The pressure head purging mechanism comprises a plurality of shaft sleeves fixed on a brick pressing frame and a ring pipe arranged outside the pressure head, an air inlet hose and a plurality of air blowing pipes are communicated on the ring pipe, shaft rods are arranged in the shaft sleeves, the lower ends of the shaft rods are fixedly connected with the ring pipe, the upper ends of the shaft rods are fixedly connected with a limiting plate, a baffle and a jacket are fixedly connected with the shaft rods, springs are arranged at the two ends of the springs and abutted to the baffle and the shaft sleeves respectively, one end of the air inlet hose is communicated with an air source, and an electromagnetic valve is installed on the air inlet hose.
The blowing direction of each blowing pipe faces to the gap between the pressing heads.
A method for pressing a double-layer water permeable brick comprises the following steps;
the first step is as follows: after a template is placed on the vibration platform, the demolding oil cylinder presses the mold on the template through the portal frame and the suspension rod, and then the water permeable brick fabric is laid in the mold;
the second step is that: the driving pressure head of the brick pressing oil cylinder moves downwards to compact the fabric in the mold and then withdraw from the mold, then the electromagnetic valve is opened, compressed air is sprayed out from each blow pipe, and after the pressure head is purged for S1 seconds, the electromagnetic valve is closed;
the third step: paving the permeable brick backing material into a mold, enabling one end of each pressing strip to be exposed out of the groove by a loading oil cylinder through a pressing plate and an ejector rod, and enabling a driving pressure head of a brick pressing oil cylinder to move downwards to compact the backing material in the mold and then withdraw from the mold;
the fourth step: the demoulding oil cylinder drives the mould to move upwards, the water permeable brick is separated from the mould, and the prepared water permeable brick is conveyed to a specified place;
the fifth step: the electromagnetic valve is opened, compressed air is sprayed out of each blowing pipe, after the pressure head and the pressing strip are purged for S2 seconds, the electromagnetic valve is closed, and the loading oil cylinder pulls the pressing strip back to the groove;
and a sixth step: and after the template is placed on the vibration platform again, repeating the first step to the fifth step to press the lower group of water permeable bricks.

The second step is that: the brick pressing oil cylinder 5 drives the press head 11 to move downwards, as shown in fig. 4, in the process that the press head 11 moves downwards, the circular pipe 36 abuts against the die 13 firstly, then the press head 11 moves downwards to press the fabric, after the fabric is compacted in the die 13, the press head 11 moves upwards and exits from the die 13, after the press head 11 moves upwards and is in place, the spring 33 pushes each blow pipe towards the press head 11 through the shaft lever 32, then the electromagnetic valve is opened, compressed air is sprayed out from each blow pipe 37, after the press head 11 is blown for 3 seconds, the electromagnetic valve is closed to blow away the residual sand on the press head 11, the structure of the press head blowing mechanism 3 requires that the brick pressing of the press head 11 is not hindered, and the material distribution of the material distributor is not hindered, therefore, the circular pipe 36 adopts the telescopic mode of the shaft sleeve.
The third step: the distributing machine spreads the permeable brick bed charge into the mould 13, the vibration platform 14 vibrates the bed charge, the loading oil cylinder 8 exposes one end of each pressing bar 12 out of the groove through the pressing plate 9 and the ejector rod 16, the brick pressing oil cylinder 5 drives the ram 11 to move downwards to compact the bed charge in the mould 13 and then withdraw from the mould 13;
the fourth step: the demoulding oil cylinder 6 drives the mould 13 to move upwards, the water permeable brick is released from the mould 13, and the prepared water permeable brick is conveyed to a specified place;
the fifth step: the electromagnetic valve is opened, compressed air is sprayed out of each air blowing pipe 37, after the pressure head 11 and the pressing strip 12 are purged for 4 seconds, the electromagnetic valve is closed, and the loading oil cylinder 8 pulls the pressing strip 12 back to the groove;
and a sixth step: and (3) after the template is placed on the vibration platform 14 again, repeating the first step to the fifth step to press the lower group of water permeable bricks.
