本发明公开了一种太阳能组件封装材料的研发台,具体涉及太阳能研发技术领域,包括底板,所述底板底端固定连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱底端设有万向刹车轮,所述万向刹车轮与支撑柱固定连接,所述底板顶部固定连接有抽屉框架。本发明通过在支撑柱底部设置万象刹车轮,当使用该装置时,双手扶住底板,开启万向刹车轮,向需要的地方缓缓推动该装置,到达指定位置时,刹住万向刹车轮,当研发需要用到工具时,打开抽屉,挑选合适的工具,当需要使用工作臂时,手握住工作臂,调整到自己想要的角度,需要放置半成品时或一些特殊零件时,可以放置在横杆上。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能研发技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种太阳能组件封装材料的研发台。
背景技术
太阳能,是指太阳的热辐射能,主要表现就是常说的太阳光线。在现代一般用作发电或者为热水器提供能源,自地球上生命诞生以来,就主要以太阳提供的热辐射能生存,而自古人类也懂得以阳光晒干物件,并作为制作食物的方法,如制盐和晒咸鱼等,在化石燃料日趋减少的情况下,太阳能已成为人类使用能源的重要组成部分,并不断得到发展,太阳能的利用有光热转换和光电转换两种方式,太阳能发电是一种新兴的可再生能源,广义上的太阳能也包括地球上的风能、化学能、水能等,目前市面上的太阳能研发台太过于笨重,不够灵活。
因此,发明一种太阳能组件封装材料的研发台来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种太阳能组件封装材料的研发台,通过通过在支撑柱底部设置万向刹车轮车轮,当使用该装置时,双手扶住底板,开启万向刹车轮,向需要的地方缓缓推动该装置,到达指定位置时,刹住万向刹车轮,当研发需要用到工具时,打开抽屉,挑选合适的工具,当需要使用工作臂时,手握住工作臂,调整到自己想要的角度,需要放置半成品时或一些特殊零件时,可以放置在横杆上。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种太阳能组件封装材料的研发台,包括底板,所述底板底端固定连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱底端设有万向刹车轮,所述万向刹车轮与支撑柱固定连接,所述底板顶部固定连接有抽屉框架,所述抽屉框架内部设有抽屉,所述底板顶部远离抽屉框架一侧设有固定底座,所述固定底座顶部固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆顶部设有工作臂,所述抽屉框架和固定底座之间设有固定杆,所述固定杆外壁一侧设有横杆。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述支撑柱的数量设置为两个,两个所述支撑柱对称分布于底板底端。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述固定底座底端与底板固定连接,所述支撑杆顶部与工作臂铰接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述固定杆与底板固定连接,所述固定杆与横杆固定连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述横杆的数量设置为两个,两个所述横杆均匀分布于固定杆外壁一侧。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、通过在支撑柱底部设置万向刹车轮,当使用该装置时,双手扶住底板,开启万向刹车轮,向需要的地方缓缓推动该装置,到达指定位置时,刹住万向刹车轮,当研发需要用到工具时,打开抽屉,挑选合适的工具,当需要使用工作臂时,手握住工作臂,调整到自己想要的角度,需要放置半成品时或一些特殊零件时,可以放置在横杆上,可以使该装置灵活。

根据图1-3所示的一种太阳能组件封装材料的研发台,包括底板1,所述底板1底端固定连接有支撑柱2,所述支撑柱2底端设有万向刹车轮10,所述万向刹车轮10与支撑柱2固定连接,所述底板1顶部固定连接有抽屉框架3,所述抽屉框架3内部设有抽屉4,所述底板1顶部远离抽屉框架3一侧设有固定底座5,所述固定底座5顶部固定连接有支撑杆6,所述支撑杆6顶部设有工作臂7,所述抽屉框架3和固定底座5之间设有固定杆8,所述固定杆8外壁一侧设有横杆9;
进一步的,所述支撑柱2的数量设置为两个,两个所述支撑柱2对称分布于底板1底端;
进一步的,所述固定底座5底端与底板1固定连接,所述支撑杆6顶部与工作臂7铰接;
进一步的,所述固定杆8与底板1固定连接,所述固定杆8与横杆9固定连接;
进一步的,所述横杆9的数量设置为两个,两个所述横杆9均匀分布于固定杆8外壁一侧。
本发明工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-3,当使用该装置时,双手扶住底板1,开启万向刹车轮10,向需要的地方缓缓推动该装置,到达指定位置时,刹住万向刹车轮10,当研发需要用到工具时,打开抽屉4,挑选合适的工具,当需要使用工作臂7时,手握住工作臂7,调整到自己想要的角度,需要放置半成品时或一些特殊零件时,可以放置在横杆9上。
