Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water sports equipment, in particular to an underwater propeller which can be formed by splitting and combining a power supply and a propeller.
Background
Various conventional small water vehicles or sports equipment such as canoes, aquaboards, kayaks, surfboards, small fishing boats and the like are generally propelled by manpower and also by natural energy such as wind, sea waves and the like. The aforementioned conventional unpowered water sports apparatuses have not been able to fully satisfy the needs of people, and the demand for auxiliary power equipment of these sports apparatuses is increasing.
Therefore, the power device is installed on the water sports equipment; the travel mileage can be prolonged, the physical consumption is reduced, and the travel pleasure is increased by the propulsion of an additional power device. Such power plants are generally referred to as underwater thrusters.
When the underwater propeller is installed on the water vehicle, the underwater propeller and the ship body are installed, maintained and replaced together as a whole product; and a fixed interface is also arranged on the water vehicle, and then the underwater propeller with a connecting structure is matched with the water vehicle for installation.
However, according to the change of the user's personal taste, environment, etc.; the same equipment may have different underwater propulsion requirements. Products on the current market are viewed throughout; there is no underwater propeller that can well meet such a demand.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problem of providing an underwater propeller which can be formed by splitting and combining a power supply and a propeller; the consumer can combine different batteries and propellers according to the needs of the consumer, such as high driving speed or high endurance, or can take an airplane and the like.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the underwater propeller comprises a power supply and a propeller; the method is characterized in that: the power supply is connected with the propeller through a detachable structure.
The detachable structural connection is that the power supply is connected with the propeller through internal and external threads and is provided with a connecting external buckle; the connecting outer buckle is connected to fix the connecting part.
The connecting end of the power supply and the propeller is provided with external threads, and the connecting end of the propeller and the power supply is sleeved with a connecting external buckle; the connecting outer buckle is provided with an internal thread; the connection is realized through the matching of the external thread and the internal thread.
The proper position of the end surface of the connection end of the propeller and the power supply is provided with a convex ring which is matched with the connection outer buckle, and the connection outer buckle is positioned at the position of the connection end of the propeller.
And a sealing ring is arranged on the outer wall of the connecting end of the propeller.
The power supply comprises a battery shell and a battery, and the battery is arranged in the battery shell; the battery shell connecting end is provided with an external thread.
An electric connecting terminal is arranged in the battery shell connecting end, and a connecting terminal is correspondingly arranged in the propeller connecting end; the battery is electrically connected with the propeller through the connection of the connecting terminals.
According to the detachable connection structure of the power supply and the propeller, batteries and propellers of different types of the underwater propeller can be rapidly assembled, different maximum sailing speeds and different cruising times can be realized, the problems of airplane mounting on equipment and the like can be solved, and better product experience is brought to consumers.
Drawings
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
FIG. 1 is a diagram of a different power supply and thruster 2 configuration of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a sectional view of the power supply and propeller 2 connection structure of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the underwater propeller of the present invention includes a power source and a propeller 2; the power supply 1 is connected with the propeller 2 through a detachable structure. The concrete structure is as follows:
the power supply comprises a battery shell 1 and a battery 3, wherein the battery 3 is arranged in the battery shell 1; the connecting end of the battery shell 1 and the propeller 2 is provided with external threads. A connecting outer buckle 7 is sleeved outside the connecting end of the propeller 2 and the battery shell 1; the connecting outer buckle 7 is provided with an internal thread; the connection is realized through the matching of the external thread and the internal thread.
The proper position of the end surface of the connection end of the propeller 2 and the battery shell 1 is provided with a convex ring 21 which is matched with the connection outer buckle 7, and the position of the connection outer buckle 7 at the connection end of the propeller 2 is positioned. Thereby realizing the detachable structural connection of the power supply and the propeller 2 by the matching of the internal thread of the connecting external buckle 7 and the external thread of the battery shell 1.
In order to ensure the tightness of the detachable structure connection; a sealing ring 6 is arranged on the outer wall of the connecting end 5 of the propeller 2; when the connection end 5 of the propeller 2 is inserted into the connection end of the battery case 1, the outer buckle 7 is screwed, and the sealing ring 6 is positioned between the plastics at the two connection end terminals and is pressed to be waterproof. The waterproof level can reach IP 68.
In addition, an electric connecting terminal is arranged inside the connecting end of the battery shell 1, and a connecting terminal is correspondingly arranged inside the connecting end of the propeller 2; the electrical connection of the battery 3 to the propeller 1 is achieved by the connection of the connection terminals.
When in connection, the outer buckle 7 is connected in a clockwise rotation way. When the connection needs to be disconnected, the propeller 2 and the battery 3 are pulled out after the connecting threads are unscrewed in the counterclockwise direction.
The above examples are descriptions of specific embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention; equivalents of the above description are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
