In order to improve the matching stability of the cover plate 2 and the frame 1, a plurality of connecting holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first connecting plate 14, the distance between two adjacent connecting holes can be the same, and the distance between two adjacent connecting holes can also be different; the number of the connecting columns 22 is multiple, each connecting column 22 corresponds to one connecting hole, namely, the number of the connecting columns 22 is the same as that of the connecting holes, and the positions of the connecting columns 22 correspond to those of the connecting holes one by one.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 1, a plurality of groups of connecting holes are arranged, the plurality of groups of connecting holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first connecting plate 14, and the distance between two adjacent groups of connecting holes is a first preset distance; each group includes a plurality of connecting holes, and a plurality of connecting holes are arranged along the length direction interval of first connecting plate 14, and the distance between two adjacent connecting holes is the second distance of predetermineeing, and the second distance of predetermineeing is less than first distance of predetermineeing. The connecting column 22 can be fixed on the second connecting plate 21 in various ways, for example, the connecting column 22 can be a single piece integrally formed with the second connecting plate 21; for another example, a threaded hole is formed in the second connecting plate 21, and one end of the connecting column 22 is a stud for being in threaded connection with the threaded hole in the second connecting plate 21, so as to fixedly connect the connecting column 22 with the second connecting plate 21; for another example, the second connecting plate 21 is not provided with a threaded hole, and the connecting column 22 is fixed to the second connecting plate 21 by tapping.
The connection post 22 may include a cylinder, a first connection part disposed at a first end of the cylinder, and a second connection part disposed at a second end of the cylinder, wherein the first connection part may have a tapered structure so that the connection post 22 is more easily inserted into the connection hole; the second connecting portion is used for being fixedly connected with the second connecting plate 21, and the connecting portion can be provided with threads. The number and arrangement of the connecting posts 22 are the same as those of the connecting holes, and will not be described herein.
As a specific embodiment of the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, the first connecting structure is a buckle fixed on the first connecting plate 14, the second connecting structure is a clamping groove provided on the second connecting plate 21, and the clamping groove is clamped with the buckle. As still another embodiment of the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, the first connecting structure is a hook fixed on the first connecting plate 14; the second connecting structure is a card fixed on the second connecting plate 21, and the card is clamped with the hook. This embodiment display device frame passes through pothook and card joint, realizes being connected of the first end of apron 2 and first curb plate 12, connects reliable and stable, easy dismounting, simple, efficient. For example, the fastening sheet may be provided with a connecting hole, and the fastening sheet is fastened to the connecting hole to connect the first end of the cover plate 2 to the first side plate 12. As still another specific example of the first and second connecting structures, the first connecting structure is a spring fixed to the first connecting plate 14; the second connecting structure is a mandril fixed on the second connecting plate 21, and the mandril is connected with the spring in a clamping way. The display device frame is clamped with the ejector rod through the spring, so that the first end of the cover plate 2 is connected with the first side plate 12, the connection is stable and reliable, the disassembly and the assembly are convenient and simple, and the efficiency is high; the spring has elastic force, and can buffer rigid impact between the cover plate 2 and the frame 1.
The above-mentioned structure of the detachable and fixed connection between the cover plate 2 and the first side plate 12 is described in detail, and the specific structure of the rotatable mounting of the cover plate 2 on the second side plate 13 is described below.
As a specific embodiment in which the second end of the cover plate 2 is rotatably mounted on the second side plate 13, as shown in fig. 4c, the second end of the cover plate 2 is provided with a rotation opening 26; the second side plate 13 is provided with a pivot arm 16, and the pivot arm 16 is rotatably mounted in the pivot opening 26.

