Abstract

The control circuit is provided with an image processing system; the image processing system comprises a shell and an image processing circuit board arranged in the shell; an external port capable of being connected to a scanning mechanism is formed in the side wall of the shell; the image processing circuit board is used for carrying out pixel compensation, color correction, gamma correction, reticulation removal, noise point removal, compression, automatic cutting and deviation correction on the image information transmitted by the scanning mechanism. The image processing circuit board is provided with a power module 1, an FPGA module 2, an SDRAM module 3, an image processing module 4 and a data exchange port; the FPGA module 2 is respectively connected to an external port, the SDRAM module 3 and the image processing module 4; the image processing module 4 is connected to the data exchange port, and the FPGA module 2 is internally provided with a pixel compensation, color correction, gamma correction, reticulation removal, noise point removal, automatic cutting and deviation correction processing module. The data exchange port is a USB, and the USB is connected to the image processing module 4. The outer wall of the machine body is provided with a USB interface 6, and the USB interface 6 is connected with the image processing module 4.
Compared with the traditional flat-plate scanner or paper-feeding automatic scanner, the working process of the scanner provided by the invention is as follows: installing a driver at a PC end, and then controlling a control circuit of a scanner to perform scanning work by using the PC end; in the scanning process, the control circuit sends out an instruction to enable the scanning mechanism to start to operate, and the manuscript on the manuscript table is subjected to photoelectric conversion to complete optical scanning, so that unprocessed image information is obtained; unprocessed image information is transmitted to a control circuit, the control circuit transmits the information to an FPGA module 2 instead of directly transmitting the information to a PC (personal computer), the FPGA module 2 and an image processing module 4 process the image information through a built-in pixel compensation, color correction, gamma correction, cobwebbing removal, noise point removal, automatic cutting and correction processing module to obtain processed image data, and the processed image data are output to an SDRAM (synchronous dynamic random access memory) module 3 for temporary storage, and the data volume of the image data is greatly reduced compared with the unprocessed image data; at the moment, the PC end can be directly connected with the FPGA module 2 and the image processing module 4 through data lines for reading the processed image information, so that the alternating current load is reduced, the transmission time is shortened, and meanwhile, the data loss is also avoided.
The FPGA module 2 is connected with the image processing module 4, the image processing module 4 reads the information of the SDRAM module 3, the information is spliced and converted into files with PDF or JPG formats and the like to be stored in the memory 5, and a user can directly obtain scanned files which are subjected to image processing and have proper formats by accessing the USB interface 6.
