Background

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. An embodiment of the present invention provides a vacuum cleaner (not shown), including a floor brush device (not shown) and a vacuum cleaner main body (not shown), wherein the floor brush device is connected to the vacuum cleaner main body, when the vacuum cleaner is in operation, the floor brush device contacts a surface to be cleaned in a cleanable area, and a floor brush of the floor brush device rotates to suck dust on the surface to be cleaned into the vacuum cleaner main body, so as to implement cleaning operation.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaner further includes an accessory brush 100 for use with a floor brush assembly. Specifically, the accessory brush 100 can brush dust located in a cleaning dead zone of the floor brush device to a cleanable area thereof, so as to facilitate cleaning of the floor brush device in the cleanable area.
The accessory brush 100 includes a brush body 10 and bristles 20, wherein the brush body 20 is formed with a receiving groove 11, an opening 12 communicating an outside with an inside of the receiving groove 11 is formed on a surface of the brush body 11, and the receiving groove 11 is formed to penetrate the brush body 10 along an extending direction thereof. The brush bristles 20 have a connecting end 21 and a working end 22 connected to each other, the connecting end 21 is connected to the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11, and the working end 22 is at least partially accommodated in the accommodating groove 11.
When dust at the strip-shaped structures 200 such as the table legs and the stool legs needs to be cleaned, the accessory brush 100 is clamped outside the strip-shaped structures 200 such as the table legs and the stool legs through the accommodating groove 11 (refer to fig. 2 and 3), and in the process that the accessory brush 100 is clamped outside the strip-shaped structures 200 such as the table legs and the stool legs, the brush bristles 20 brush the dust at the circumferential positions of the strip-shaped structures 200 such as the table legs and the stool legs to one side close to the opening 12 through the working ends 22 of the brush bristles so that the floor brush device can be cleaned. With the above arrangement, the accessory brush 100 can conveniently clean dust at the position of cleaning the bar-shaped structures 200 such as table legs and stool legs.
It should be noted that the accommodating groove 11 is clamped outside the bar structures 200 such as the table legs and the stool legs, a gap may be formed between inner walls of the accommodating groove 11 and the bar structures 200, or the inner walls of the accommodating groove 11 directly contact the bar structures 200, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the brush body 10 has a bottom surface (not shown) and a side surface 13 connected to the bottom surface, the side surface 13 is connected to a periphery of the bottom surface and extends toward the same side with respect to the bottom surface, the opening 12 is opened at the side surface, and the accommodating groove 11 is disposed through the brush body 10 along a height direction of the brush body 10. Wherein the working ends 22 of the bristles 20 are disposed flush with or at least partially protruding from the bottom surface. With the arrangement, when dust at the strip-shaped structures 200 such as table legs and stool legs is cleaned, the bottom surfaces of the bristles 20 can be in contact with the surface to be cleaned, so that the dust on the surface to be cleaned in the cleaning blind area can be brushed to the cleanable area.
Referring to fig. 1, in particular, the containing groove 11 has a first sidewall 111 and a second sidewall 112 facing each other, the bristles 20 are divided into a first bristle 20a and a second bristle 20b, the connecting end 21 of the first bristle 20a is connected to the first sidewall 111, and the connecting end 21 of the second bristle 20b is connected to the second sidewall 112. Further, the working end 22 of the first bristle is disposed opposite the working end 22 of the second bristle.
Through the arrangement, when the accessory brush 100 is clamped outside the strip-shaped structures 200 such as table legs and stool legs through the accommodating groove 11, the first bristles 20a and the second bristles 20b firstly contact with the strip-shaped structures 200 just to one side of the bottom wall 113 of the accommodating groove 11, then the first bristles 20a and the second bristles 20b brush dust from two sides of the strip-shaped structures 200 respectively, if the cross section of the strip-shaped structures 200 is rectangular, the bristles 20 can brush the dust located on three sides of the rectangle to the other sides, the problem that the accessory brush 100 in the prior art is used around the periphery of the strip-shaped structures 200 to clean dust is avoided, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Wherein, the distance between the working ends 22 of the first bristles 20a and the working ends 22 of the second bristles 20b is less than or equal to a preset threshold value so as to ensure the cleaning effect.
In another embodiment, the first receiving groove 11 includes a bottom wall 113 opposite to the opening 12, the connecting ends 21 of all the bristles 20 are connected to the bottom wall 113, and the working ends 22 of all the bristles 20 are disposed opposite to the opening 12. It is contemplated that in other embodiments, a portion of the bristles 20 may be connected to the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112, and the remaining portion of the bristles 20 may be connected to the bottom wall 113, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the bristles 20 are movably connected to the inner wall of the receiving groove 11, and the bristles 20 can move relative to the inner wall of the receiving groove 11 under the action of an external force. Through the arrangement of the movable connection between the bristles 20 and the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11, the bristles 20 can be ensured to play a role of brushing dust normally, and the bristles 20 are prevented from being damaged when being subjected to a large external force.
Referring to fig. 4, specifically, the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11 is concavely provided with a rotating groove 17, the accessory brush 20 further includes a ball 40, the ball 40 is rotatably disposed in the rotating groove 17, the bristles 20 are fixedly connected with the ball 40, and when the bristles 20 are subjected to an external force, the bristles 20 can rotate relative to the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11 through the cooperation of the ball 40 and the rotating groove 17. It is contemplated that in other embodiments, the bristles 20 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the receiving groove 11, and are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5, further, at least two accommodating grooves 11 are spaced apart from each other on the brush body 10, at least two openings 12 equal in number to the accommodating grooves 11 are formed on the surface of the brush body 10, and bristles 20 are disposed in each accommodating groove 11. At this time, when the bristles 20 in one receiving groove 11 are damaged, the bristles 20 in the other receiving groove 11 may be used to clean dust.
In one embodiment, the brush body 10 tapers in cross-section from the end having the bottom surface to the end away from the bottom surface along the height of the brush body 10 to reduce the material used in the accessory brush 100.
Referring to fig. 5, a dust suction chamber 15 having a dust suction opening 16 is further formed through a bottom surface of the brush body 10, and when the accessory brush 100 is coupled to the cleaner body, the dust suction chamber 15 communicates with an inner chamber of the cleaner body.
With the above arrangement, the accessory brush 100 can not only brush dust in the cleaning dead zone of the floor brush device to the cleanable area by the brush bristles 20, but also suck dust in the cleanable area by the self-contained dust suction port 16.
Referring to FIG. 6, in particular, the brush body 10 has a polygonal cross-sectional shape, and the dust suction port 16 covers the entire bottom surface. By the arrangement, dust at the cleaning boundary (corner) can be conveniently matched and brushed. Specifically, the polygon has at least one right-angle vertex to facilitate cleaning dust at the right-angle corner.
In one embodiment, accessory brush 100 further includes a suction duct 30 (see fig. 5 and 6) connected to brush body 10, suction duct 30 communicating between suction chamber 15 and the cleaner body. The dust-absorbing air firstly enters the air suction pipe 30 through the dust-absorbing cavity 15, and then enters the cleaner main body for air-dust separation.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an accessory brush 100 included in the vacuum cleaner.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

