背景技术
后备公猪的培育是猪场扩大再生产的基础,只有培育出优秀的后备公猪才能构建出优秀的生产猪群,保证猪场的持续发展。后备公猪的发情是后备猪群的关键指标,不当的营养与饲养方案导致后备公猪培育成功率低,因不发情而被淘汰,给猪场带来较大损失。现代科学养猪方式在后备阶段对矿物元素和维生素的需求均高于育肥猪,因此不能采用育肥猪料来饲喂后备猪,需提供给后备猪专用的饲料。目前养殖场和饲料企业也认识到给后备猪提供专用饲料对后备猪健康及发情的影响,逐步的开始开发后备猪专用饲料。但是目前专用饲料的水平较低,并且后备猪的饲养也没有形成系统化科学化的流程;
长白猪原产于丹麦,是世界著名的瘦肉型猪种。主要优点是产仔数多,生长发育快,省饲料,胴体瘦肉率高等,但抗逆性差,对饲料营养要求较高。中国1964年开始从瑞典第一批引进,在中国长白猪有美系、英系、法系、比利时系、新丹系等品系。生产中常用长白猪作为三元杂交(杜长大)猪的第一父本或第一公本。在现有的长白猪各系中,美系、新丹系的杂交后代生长速度快、饲料报酬高,比利时系后代体型较好,瘦肉率高。目前,我国大量养殖长白猪。因此,找到一种较好的长白猪公猪的培育方法,对长白猪的推广具有重大的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种长白公猪的培育方法,该方法能够有效提高后备公猪的体质,增强发情率,提高长白猪后备公猪培育成功率。
所述的长白猪公猪的饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
给予以下饲料:红薯藤 400-600份、玉米600-700份、小麦麸 50-100份、豆粕 200-300份、鱼粉20-50份、维生素0.1-0.3份、葛根提取物1-2份、骨碎补提取物1-2份、南瓜1-2份、染料木黄酮0.1-0.2份、果糖1-4份、葡萄糖1-5份;让其自由采食;每个月定期给予由以下植物原料制成的提取物,每次给予一周时间:茯苓5-20重量份、黄芪 5-10重量份、茴香1-3重量份、岩黄连 1-5重量份。
所述的植物原料的提取方法包括以下步骤:
取茯苓 5-20 重量份、黄芪 5-10 重量份、茴香 1-3 重量份,加水煎煮 1~3 次,每次1~3小时,每次加入上述 3味原料总重量6~12倍的水,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液浓缩至为3味原料总重量的2~5倍,得到提取液1;
取岩黄连1-5 重量份,用50%乙醇作溶剂,浸渍24~36小时后,以每分钟占岩黄连重量0.1%~0.5%的速度进行渗漉,收集4~10 重量份的漉液,将乙醇含量降至5-10%后,与提取液1混合,即得。
所述的维生素由维生素 A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B12和维生素C混合而成。
所述的维生素中各组分的重量配比为:维生素 A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素 K3;维生素 B12:维生素C=1.5:1:1.2:1.2:1。
本发明经过多次实践试验,将多种配方进行筛选,找到了适合长白猪后备公猪生长发育及生理特点的,可弥补长白猪后备公猪专用饲料缺陷的饲料添加剂,通过使用独特配比的植物提取和黄染料木黄酮的组合配比,来诱导长白猪后备公猪卵巢分泌动情激素,并且配合使用一定配比的单糖,果糖和葡萄糖相配合,来促进排卵,补充公猪能量,从而有效提高长白猪后备公猪的体质有效的提升公猪育成率,有效降低育成成本。

实施例一
给予以下饲料:红薯藤 400份、玉米600份、小麦麸50份、豆粕200份、鱼粉20份、维生素0.1份、葛根提取物1份、骨碎补提取物1份、南瓜1份、染料木黄酮0.1份、果糖 1份、葡萄糖 1份;让其自由采食;
每个月定期给予由以下重量份的植物原料制成的提取物:茯苓20、岩黄连 5、黄芪10、茴香3。
所述的植物原料的提取方法包括以下步骤:
取茯苓 2000g、黄芪1000g、茴香300g,加水煎煮300g,提取3次,每次3小时,每次加入43200g的水,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液浓缩至18000g,得到提取液1;
取岩黄连500g,用50%乙醇作溶剂,浸渍 36小时后,以每分钟 2.5g的速度进行渗漉,收集 5000g漉液,将乙醇含量降至10%后,与提取液 1混合,即得。

每个月定期给予由以下重量份的植物原料制成的提取物,植物原料组成及重量配比如下:茯苓5、岩黄连1、黄芪5、茴香1。
所述的植物原料的提取方法包括以下步骤:
取茯苓 500g、黄芪 500g、茴香 100g,加水煎煮 1次,每次 1小时,每次加入6600g的水,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液浓缩至为2200g,得到提取液1;
取岩黄连100g,用50%乙醇作溶剂,浸渍24小时后,以每分钟 0.1g速度进行渗漉,收集400g的漉液,将乙醇含量降至5%后,与提取液 1混合,即得。
所述的维生素由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B12和维生素C混合而成。
所述的维生素中各组分的重量配比为:维生素A:维生素D3:维生素E:维生素 K3;维生素 B12:维生素C=1.5:1:1.2:1.2:1:1。
Claims (4)
1.长白公猪的培育方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
给予以下饲料:红薯藤 400-600份、玉米600-700份、小麦麸 50-100份、豆粕 200-300份、鱼粉 20-50份、维生素0.1-0.3份、葛根提取物1-2份、骨碎补提取物1-2份、南瓜1-2份、染料木黄酮 0.1-0.2份、果糖 1-4份、葡萄糖 1-5份;让其自由采食;每个月定期给予由以下植物原料制成的提取物,每次给予一周时间:茯苓 5-20重量份、黄芪 5-10重量份、茴香1-3重量份、岩黄连 1-5。
2.如权利要求1所述的长白公猪的培育方法,其特征在于,所述的植物原料的提取方法包括以下步骤:
取茯苓 5-20重量份、黄芪5-10重量份、茴香1-3重量份,加水煎煮1~3次,每次1~3小时,每次加入上述 3味原料总重量6~12倍的水,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液浓缩至为3味原料总重量的 2~5倍,得到提取液1;取岩黄连1-5重量份,用50%乙醇作溶剂,浸渍24~36小时后,以每分钟占岩黄连重量0.1%~0.5%的速度进行渗漉,收集4~10重量份的漉液,将乙醇含量降至5-10%后,与提取液 1混合,即得。
3.如权利要求1所述的长白公猪的培育方法,其特征在于:所述的维生素由维生素A、维生素 D3、维生素 E、维生素 K3、维生素 B12和维生素 C混合而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的长白公猪的培育方法,其特征在于,所述的维生素中各组分的重量配比为:维生素 A:维生素 D3:维生素 E:维生素 K3;维生素 B12:维生素 C=1.5:1:1.2:1.2:1。
