Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional calcium hydroxide preparation tank which comprises a feeder, a tank body, a stirring device, sediment removing equipment and cooling equipment, wherein the tank body comprises an inner reaction tank and an outer cooling tank, a sedimentation area is arranged at the bottom of the reaction tank, a sediment filter is connected to the bottom of the sedimentation area, and a cooling device is connected to the outside of the cooling tank. The invention also discloses a method for preparing calcium hydroxide by using the preparation tank. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the cooling water pump sends the cooling water which absorbs the heat in the reaction tank into the cooler for cooling, and the cooled water enters the cooling tank through the cooling water inlet to continue the next continuous circulation, so that the temperature of the reaction tank is reduced, and the reaction is more thorough; after a detector in the reaction tank detects that the content of the calcium hydroxide reaches a standard, starting a reaction water pump, and pumping out a finished calcium hydroxide product through a discharge pipe to control the quality of the product; and after the sediment in the reaction tank reaches a certain amount, the sediment is separated by a sediment filter, and the separated part of the calcium hydroxide solution is filtered by a filter screen and then flows into a discharge pipe, so that the waste of raw materials is avoided while the sediment is removed.
