According to the method for controlling the surface appearance of the cold-rolled galvanized product, the roll surface of the working roll is in a convex spherical shape after being roughened, so that pits are easily generated on the surface of strip steel when the roll is convexly pressed into the strip steel in the rolling process, a closed oil groove is formed, the formability and the coating property of the strip steel are improved, and the product consistency of the cold-rolled galvanized plate is improved.

Background
The surface appearance of the cold-rolled steel plate not only has influence on the appearance brightness and the painting performance of a formed part, but also has important influence on the stamping forming performance and the forming process. The final appearance of the surfaces of the cold-rolled sheet and the galvanized sheet is formed by mainly using a textured working roll on a continuous annealing temper mill or a galvanizing finisher. The low roughness and high peak density are more advantageous for improving the press forming of the steel sheet and improving the painting property.
With the increasing environmental requirements and the demand for cost reduction, automobile manufacturers have proposed improvements in coating processes from "3C 2B (intercoat-bake-color paint-varnish-bake, i.e., three-coat-two-bake process)" to "2C 1B (color paint-varnish-bake, two-coat-one-bake process)", which have made higher demands on the surface peaks, roughness, waviness, etc. of substrates.
In the production process of the cold-rolled galvanized sheet, the surface of a cold-rolled working roll is required to be roughened, and then the cold-rolled galvanized sheet meeting the special process requirements of users is rolled. The prior roller surface roughening treatment process is increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of a new coating process, and the rolled cold-rolled galvanized sheet has poor product consistency.

and S2, performing texturing treatment on the roll surface of the rolled blank.
In the process of rolling the cold-rolled galvanized product, the concentration of finishing liquid of a finishing machine is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0%, the substrate passes through the finishing machine, and the appearance of the roll surface of a working roll is copied to the surface of a steel plate.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the invention provides a surface appearance control method of a cold-rolled galvanized product, which realizes the control of the surface roughness and the peak value of a steel plate by controlling the surface roughness and the peak value of a working roll of a finishing machine, and the surface roughness of the working roll is controlled within the range of 1.5-3.0 um.
Specifically, the manufacturing process of the working roll of the finisher comprises the following steps:
s1, manufacturing a roller blank;
s2, roughening the roll surface of the roll blank;
in step S1, the roll surface of the roll blank is ground to make the roll blank free of cutting, diagonal lines, scratches, etc. and to make the roughness and roll profile satisfactory.
In step S2, after grinding, a uniform hemispherical convex hard chrome plating layer with low roughness and high peak density is formed on the roll surface of the roll blank by using an electrochemical chromium plating process, and the roll surface is uniform without color difference, thereby forming a work roll.
In the process of rolling the cold-rolled galvanized product, the concentration of finishing liquid of a finishing machine is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0%, and the normal work of high-pressure cleaning is ensured. After cleaning, annealing and galvanizing treatment, the substrate passes through a finishing machine, and the appearance of the roll surface of a working roll of the finishing machine is copied to the surface of a steel plate to form the appearance of a target plate surface. The concave pits are formed on the plate surface, so that the surface appearance of the plate belt product with low roughness, high peak value and consistent concave pit depth is realized, and the oil storage property is improved. The board produced by the process has more uniform appearance and better consistency.
And measuring the roughness and the peak value after the flattening or the finishing, and replacing a new working roll when the roughness and the peak value are attenuated to be lower than the target value requirement. If the working roll generates roll marks, color difference and other defects which affect the board surface quality in the using process, a new working roll needs to be replaced.
