Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to kinds of fixing devices and electronic equipment adopting the fixing devices.
Background
, for example, two ends of a card edge connector for holding a memory card are provided with stop pins, which help to fix the memory card in the slot of the card edge connector and also to withdraw the memory card, and the stop pins on both sides must be manually pulled each time the card edge connector is fixed or withdrawn, so as to achieve the purpose of fastening or unfastening the memory card.

The following detailed description is provided to further illustrate the present invention in conjunction with the above-described figures.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the electronic device 500 includes a circuit board 300, a plug member 200 and a fixing apparatus 100. The fixing device 100 is used to fix the plug member 200 to the circuit board 300.
For example, in an implementation, the electronic device 500 may be an computer or server, the circuit board 300 may be a motherboard, and the docking component 200 may be a memory card.
The fixing device comprises a clamping piece 10 and a clamping buckle 30.
The clamping member 10 is used for clamping the plug part 200. The clip 30 is used for fixing with the circuit board 300 and for locking or unlocking the clip 10. That is, after the plug member 200 is plugged into the card member 10, the latch 30 locks or unlocks the card member 10, so as to lock the plug member 200 to the circuit board 300 or unlock the plug member 200 from the circuit board 300.
The clip 10 may include th and second ends opposite to each other, the th end is rotatably connected to the circuit board 300, and the second end is abutted to the clip 30.
The latch 10 is rotatable between an locked position (shown in fig. 1) and a unlocked position (shown in fig. 2).
When the clip member 10 rotates to the locking position, the clip 30 clips the second end of the clip member 10, and the clip 30 abuts against the end of the plug member 200.
When the clip member 10 rotates to the locking position, the clip 30 releases the second end of the clip member 10 and releases the plug member 200.
in the preferred embodiment, the clip member 10 includes a clip portion 110, a second clip portion 120, a clip slot 130, and a second clip slot 140. the second clip portion 120 is vertically connected to the clip portion 110.
The th locking groove 130 is disposed on the side of the th locking portion 110 and is used for locking and fixing the side of the plug member 200.
The second engaging groove 140 is disposed at the side of the second engaging portion 120 and is used for engaging and fixing the other side of the plug member 200.
The th engaging groove 130 is adjacent to the second engaging groove 140. the th engaging portion 110 and the buckle 30 are respectively located at two sides of the second engaging portion 120. thus , three sides of the inserting component 200 can be respectively fixed by the th engaging portion 110, the second engaging portion 120 and the buckle 30.
In another preferred embodiment, the fixing device 100 may further include an elastic member, such as a spring 50, clamped between the clip 10 and the circuit board 300.
When the locking member 10 rotates to the locking position, the elastic member is driven by the locking member 10 and elastically deforms, and the elastic member drives the second end of the locking member 10 to abut against the buckle 30 through the restoring force, so that the clamping member 10 can be stably clamped between the circuit board 300 and the buckle 30, and the stable connection of the insertion member 200 is realized.
When the buckle 30 releases the second end of the clip 10 and the insertion part 200, the elastic part drives the clip 10 to rotate to the unlocking position by the restoring force.
In a specific implementation, the catch 30 may be made of an elastic material, and the catch 30 includes a guide ramp 310 and a boss 320.
The guide slope 310 is butted against the second end of the clip 10. The boss 320 is used for clamping the second end of the clamping member 10.
When the clip 10 rotates to the locking position, the second end of the clip 10 pushes against the guiding slope 310, the buckle 30 elastically deforms, the second end of the clip 10 moves to the boss 320, and the buckle 30 returns to lock the second end of the clip 10.
Specifically, the end of the second clip portion 120 adjacent to the clip 30 is provided with a clip end 1201, and the clip end 1201 can be engaged with the boss 320 and locked or unlocked by the boss 320.
In a further preferred embodiment , the fixture 100 may further include a connector 150 and a connector slot 40.
The connector 150 can be fixed on the second clamping portion 120, and the connector 150 is adjacent to the side where the circuit board 300 is located, the connector 150 is used for electrically connecting with the plug member 200.
The connector card slot 40 is used for electrical connection with the circuit board 300.
When the locking member 10 is rotated to the locking position, the connector 150 is connected to the connector slot 40, so that the plug member 200 is electrically connected to the circuit board 300.
In the fixing device 100 and the electronic device 500 using the fixing device 100, the card element 10 can rotate between locking position and unlocking position, when the card element 10 rotates to the locking position, the buckle 30 clamps the second end of the card element 10 and abuts against the end of the plug-in component 200, and when the card element 10 rotates to the locking position, the buckle 30 releases the second end of the card element 10 and the plug-in component 200, so that the plug-in component 200 is not limited to the straight-up and straight-down mounting and dismounting manner, thereby providing solutions for facilitating mounting and dismounting of the plug-in component 200.

1, a securing device for securing a mating component to a circuit board, the securing device comprising:

the buckle is used for being fixed with the circuit board and used for locking or unlocking the clamping piece;
the clamping piece is characterized by comprising an th end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, wherein the th end is rotatably connected with the circuit board, and the second end is butted with the buckle;
the clamping piece can rotate between an locking position and a unlocking position, when the clamping piece rotates to the locking position, the buckle clamps the second end of the clamping piece and abuts against the end of the inserting component, and when the clamping piece rotates to the locking position, the buckle releases the second end of the clamping piece and the inserting component.
2. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein the snap member comprises:
