Abstract
The invention discloses a transmission device for a rape seeder, wherein a power input shaft and a clutch connecting shaft are pivoted on a rack, the power input shaft is in transmission connection with a first clutch clamping sleeve fixedly sleeved on the clutch connecting shaft, a second clutch clamping sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the clutch connecting shaft, a clutch deflector rod is pivoted with the rack between two ends of the clutch deflector rod, one end of the clutch deflector rod is connected with a pull wire, the other end of the clutch deflector rod is connected with the second clutch clamping sleeve to drive the first clutch clamping sleeve and the second clutch clamping sleeve to be clamped and separated, and the clutch connecting shaft is in transmission connection with a seeding box shaft. On one hand, the invention can interrupt the power input of the sowing box shaft in the process of operating the sowing machine (such as turning and ridge changing) so as to stop the sowing action; meanwhile, on the other hand, the sowing speed can be controlled by adjusting the sowing box shaft through gear shifting, and then the distance between the rapes is adjusted, so that the rape sowing machine can work more flexibly.

Background
Rape is a main economic crop in China and is planted in many places in China. The rapeseeds can be used for oil pressing after the rape is mature, and the economic benefit is higher. Rape planting is also needed in mountainous and hilly areas in south China, but the planting area is not concentrated and tends to be planted in blocks, the planting area is large or small, and the planting ridge width and the row spacing are difficult to guarantee.
At present, there are some mechanized automatic rape seeding devices on the market, in which a seeding box loaded with rape seeds is provided on the seeding device, wherein the seeding box drives a seeding wheel inside the seeding box through a through seeding box rotating shaft (one of the seeding principles can refer to the "precision seeding robot" disclosed in chinese patent CN 201811021357.2). However, in the process of sowing operation, the rotation of the rotating shaft of the sowing box cannot be effectively controlled to stop, namely, the input of power is interrupted, the sowing box stops sowing, and meanwhile, the sowing speed cannot be effectively adjusted.

As shown in figures 1-3, the invention discloses a transmission device for a rape seeder, which comprises a frame 1, a power input shaft 2, a pull wire 3, a first clutch sleeve 4, a second clutch sleeve 5, a clutch deflector rod 6, a clutch connecting shaft 7 and a seeding box shaft 9 (a handrail 33, a speed regulating handle 29, a driving wheel 34 and a press wheel 35 are also arranged on the frame 1) which is arranged on the frame 1, the power input shaft 2 is an output shaft of a speed reducer 32, the speed reducer 32 is in belt transmission with a gasoline engine 31, the power input shaft 2 and the clutch connecting shaft 7 are pivoted on the same side of the frame 1 through a bearing seat 30, the power input shaft 2 is in transmission connection with the first clutch sleeve 4 which is rotationally sleeved on the clutch connecting shaft 7, the second clutch sleeve 5 is slidably sleeved on the clutch connecting shaft 7 (the second clutch sleeve 5 and the clutch connecting shaft 7 are matched through a key and a key slot), that is, the second clutch collar 5 can only move axially along the clutch coupling shaft 7 and cannot rotate circumferentially relative to the clutch coupling shaft 7. Specifically, the main bodies of the first clutch cutting ferrule 4 and the second clutch cutting ferrule 5 are sleeve mechanisms, a boss 10 is arranged on the first clutch cutting ferrule 4, a groove 11 used for clamping the boss 10 is arranged on the second clutch cutting ferrule 5, a cutting ferrule chain wheel 12 is arranged on the first clutch cutting ferrule 4, the cutting ferrule chain wheel 12 is in chain transmission connection with a power input chain wheel 13 arranged on the power input shaft 2, when the boss 10 and the groove 11 are not clamped, the cutting ferrule chain wheel 12 drives the first clutch cutting ferrule 4 to idle, after the pull wire 3 controls the boss 10 and the groove 11 to be clamped, the torque of the cutting ferrule chain wheel 12 can be transmitted to the clutch connecting shaft 7 through the second clutch cutting ferrule 5, and then the seeding box shaft 9 is driven to rotate for seeding.
In this embodiment, the second clutch cutting ferrule 5 is provided with the annular groove 14, the annular groove 14 is provided with a shifting fork 15 in a clamping manner, and the shifting fork 15 is hinged to the other end of the clutch shifting rod 6, so that when the second clutch cutting ferrule 5 rotates, the shifting fork 15 can be stably clamped in the annular groove 14 without affecting the operation of the second clutch cutting ferrule 5. In order to enable the second clutch sleeve 5 to be capable of automatically resetting, the clutch connecting shaft 7 is sleeved with a reset spring 16 and a baffle plate 17, the reset spring 16 keeps a compressed state, one end of the reset spring 16 is in contact with the second clutch sleeve 5, the other end of the reset spring is in contact with the baffle plate 17, the baffle plate 17 is limited through a bolt 18 installed at the end part of the clutch connecting shaft 7, and after tension in the stay wire 3 is released, the first clutch sleeve 4 and the second clutch sleeve 5 can keep a clamping state under the action of the reset spring 16.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the speed-adjusting kinetic energy of sowing, the clutch connecting shaft 7 is provided with a driving sprocket group 19, the sowing box shaft 9 is provided with a driven sprocket group 20 which can be driven by the driving sprocket group 19, and the frame 1 is further provided with a chain gear-shifting adjusting rod 21 only, so as to adjust the spacing between rapes, thereby enabling the rape sowing machine to work more flexibly.
Considering that the rape seeding machine needs to linearly retreat in the actual operation process, and the seeding box is not needed for seeding, in the embodiment, the clutch connecting shaft 7 is also provided with a ratchet mechanism 22 for controlling the drive sprocket group 19 to rotate in one direction. Specifically, the ratchet mechanism 22 comprises a ratchet wheel 23 and a pawl 24, the driving sprocket group 19 is fixedly connected with the pawl 24, and the ratchet wheel 23 is fixedly connected with the clutch connecting shaft 7.
In this embodiment, the two sides of the frame 1 are detachably hinged with folding connecting frames 25, so that row seeding transformation of 2, 4, 6 and the like can be realized according to the terrain and the needs of farmers, the seeding row spacing can be changed according to the needs, a single person can lift into hills after disassembly, two bolt hinge points are realized during specific work, a driven seeding box shaft 26 is installed on the folding connecting frames 25, a clamping groove 27 is arranged on the seeding box shaft 9, and a flange 28 which is clamped or separated along with the rotation of the folding connecting frames 25 is arranged on the driven seeding box shaft 26; after the folding connecting frame 25 is folded upwards, the flange 28 is automatically separated along with the rotation, and after the folding connecting frame 25 is laid flat, the flange 28 is automatically clamped into the clamping groove 27, so that the operation is very convenient. Alternatively, the sowing box shaft 9 is provided with a flange 28, and the driven sowing box shaft 26 is provided with a clamping groove 27 which is clamped or separated along with the rotation of the folding connecting frame 25.
