown in the figure) also in the junction of the bottom plate 122a and the side plate 121, when in the natural state, under the effect of torsion spring, the bottom plate 122a is attached to the bottom of the side plate 121, the arc plate 122b is attached to the side of the side plate 121, when the weight born by the bottom plate 122a exceeds the preset limit value, the bottom plate 122a will overcome the acting force of the torsion spring and turn over downward, and when turning over to the lowest point, the bottom plate 122a is attached to the inclined plane 113, and at the same time the arc plate 122b is attached to the arc groove 111 a.

Preferably, the base 111, the vertical plate 112 and the inclined surface 113 are integrally formed as a casting.
Preferably, the material of the cross bar 1322 that can be bent freely is: the inner part is an aluminum alloy sheet, the outer part is wrapped by soft rubber, and the thickness of the material is less than 3 mm; such material belongs to prior art, all is used in many fields, like the desk lamp pole that can buckle at will. The material that can bend at will has the benefit: when the noodles are poured into the arc-shaped groove 111a, the cross bar 132 can be automatically bent to be in a shape consistent with the arc-shaped groove 111a, so that the noodles are not prevented from being poured into the arc-shaped groove 111 a; when the noodle is used next time, the horizontal bar 132 is straightened to spread the noodle packing paper 4.
Preferably, a blocking piece 134 for limiting the position of the noodle packing paper 4 is further provided in the middle of the inner edge of the top of the arc-shaped plate 122b, and the blocking piece 134 is engaged with the bottom of the upright strip 131, so that the bottom of the stacked noodle packing paper 4 can be blocked and prevented from being displaced.
Preferably, the cross section of the upright bar 131 is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped direction faces to the side away from the upright plate 112, and the arc degree is consistent with the arc degree of the arc-shaped groove 111 a. Example 2:

The invention has the beneficial effects that: because the outer layers of the plurality of noodles are manually wrapped with a piece of wrapping paper without auxiliary tools, the operation is troublesome; after the auxiliary device and the corresponding system are used, when the noodles are fallen down, the packing paper can be filled at the bottom of the noodles in advance, so that workers only need to roll up the packing paper and glue the packing paper, troublesome operation can be saved, convenience can be provided for packing workers, and packing efficiency is improved.

1. An auxiliary device for noodle packaging, characterized in that the auxiliary device comprises a support base (11), a receiving box (12) arranged on the support base (11) for receiving noodle, and a jamming member (13) mounted on the receiving box (12) for jamming noodle packing paper;
the supporting seat (11) is provided with a base (111) and a vertical plate (112); an inclined arc-shaped groove (111a) is formed in the upper surface of the base (111), and an included angle formed between the central axis of the arc-shaped groove (111a) and the bottom surface of the base (111) is smaller than 45 degrees; the vertical plate (112) is positioned on the lower side of the arc-shaped groove (111a) on the base (111), an inclined plane (113) is arranged on one side of the vertical plate (112) facing the arc-shaped groove (111a), and the inclined plane (113) extends downwards into the arc-shaped groove (111a) from the middle part of the side surface of the vertical plate (112); the central axis of the arc-shaped groove (111a) is vertical to the inclined plane (113);
the receiving box (12) is arranged on the side surface of the vertical plate (112) above the inclined surface (113), and the receiving box (12) comprises two side plates (121) and a movable part (122); the two side plates (121) are fixed on the left side and the right side of the top of the inclined plane (113) at intervals, and the side plates (121) are vertical to the vertical plate (112); the movable part (122) consists of a bottom plate (122a) and an arc-shaped plate (122b), one end of the bottom plate (122a) is rotatably connected with the bottom of one side of the two side plates (121) close to the vertical plate (112), the arc-shaped plate (122b) is positioned on one side of the bottom plate (122a) far away from the vertical plate (112) and is vertical to the bottom plate (122a), and the radian of the outer side surface of the arc-shaped plate (122b) is consistent with that of the arc-shaped groove (111 a); moreover, a torsion spring is further arranged at the joint of the bottom plate (122a) and the side plate (121), when the bottom plate is in a natural state, the bottom plate (122a) is attached to the bottom of the side plate (121) under the action of the torsion spring, the arc-shaped plate (122b) is attached to the side surface of the side plate (121), when the weight borne by the bottom plate (122a) exceeds a preset limit value, the bottom plate (122a) can overcome the acting force of the torsion spring to turn downwards, when the bottom plate is turned to the lowest point, the bottom plate (122a) is attached to the inclined surface (113), and meanwhile, the arc-shaped plate (122b) is attached to the arc-shaped groove (111 a);
the paperboard part (13) comprises a vertical strip (131) and two transverse strips (132); the vertical bar (131) is vertically arranged in the middle of the outer edge of the top of the arc-shaped plate (122 b); the two transverse strips (132) are respectively vertical to the vertical strips (131) and fixed at the left side and the right side of the middle part of the vertical strips (131) to form a cross structure with the vertical strips (131); wherein, the top end of the vertical bar (131) and one end of the horizontal bar (132) far away from the vertical bar (131) are both provided with a pressing sheet (133) for pressing noodle packing paper; the cross bar (132) is made of a material that can be bent freely.
2. The auxiliary device for noodle packaging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base (111) and the standing plate (112) are integrally formed.
3. An auxiliary device for noodle packing according to claim 1, wherein the cross bar (1322) is made of a material which can be freely bent: the inside is aluminium alloy sheet, and the outside is by soft rubber parcel, and thickness is less than 3 mm's material.
4. An auxiliary device for noodle packing according to claim 1, wherein a stopper (134) for limiting the packing paper of the noodle is further provided in the middle of the inner edge of the top of the arc-shaped plate (122 b).

An auxiliary device for noodle packaging according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the upright strip (131) is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped direction is towards the side away from the upright plate (112), and the arc-shaped direction is consistent with the arc of the arc-shaped groove (111 a).
6. The auxiliary device for noodle packing according to claim 1, wherein when the weight of the bottom plate (112) exceeds 200g, the bottom plate (112) is turned downward against the force of the torsion spring.

8. The auxiliary device for noodle packing according to claim 1, wherein the top of the standing plate (112) and the side plate (121) is further provided with an insertion slot (112a, 121a) for inserting a baffle plate to prevent the noodle from falling over.
9. An auxiliary system for noodle packaging, characterized by comprising an endless conveyor (2) and a plurality of auxiliary devices (1) according to any one of claims 1-8; wherein, each auxiliary device (1) is fixed on the annular conveying belt (2) at intervals.