The cover plate 2 is rotatably connected with the rotating arm 16 through the rotating opening 26, when the cover plate 2 is closed with the frame 1, the gap between the cover plate 2 and the frame 1 can be reduced, the space occupied by the frame of the display device is reduced, and development of the light and thin display device is facilitated; and, can make the display device frame regular for the surface of display device frame does not have the position of dismantling hard, has avoided non-professional to unpack the apron apart by mistake under the condition of unwittingly and has caused the incident, has improved the security of complete machine ground effectively. The second magnetic attraction piece 23 and the second connecting plate 21 can be fixedly connected in various ways, for example, the second magnetic attraction piece 23 is clamped with the second connecting plate 21; for another example, the second magnetic member 23 is screwed to the second connecting plate 21. As an embodiment of the second magnetic member 23 fixedly connected to the second connecting plate 21, a second fixing hole is formed on the second magnetic member 23. The display device frame provided by the present embodiment further includes a second fastening member (not shown), which is threaded to the second connection plate 21 after passing through the second fixing hole. For example, the second fastening member may be a stud, a second threaded hole is formed in the second connecting plate 21, and the stud passes through the second fixing hole and then is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole, so that the second magnetic suction element 23 is fixed on the second connecting plate 21; for another example, the second fastening member is a screw, and after the screw passes through the second fixing hole, the screw is tapped on the second connecting plate 21 to be in threaded connection with the second connecting plate 21, so as to fix the second magnetic attraction piece 23 on the second connecting plate 21.
In addition, the first magnetic member 15 may be circular, oval, polygonal, or irregular, and the shape of the first magnetic member 15 is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. For example, referring to fig. 1, the first magnetic attracting member 15 may be a circular ring structure. The second magnetic member 23 can be circular, oval, polygonal, or irregular, and the shape of the second magnetic member 23 is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention, for example, referring to fig. 1, the second magnetic member 23 has a rectangular structure.
In order to further improve the stability of the connection between the frame 1 and the cover plate 2, in some embodiments, the first magnetic attraction members 15 are provided in plural, and the plural first magnetic attraction members 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first connecting plate 14, wherein the distance between any adjacent first magnetic attraction members 15 may be the same, or the distance between two adjacent first magnetic attraction members 15 may also be different, and those skilled in the art can design according to the actual structure of the frame 1. In addition, the second magnetic parts 23 are provided in plurality, and the second magnetic parts 23 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second connecting plate 21. The distance between any two adjacent second magnetic attraction pieces 23 may be the same, or the distance between two adjacent second magnetic attraction pieces 23 may also be different, and those skilled in the art can design the distance according to the actual structure of the cover plate 2.
There are many situations related to the corresponding relationship between the first magnetic attraction piece 15 and the second magnetic attraction piece 23: for example, one second magnetic attraction member 23 corresponds to the plurality of first magnetic attraction members 15, that is, one second magnetic attraction member 23 simultaneously attracts the plurality of first magnetic attraction members 15; for another example, the plurality of second magnetic attraction pieces 23 correspond to one first magnetic attraction piece 15, that is, the plurality of second magnetic attraction pieces 23 attract the same first magnetic attraction piece 15 at the same time; for another example, each second magnetic attraction member 23 corresponds to one first magnetic attraction member 15, that is, each second magnetic attraction member 23 attracts the first magnetic attraction member 15 in a one-to-one correspondence. The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the number, arrangement, and corresponding manner of the first magnetic attraction member 15 and the second magnetic attraction member 23.
In a preferred embodiment, the first magnetic attraction pieces 15 and the second magnetic attraction pieces 23 are all set to be a plurality of and consistent in quantity, the plurality of first magnetic attraction pieces 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first connecting plate 14, and the first magnetic attraction pieces 15 and the second magnetic attraction pieces 23 are in one-to-one correspondence in position. The first connecting structures and the second connecting structures are all provided with a plurality of first connecting structures, the number of the first connecting structures is consistent, the first connecting structures are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first connecting plate 14, and the positions of the second connecting structures are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the first connecting structures. The display device frame is mounted or dismounted by using a metal operating tool, such as a clamping jaw, a caliper and the like, so that the influence on the attractiveness of a product caused by scratches left on the surface of the display device frame is avoided, and the reject ratio of the product is increased. The metal plate 24 can be attracted by the magnetic attraction tool 3, and may be an iron plate, a cobalt plate, a nickel plate, or the like, and the material of the metal plate 24 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the metal plate 24 may be a circular plate, an elliptical plate, a polygonal plate, or an irregular-shaped plate, and the shape of the metal plate 24 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The metal plate 24 and the cover plate 2 may be clamped, and the metal plate 24 and the cover plate 2 may be screwed, which is not limited herein. In some embodiments, one metal plate 24 may be provided; in other embodiments, a plurality of metal plates 24 may be provided, and a plurality of metal plates 24 are spaced along the length direction of the cover plate 2 to improve the attraction force with the magnetic attraction tool 3.
