Description

Sewage filter
Technical Field
The invention relates to sewage treatment equipment, in particular to a sewage filter.
Background
In the process of sewage treatment, the filtration of sewage is an important link. Generally, the filtration of the contaminated water is performed using a filter material such as quartz sand. The sewage flows through the filter material, and solid impurities in the water are absorbed by the filter material so as to remove partial solid impurities in the water.
In the prior art, the common filtering mode is that sewage is introduced from the upper part, naturally flows through a filtering material under the action of gravity, and filtered water is left from the lower part and enters the next procedure. This filtration mode has the following disadvantages:
1) the sewage flows downwards under the action of gravity at a high speed, and the time for passing through the filter material is too short, so that the filtering is insufficient.
2) The solid impurities trapped in the filter material also move downwards under the action of gravity, so that the risk that the solid impurities reenter the filtered water and flow into the next process exists.
3) Under normal operating conditions, solid impurities are all trapped in the filter material in a downward direction. After a period of use, the filter material becomes saturated with respect to its adsorptive capacity, and cleaning the filter material is difficult to achieve. The mode of adopting the downward washing filter material is difficult to effectively remove the solid impurities because the adsorption direction of the downward washing filter material is consistent with that of the solid impurities. Therefore, the filter material has low reuse rate and short service life in the mode.

Detailed Description
The present invention provides a sewage filter, and fig. 1 is a sectional view illustrating the sewage filter according to the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the sewage filter includes: tank 11, top cap 12, inlet tube 13, filter media 14, outlet pipe 15, play water buffer 16, scavenge pipe 17, drain pipe 18 and blast pipe 19.
The interior of the tank body 11 is divided into a water inlet cavity 111, a filter cavity 112 and a water outlet cavity 113. The water inlet cavity 111, the filter cavity 112 and the water outlet cavity 113 are arranged from bottom to top in sequence. The water inlet cavity 111 is positioned at the bottom of the tank body, the filter cavity 112 is positioned above the water inlet cavity, the water outlet cavity 113 is positioned above the filter cavity and the top of the tank body. The water inlet cavity 111, the filter cavity 112 and the water outlet cavity 113 are divided by a filter grid, and the filter grid can permeate water. The main function of the filter grid is to confine the filter material within the filter cavity formed by the filter grid. A top cover 12 is mounted on top of the can 11. The inlet pipe 13 is connected to the inlet chamber 111. Filter 14 is placed in filter cavity 112, filter 14 may be quartz sand. The outlet pipe 15 is connected to the outlet chamber 113. Referring to fig. 1, the water outlet pipe 15 is connected to a water outlet buffer 16, and the water outlet buffer 16 is disposed in the water outlet cavity 113. The water outlet buffer 16 is circular and is arranged on the inner side of the tank wall of the water outlet cavity 113, a group of water outlet holes 161 are formed in the water outlet buffer, and the outlet of the water outlet buffer 161 is connected with the water outlet pipe 15. Cleaning pipe 17 passes through top cap 12, and cleaning pipe 17 extends directly to filter cavity 112, and cleaning pipe 17 washs filter media 14. A drain pipe 18 is provided at the bottom of the tank 11. An exhaust pipe 19 is provided in the top cover 12, and the exhaust pipe 19 exhausts the gas in the tank 11.
The filtering process of the sewage filter is as follows: the sewage enters from the inlet pipe 13 and flows into the inlet chamber 111 first. The water level in the tank 11 rises with the continuous inflow of the sewage, and the sewage enters the filter cavity 112 and contacts with the filter material 14 with the rising of the water level. Because the promotion of water level is promoted through the inflow of inlet tube, therefore the rising of water level is more slow, and the velocity of flow of sewage in filter cavity 112 is slower, can stay longer time for the solid impurity in the sewage can be adsorbed to the filter media fully. The water level rises further into the outlet chamber 113. The water entering the outlet chamber 113 is filtered water through the filter media, and the solid impurities therein are substantially removed. The filtered water flows into the water outlet hole 161 of the water outlet buffer 16, then flows into the water outlet pipe 15 through the water outlet buffer 16, is discharged through the water outlet pipe 15, and enters the next process. During the filtration of the contaminated water, gas may be generated and the generated gas is discharged through the gas discharge pipe 19.
After a period of use, the filter material becomes saturated with respect to its adsorption capacity and needs to be cleaned. The cleaning process of the sewage filter is as follows: the drain pipe 18 at the bottom of the tank 11 is opened. The cleaning pipe 17 is opened, and the filter material 14 is cleaned from top to bottom by the cleaning water flow of the cleaning pipe 17. Cleaning pipe 17 extends directly into filter cavity 112, and the flow of cleaning water from cleaning pipe 17 flushes the solid impurities adsorbed in filter medium 14 downward and is discharged from drain pipe 18 along with the flow of cleaning water.
The sewage filter adopts a water flow path from bottom to top, so that the sewage stays in the filter material for a long time, solid impurities in the sewage can be fully adsorbed, and the filtering quality is improved. After using a period of time, can wash the filter media with opposite from top to bottom direction, get rid of adsorbed solid impurity wherein, promote the reuse rate and the life of filter media.
The sewage filter provided by the invention can greatly reduce the particulate impurities contained in washing water in actual use, and the blockage of the washing pipe and the spray header rarely occurs. Before the invention is used, an operator has to stop the machine to clean the cleaning pipe and the spray header once every 2 hours of operation, and nowadays, only the spray header is cleaned for 2 times a day, so that the productivity is greatly liberated, the operation efficiency of the dehydrator is improved, the possibility of illegal operation of a maintenance worker is reduced, and the secondary pollution to washing tap water is also reduced.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention, and that changes and modifications to the above embodiments may fall within the scope of the appended claims.