An accessory brush is characterized by comprising a brush body (10) and bristles (20), wherein a containing groove (11) is formed in the brush body (10), and an opening (12) communicating the outside with the inside of the containing groove (11) is formed in the surface of the brush body (10); the accommodating groove (11) penetrates through the brush body (10) along the extending direction of the brush body, the bristles (20) are provided with a connecting end (21) and a working end (22) which are connected with each other, the connecting end (21) is connected with the inner wall of the accommodating groove (11), and at least part of the working end (22) is accommodated in the accommodating groove (11).
2. An accessory brush as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the receiving groove (11) has a first side wall (111) and a second side wall (112) facing each other; the bristles (20) are divided into first bristles (20a) and second bristles (20b), the connecting end (21) of the first bristles (20a) is connected with the first side wall (111), and the connecting end (21) of the second bristles (20b) is connected with the second side wall (112);
wherein the working ends (22) of the first bristles (20a) are disposed opposite the working ends (22) of the second bristles (20 b).
3. An accessory brush as claimed in claim 2, wherein the spacing between the working ends (22, 22) of the first and second bristles (20a, 20b) is less than or equal to a preset threshold.
4. An accessory brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container (11) comprises a bottom wall (113) opposite the opening (12), the connecting ends (21) of all the bristles (20) being connected to the bottom wall (113), and the working ends (22) of all the bristles (20) being disposed directly opposite the opening (12).
5. An accessory brush according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the brush body (10) comprises a bottom surface and a side surface (13) connected to the bottom surface, the side surface (13) being connected to the periphery of the bottom surface and extending towards the same side with respect to the bottom surface, the opening (12) being open at the side surface (13), the receiving groove (11) being arranged through the brush body (10) in the height direction of the brush body (10);
wherein the working ends (22) of the bristles (20) are flush with or at least partially protrude from the bottom surface.
6. The accessory brush according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the receiving groove (11) is recessed to form a rotating groove (17), the accessory brush further comprises a ball body (40), the ball body (40) is rotatably disposed in the rotating groove (17), the bristles (20) are fixedly connected to the ball body (40), and the ball body (40) can be driven to rotate in the rotating groove (17) by the bristles (20) under the action of external force.
7. An accessory brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brush body (10) is provided with at least two of the receiving grooves (11) at a spacing, and the surface of the brush body (10) is formed with at least two of the openings (12) in an amount equal to the number of the receiving grooves (11), and the bristles (20) are provided in each of the receiving grooves (11).

An accessory brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush body (10) comprises a bottom surface and a side surface (13) connected to the bottom surface, the side surface (13) being connected to a periphery of the bottom surface and extending towards the same side with respect to the bottom surface, the opening (12) being open at the side surface (13), the receiving groove (11) being provided through the brush body (10) in a height direction of the brush body (10);
wherein, along the height direction of the brush body (10), the cross-sectional area of the brush body (10) from the end with the bottom surface to the end far away from the bottom surface is gradually reduced.
9. An accessory brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush body (10) comprises a bottom surface and a side surface (13) connected to the bottom surface, the side surface (13) being connected to a periphery of the bottom surface and extending towards the same side with respect to the bottom surface, the opening (12) being open at the side surface (13), the receiving groove (11) being provided through the brush body (10) in a height direction of the brush body (10);
wherein, the bottom surface is provided with a dust suction cavity (15) with a dust suction opening (16) in a penetrating way.
10. An accessory brush according to claim 9, characterized in that the brush body (10) has a polygonal cross-sectional shape, the suction opening (16) covering the whole of the bottom surface.
11. A vacuum cleaner comprising an accessory brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
