Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete description of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be given below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are partial embodiments of of the present invention, rather than all embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a system health assessment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and step 110, obtaining system operation results of a plurality of time points in a preset time period, wherein the system operation results are determined based on the operation characteristic values of the system to be evaluated and a preset limit.
Specifically, the system to be evaluated is a system that needs to be subjected to health evaluation, the system operation result is a result obtained by evaluating the operation condition of the system to be evaluated at a certain time point, the system operation result may be in a form of a score, may also be levels of several operation state levels divided in advance, may also be the number of operation characteristic values that exceed a preset limit, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited to this.
The operation characteristic value is a characteristic that the acquired system to be evaluated reflects the system operation state in the operation process, namely, a value of the operation characteristic, and if the system to be evaluated is a generator set system, the operation characteristic can be motor rotation speed, output voltage, output power, temperature and the like, the preset limit is a preset limit, the operation characteristic corresponds to a preset limit limit, different operation characteristics correspond to different preset limits, for example, the motor rotation speed corresponds to a preset limit of the motor rotation speed, the temperature corresponds to a preset limit of the temperature, and the preset limit is a maximum value or a minimum value of the operation characteristic, and by comparing the operation characteristic value with the preset limit, whether the operation characteristic value is in a normal state or not can be determined, and then the system operation result is determined.
The preset time period is time periods backward pushed from the current time, the length of the time period is preset, for example, the preset time period is 1 month, the current time is 8 months and 12 days, and the preset time period is 7 months and 12 days to 8 months and 12 days.
And step 120, determining the health state of the system based on the system operation results of a plurality of time points in a preset time period.
Specifically, after obtaining the system operation results at a plurality of time points within the preset time period, the health status of the system to be evaluated is evaluated based on each system operation result to obtain the system health status.
Compared with the prior art that the system health state is determined only by means of real-time operation characteristic values and preset limits, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention filters short-term fluctuation factors in operation, and the obtained system health state is more accurate and reliable.
Based on the embodiment, the method for determining the system operation result comprises the steps of collecting the operation characteristic value of the system to be evaluated at any time point in a preset time period, determining the system score grade based on the operation characteristic value and the preset limit, and determining the system operation result of the time period based on the operation characteristic value, the preset limit and the system score grade.
Specifically, the collection of the operation characteristic value may be realized by each sensing device preset on the system to be evaluated, and after the data collection is completed, the sensing device transmits the collected data in a wired or wireless communication manner, so that the server can receive the collected data and obtain the operation characteristic value through analysis and processing.
A plurality of system scoring levels are preset, different system scoring levels correspond to different comparison conditions of operation characteristic values and preset limits, for example, each operation characteristic value is lower than a corresponding preset 0 limit, the corresponding system scoring level D1, a part of operation characteristic values are lower than a corresponding preset limit, a part of operation characteristic values are higher than a corresponding preset limit, the corresponding system scoring level D2, each 2 operation characteristic value is higher than a corresponding preset limit, the corresponding system scoring level D3. for example, the preset limit includes an alarm limit and a hazard limit, an alarm limit is lower than a hazard limit, each operation characteristic value is lower than 80% of a corresponding alarm limit, the corresponding system scoring level D , a part of operation characteristic values are lower than 80% of a corresponding alarm limit, a part of operation characteristic values between 80% and 100% of a corresponding alarm limit, the corresponding system scoring level D72, a part of operation characteristic values between the corresponding system scoring level D and a corresponding hazard score limit, and a corresponding hazard score between the corresponding hazard score limit, and a part of a corresponding hazard score limit, and a corresponding hazard score limit, a corresponding hazard score between 80% of a corresponding hazard characteristic value between the corresponding hazard limit, and a corresponding hazard score limit exists between the corresponding hazard score limit, and a part of the corresponding hazard score limit, and a corresponding hazard score between the corresponding hazard score .
In different system scoring levels, the operation system results obtained based on the operation characteristic values and the preset limit are different, different system scoring levels can give different rating score ranges to the system operation results, different system scoring can also provide different rating score references for the system operation results, and the like.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the operation characteristic value of any time point is collected, the system operation result of the time point is determined, and a historical basis is provided for determining the health state of the system at the subsequent time.
Based on any embodiment, the method further includes, before step 110, determining a latest repair time, and if the latest repair time is earlier than a preset time, setting a time interval between the preset time and the current time as the preset time interval, otherwise, setting a time interval between the latest repair time and the current time as the preset time interval.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining current time, obtaining latest repair time, wherein the latest repair time is the time for repairing the system to be evaluated for times, the preset time is the starting time of a preset time period, and the time closer to the current time is selected from the latest repair time and the preset time to be used as the starting time of the preset time period, so that the preset time period is determined.
For example, the current time is 6 months and 12 days, the latest repair time is 5 months and 14 days, the preset time is two months before, namely 4 months and 12 days, and the preset time interval is determined to be 5 months and 14 days to 6 months and 12 days; for another example, the latest repair time is 3 months and 14 days, the preset time is two months before, i.e., 4 months and 12 days, and the preset time period is determined to be 4 months and 12 days to 6 months and 12 days.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the preset time interval through the latest repair time, thereby avoiding the process of mixing the system operation result before the system to be evaluated is repaired into the determination process of the system health state and providing the reliability of the system health evaluation.
Based on any embodiment, in the method, the step 120 specifically includes determining weights of system operation results at a plurality of time points according to a time sequence of the system operation results, wherein the closer the time point of the system operation result is, the higher the weight of the system operation result is, determining a fused system operation result based on each system operation result and the weight thereof, and determining a system health state based on the fused system operation result.
Specifically, the chronological order of the plurality of system operation results in the preset time period obtained in step 110 exists, and the closer the time point of the system operation result is to the current time, the closer the system operation state is to the current time, and the higher the weight occupied when the plurality of system operation results are fused is. Therefore, the weights may be determined according to the time sequence of the system operation results, for example, three system operation results within a preset time period, which are the system operation results A, B, C arranged in the order from the near to the far from the current time, and the corresponding weights are 50%, 30%, and 20%, respectively.
The fusion system operation result is a weighted sum of the system operation results in a preset time period. And after the operation result of the fusion system is obtained, the health state of the system can be determined.
Based on any embodiment, the method includes the steps of collecting operation characteristic values of a system to be evaluated at any time point in a preset time period, performing spectrum analysis on the operation characteristic values to generate an operation data report, configuring a system 3D model corresponding to the system to be evaluated based on the operation characteristic values and/or the operation data report, and sending an alarm signal and changing the color of a position corresponding to the operation characteristic values in the system 3D model if the operation characteristic values are larger than a preset limit.
Specifically, the system 3D model corresponding to the system to be evaluated is a pre-constructed model which can be monitored by operation and maintenance personnel in real time, and can simulate a real system to be evaluated and reflect the running state of the system to be evaluated in time.
In addition, the operation characteristic value and the preset limit are judged, if the operation characteristic value is larger than the preset limit, an alarm signal is sent out, and the color of the position corresponding to the operation characteristic value in the system 3D model is changed, for example, if the operation characteristic value is smaller than the preset limit, the color of the corresponding position is green if no alarm signal exists, if the operation characteristic value is larger than the preset limit in the limit and smaller than the dangerous limit, the color of the corresponding position is yellow, and if the operation characteristic value is larger than the dangerous limit in the limit, the color of the corresponding position is red.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the three-dimensional visual state monitoring of the system to be evaluated and provides an intuitive monitoring approach for operation and maintenance personnel.
Based on any embodiment, in the method, if the system to be evaluated is a water conservancy pump station system, the operation characteristic values include a peak-peak value of a vibration value, a peak-peak value of a swing value and a peak-peak value of a pressure pulsation amplitude, wherein the peak-peak value of the vibration value and the peak-peak value of the swing value are obtained based on an average time period method, and the peak-peak value of the pressure pulsation amplitude is obtained based on a confidence coefficient method.
Specifically, to water conservancy pump station system, can follow following each aspect and carry out real-time supervision to the unit subassembly: the method comprises the following steps of monitoring the rotating speed (positive and negative rotating speeds), monitoring the vibration, monitoring the pressure pulsation, monitoring the vibration of a thrust bearing bush of a main unit, monitoring the insulation partial discharge of a stator winding, monitoring the shaft current, monitoring the load of the main unit and monitoring the operating condition.
Aiming at a water conservancy pump station system, the operation characteristic values of the system can comprise a peak-peak value of a vibration value, a peak-peak value of a swing value and a peak-peak value of a pressure pulsation amplitude, wherein the vibration value refers to a value obtained by monitoring the vibration of a thrust bearing bush of a main unit, the swing value refers to a value obtained by monitoring the vibration of the unit, and the pressure pulsation amplitude refers to a value obtained by monitoring the pressure pulsation. Typically, the operating characteristic is expressed as a peak-to-peak value.
The peak-peak value of the vibration value and the peak-peak value of the oscillation value are calculated by adopting an average time interval method, namely, the recorded vibration and oscillation time domain waveform graph is partitioned, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of sampling point data in each partition is the peak-peak value of the partition, the average value of the peak-peak values of all the partitions is the peak-peak value of the time domain waveform graph, every partition time interval at least comprises 1 complete vortex band period, and for a machine set which does not have a vortex band or a vortex band period which is less than the time of 4 revolutions of the machine set, the partition time interval time is preferably the time of 4 revolutions of the machine set.
The confidence coefficient of the water conservancy pumping station system can be preset, for example, the confidence coefficient can be set to 97%, and the peak-peak value of the pressure pulsation amplitude can be represented by an absolute value △ H (unit kPa) or a relative value △ H/H (unit%).
Based on any embodiment, the method further includes sending a replacement prompt if the accumulated time of the components in the system to be evaluated exceeds the preset service life.
Specifically, the single running time of the components in the system to be evaluated can be automatically counted according to the on-off condition of the system to be evaluated, so that the accumulated running time is obtained, meanwhile, the factory leaving time is counted, and the user is timely reminded of replacing according to the preset service life of each component, namely the preset service life, such as the specified design service life or replacement period when the system leaves the factory. For example: the lubricating oil replacement period of the gear box is 8000 hours of accumulated operation or 2 years, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced, when the gear box operates to 8000 hours or 2 years (on the first arrival basis), the system can give a prompt for replacing the oil of the gear box, and equipment failure caused by failure of the lubricating oil of the equipment is avoided.
In addition, the product information and the historical data of the system to be evaluated can be stored in a classified mode, the product information and the historical data comprise equipment unit information, sensor information, material information, electronic use specifications, data documents during equipment installation, related material information during equipment dispatching test, equipment list dismounting and replacing information, running data after equipment running and the like, and the information data can be stored in a server in a classified mode and can be conveniently checked and analyzed when needed. For example, installation data of a unit can be recorded, and the installation data recording management refers to recording management of the installation data in the installation process (such as unit centering data, bolt torque data, blade and impeller shell gap data and the like); the problems occurring during installation are recorded, the whole process of analysis and processing is recorded, the user regularly checks the records later, experiences are summarized, and the problems are avoided from appearing again. The data acquisition and input management can realize construction information sharing, avoid the reoccurrence of the same problem and further reduce the enterprise management cost.
In addition, the technical performance improvement and updating of the equipment of the system to be evaluated can be realized: the performance, efficiency and the like of the original equipment are improved by utilizing advanced scientific and technological achievements and advanced experiences, so that the original equipment can completely or partially reach the technical performance of new equipment, and the equipment number, the site position, the equipment function, the technical reconstruction part and the like of the equipment for reconstructing the technical performance can be recorded.
And moreover, the recycling of idle equipment of the system to be evaluated can be realized, namely equipment which is idle due to equipment transformation is recovered by the system for reuse, so that the idle waste of the equipment is avoided, and the number, the recycling date, the site position, the function and the like of the equipment for recycling are recorded.
Finally, the equipment scrapping treatment of the system to be evaluated can be realized, namely, the equipment scrapping and the change are carried out in time according to relevant regulations, the poor equipment assets are tried to be reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced, the production is ensured, , the equipment which achieves the service life and quits the running condition, the technology is eliminated, the equipment with high energy consumption is normally scrapped, , the equipment which is technically improved adopts a method of partially adding and partially reducing, and the part which is reduced due to the improvement is scrapped.
Based on the above-mentioned any embodiment, fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of the system health assessment method provided in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in the running process of the system to be assessed, the running characteristic value at each time point is obtained, and the system running result corresponding to each time point is determined based on the running characteristic value and the preset limit.
When the system health state needs to be evaluated, the system operation results of all time points in the preset time are extracted, and the system health state is determined based on the system operation results of all time points in the preset time period.
Based on any embodiment described above, the system health assessment method includes the following steps:
in the operation process of a system to be evaluated, the operation characteristic value of the current time period is collected, and the alarm limit and the danger limit corresponding to the operation characteristic value are determined.
If the operation characteristic value of each is lower than 80% of the alarm limit, the corresponding system operation result is between 0 and 3 points, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Figure 99697DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
if the partial operation characteristic value is lower than 80% of the corresponding alarm limit, the partial operation characteristic value is between 80% and 100% of the corresponding alarm limit, the corresponding system operation result is between 3 and 6 points, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Figure 407051DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
if the partial operating characteristic value is lower than the corresponding alarm limit, the partial operating characteristic value is between the corresponding alarm limit and the danger limit, the corresponding system operating result is between 6 and 9 points, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Figure 390050DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
if the partial operating characteristic is below the corresponding hazard limit, the partial operating characteristic is between 100% and 150% of the corresponding hazard limit, and the corresponding system operating result is between 9-12 points, the calculation formula is as follows:
if the operating characteristic value which exceeds 150% of the dangerous limit exists, the corresponding system operating result is between 12 and 15 points, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Figure 804161DEST_PATH_IMAGE010
and after the system operation result is obtained, the system operation result is stored for being called in the follow-up system health evaluation.
When system health assessment is required, the latest repair time is determined and compared with the preset time, and then the preset time period is determined, and at most three system operation results in the preset time period are required.
When only 1 system operation result exists, the formula for calculating the operation result of the fusion system is as follows: fusing system operation results = system operation results;
when only 2 systems are operated, the formula for calculating the operation result of the fusion system is as follows, wherein the operation result of the fusion system = 70% of the latest system operation results + 30% of the previous system operation results;
when there are 3 system operation results, the formula for calculating the operation result of the fusion system is as follows, the operation result of the fusion system = the latest system operation results + 50% + the middle system operation results + 30% + the earliest system operation results + 20%.
The system health status corresponding to the obtained score of the fusion system operation result and the color displayed in the system 3D model are shown in the following table:
blending system operating results State of health of system Displaying color
0 to 6 points Good effect Green colour
6 to 12 points Need to pay attention to Yellow colour
12 to 15 points Need to be checked Brown colour
Over 15 minutes Need to be stopped Red colour
In addition, if no system operation result is checked within a preset time period, the color displayed in the 3D model corresponding to the system is gray, which represents that no data exists.