In order to prevent the deformation of the cover plate 2 and at the same time increase the structural strength of the cover plate 2, the cover plate 2 is provided with a reinforcement rib 25 on the side facing the base plate 11, the reinforcement rib 25 extending in the longitudinal direction of the cover plate 2. One reinforcing rib 25 may be provided, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 25 may be provided, for example, two, three, four, or the like, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 25 are provided at intervals in the height direction of the lid plate 2, that is, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 25 are provided at intervals in the Z direction in the drawing.

referring to fig. 3a, a first magnetic element 15 is fixed on the first connecting plate 14, and a second magnetic element 23 is fixed on the second connecting plate 21; then the rotating arm 16 provided on the second side plate 13 is snapped into the rotating opening 26; referring to fig. 3b, the cover plate 2 is rotated counterclockwise; finally, referring to fig. 3c, the connection posts 22 are snapped into the connection holes provided in the first connection plate 14, thereby completing the assembly of the display device frame, which is simple, fast, time-saving and efficient. referring to fig. 4a, the magnetic tool 3 is close to the cover plate 2, and the magnetic tool is attracted to the metal plate 24; referring to fig. 4b, the cover plate 2 is rotated clockwise relative to the second side plate 13, so that the connection post 22 is disengaged from the connection hole provided in the first connection plate 14; referring to fig. 4c, after the cover plate 2 is rotated to a certain angle, the magnetic attraction tool 3 is pulled upwards, so that the cover plate 2 is detached from the frame 1.
In summary, the display device frame provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
1. through the first end of apron and the first curb plate joint of frame, the second end of apron is rotationally installed on the second curb plate of frame, need not the screw fixation and realizes being connected of apron and frame, makes a round trip to dismantle the inefficiency that the screw brought when having avoided installation and maintenance, has improved the efficiency when production maintenance, reduction production effectively, maintenance cost.
2. Aiming at the frame of the whole machine with large size, the problem of uneven screw hole alignment is solved, the larger wall thickness of the frame required by the screw holes is avoided, the wall thickness of the frame is further reduced, and the whole machine is lighter and thinner.
3. The cover plate is fixed with the metal plate through the second connecting plate fixing connecting column and the reinforcing rib structure, the consistency of the appearance surface of the cover plate is guaranteed, and the attractiveness and consistency of the whole shape are achieved.
4. When the cover plate and the frame are disassembled, the plate can be disassembled by rotating and moving obliquely upwards, so that the whole machine can be installed in a wall-embedded mode, the front maintenance spaces of the two sides and the bottom do not need to be reserved, and the whole machine and the installation environment are integrated.
5. The integrity of the appearance surface of the cover plate is ensured, the position for exerting force for disassembly is not arranged, the safety accident caused by the fact that a non-professional person mistakenly disassembles the cover plate under the unknowing condition is avoided, and the safety of the whole machine is effectively improved.
6. The installation can be finished only by clamping and rotating without any tool; when dismantling, only need utilize ordinary magnetism to inhale the instrument, can realize the quick dismantlement of apron, really accomplish convenient quick installation and maintenance, also can not fish tail display device frame.
The embodiment of the invention also provides display equipment which comprises the display equipment frame in the embodiment. The structure, function, and effect of the display device frame provided in this embodiment are the same as those of the above embodiment, and specific reference may be made to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In addition, the display device provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be a device having a display function, such as an LED complete machine, a liquid crystal television, a tablet computer, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Since the display device provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes the display device frame described in the above embodiment, the display device provided in the embodiment of the present invention also has the same advantages as the display device frame described above, and details are not described herein again.
