Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or be indirectly on the other element. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or be indirectly connected to the other element.
It will be understood that the terms "length," "width," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like, as used herein, refer to an orientation or positional relationship indicated in the drawings that is solely for the purpose of facilitating the description and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and is therefore not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Further, in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, the mixing mechanism of the present invention will now be described. The mixing mechanism comprises a base body 1 with an accommodating cavity 13, a placing position (not shown) for placing the feeding cylinder 2 is arranged on the bottom surface in the accommodating cavity 13, a stirrer 3 for stirring the feeding cylinder 2 positioned on the placing position is arranged on the base body 1, and the stirrer 3 can be folded and accommodated in the accommodating cavity 13; the top of the base body 1 has an opening 14 communicating with the receiving cavity 13.
Thus, if the material in the barrel 2 is to be stirred, it is only necessary to place the barrel 2 on the placement position through the opening 14 and then stir the barrel 2 on the placement position by the stirrer 3; in the stirring process, if materials splash out of the charging barrel 2, the materials can drip into the accommodating cavity 13 and are not easy to splash onto the ground; after the stirring is accomplished, too much space is avoided occuping in holding chamber 13 can be accomodate to agitator 3, and agitator 3 is convenient for more carry and avoids agitator 3 to collide with external equipment.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the stirrer 3 is hinged to the seat body 1, and the stirrer 3 can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 13 when rotating relative to the seat body 1. Specifically, in one embodiment, the base body 1 has a plurality of placing positions, and the stirrer 3 can sequentially and respectively stir the materials in the material barrel 2 of each placing position during the rotation of the stirrer 3 relative to the base body 1. Specifically, in one embodiment, the agitator 3 has a predetermined position corresponding to the number of the set bits; when the stirrer 3 rotates to a predetermined position corresponding to a certain placing position, the stirrer 3 can stir the charging barrel 2 at the placing position. Specifically, in one embodiment, the mixing blades of the mixer 3 (which mix by rotating) are able to mix in a helical path (the helical path is on a conical surface with the axis of the conical surface vertically disposed and the tip of the conical surface facing upward) within the barrel 2, such that the mixing blades moving along the conical helical path are able to more fully and more extensively mix the material at the bottom of the barrel 2. Specifically, in one embodiment, the stirring blade vibrates during the stirring process, so that the blade vibrating while stirring can more fully stir the material. Specifically, in one embodiment, when the stirrer 3 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 13, the stirrer 3 is supported on the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 13, and the stirrer 3 is close to the side wall of the accommodating cavity 13; so, agitator 3 places and is difficult to rock on the bottom surface of holding chamber 13, and agitator 3 is close to holding chamber 13 lateral wall, and the lateral wall can carry on spacingly to agitator 3, reduces agitator 3 and slides towards the lateral wall direction.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, the stirrer 3 is pivoted on the base 1 through a rotating shaft.
Optionally, in one embodiment, the placement site is a region of the top surface of the holder body 1.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, the base body 1 includes a horizontally disposed supporting plate 11 and a plurality of baffle portions 12 vertically disposed on the supporting plate 11, and the top surfaces of the plurality of baffle portions 12 and the supporting plate 11 enclose to form an accommodating cavity 13 (the upper edges of the plurality of baffle portions 12 vertically disposed enclose the opening 14). Thus, the horizontally disposed support plate 11 and the plurality of vertically disposed baffle portions 12 are very easy to splice. Specifically, the number of the baffle portions 12 is four, and the four baffle portions 12 surround a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, the top surface of the supporting plate 11 has concave-convex anti-slip lines. So, the feed cylinder 2 is placed on the top surface of the base body 1 and is not easy to slip.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, each baffle portion 12 is perpendicular to the top surface of the supporting plate 11. In this way, the installation of the baffle portion 12 is facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 2, as an embodiment of the material mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, adjacent baffle portions 12 are perpendicular to each other. Thus, assembling of the baffle portion 12 is facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided in the present invention, the stirrer 3 is a pneumatic stirrer 3. So, through gas drive in the 3 working processes of pneumatic stirrer, be difficult to pollute the material in the feed cylinder 2, and the work of drive stirrer 3 is very simple, the lug connection gas line can.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, the stirrer 3 has a gas pipe capable of being received in the receiving cavity 13. Therefore, the gas pipeline is convenient to store, and the paint stirring device is convenient to transport.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, a supporting mechanism is provided at the bottom of the supporting plate 11 for supporting the supporting plate 11 to make the supporting plate 11 leave the ground at a predetermined distance. So, bearing structure supports pedestal 1 and is convenient for fork truck transport.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, the supporting mechanism is a foot 4 disposed at the bottom of the base.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 2, as an embodiment of the mixing mechanism provided by the present invention, each foot 4 is welded on the supporting plate 11. Thus, the foot body 4 can be very firmly connected to the seat body 1.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
