Abstract
The invention relates to double-seal structures, which comprise a box body, a box cover and an outer-layer sealing element, wherein the upper end of the box body is provided with an inward flange, the box cover is installed and locked on the box body, the lower end of the box cover is provided with the inward flange, the outer-layer sealing element is used for realizing the sealing between the inward flange of the box cover and the inward flange of the box body, the inward flange of the box body is also provided with a vertical part which separates the upper space of the inward flange of the box body, the upper end surface of the inward flange of the box body is connected with a baffle extending out from the lower end surface of the box cover/the lower end surface of the box cover and is sealed by the inner-layer sealing element.

Background

The invention aims to provide double-layer sealing structures, which can seal the joint of a box cover and a box body in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction by sealing the box body and the box cover in the inner layer and the outer layer, so that electrical equipment in the box body has a reliable sealing environment and meets the use requirements.

The outer sealing element and the inner sealing element are arranged at different heights, and form internal and external dual protection in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction respectively, so that rain, dust and other factors in the external environment are completely isolated.

In the embodiment of the invention, the box cover 2 is locked on the box body 1 through a plurality of locks 8, so that the box cover 2 presses the inner and outer sealing elements to form reliable sealing, the number of the locks is adjusted according to the area of the box cover, and the locks 8 are provided with a connecting part penetrating through the box cover 1, an locking part 9 in limit fit with the lower surface of the turned edge in the box body and a second locking part 10 in limit fit with the upper surface of the box cover 2, but the invention is not limited to the above.
In the present embodiment, the outer seal 6 is in the form of a planar structure. The width of the outer sealing element is matched with the size of a bent edge at the back end of the box cover, and the thickness of the outer sealing element is matched with the height of the lockset and the height of the box cover.
The inner seal 7 is in the form of an upper hollow lower slot structure, but is not limited thereto. The size of the groove of the inner layer sealing element 7 is matched with the thickness of the box body, and the hollow size of the upper part is matched with the height of the lockset and the Z-shaped tail end bending height of the side edge of the box body.
After the box cover and the box body are installed in place, the lock on the box cover enables the box cover to integrally move downwards, and further the outer-layer sealing element and the inner-layer sealing element are compressed, so that the joint of the box cover and the box body is completely filled and sealed by the sealing element. The outer sealing piece and the inner sealing piece have height difference at the arrangement position, so that rain, dust and other factors in the external environment are completely isolated.
