The invention has the beneficial effects that: by arranging the side pressure plate, the first metatarsophalangeal joint can be pressed by the side pressure plate to correct hallux valgus; the positions of the side pressure plates can be changed to adapt to patients with different eversion degrees by arranging the first sliding chute and the locking piece, and the positions of the side pressure plates are continuously changed in the wearing process until the hallux valgus degree is restored to the normal condition; the locking piece is simple in structure and convenient to operate, except for the fact that the traction rope is exposed outside, the locking rod and the spring are arranged in the side pressing plate and the first sliding groove, the space distribution is reasonable, the occupied volume is small, the locking piece is not in contact with feet of a human body, and the comfort level is improved; compared with the massage or cotton-padded cushion in the prior art, the shoe-pad is convenient to use, can be used for correcting when a shoe is worn, does not need to spend extra time and energy, and has little influence on daily work.

In a modified embodiment, a slider 31 is provided at a central position of one surface of the side platen 3 close to the insole body 1, the slider 31 is slidably connected to the first sliding groove 101, the through hole 30 penetrates the side platen 3 and the slider 31, and the insole body 1 is provided with a fixing member 5, wherein the fixing member 5 is used for limiting the rotation of the side platen 3 around the locking rod 42 and keeping the side platen 3 parallel to the length direction of the sole of the human foot.
In this embodiment, when the locking rod 42 does not extend into the limiting groove 1010, the slider 31 disposed on the side pressure plate 3 can slide along the first sliding groove 101, and after the locking rod 42 extends into the limiting groove 1010, the slider 31 cannot slide along the first sliding groove 101, but the slider 31 can rotate with the locking rod 42 as a rotation center, so that when a user uses the insole body 1, the side pressure plate 3 rotates due to the movement of the foot such as standing on tiptoe, and meanwhile, the pressure direction of the first metatarsophalangeal joint of the side pressure plate 3 changes, which leads to poor or no effect of the correction effect, so that the rotation of the side pressure plate 3 is limited by the fixing member 5.
