An underground paste filling pipeline guaranteeing device is characterized in that: the paste filling pipeline guarantee device comprises: an upper valve and a lower valve; the upper valve and the lower valve are correspondingly and fixedly connected to the main pipeline, and the upper valve and the lower valve are coaxially communicated with the main pipeline;
the upper valve comprises: the device comprises an upper adjusting ring, an upper valve body, a sealing ring assembly, a core sleeve, a cylinder barrel, an adjusting head, a connecting sleeve, an upper mandrel, a valve body upper end cover, a cylinder barrel end cover, a rod sealing end cover, a rod, an anti-rotation support and an anti-rotation block; the lower end of the upper valve body is fixedly connected to the main pipeline; the upper end of the upper valve body is connected with an upper valve body end cover through an upper adjusting ring, and a B oil inlet and outlet are formed in the upper valve body end cover; the upper end cover of the valve body is connected with a cylinder barrel, the cylinder barrel is internally and sequentially connected with a cylinder barrel end cover and an upper mandrel, the cylinder barrel end cover is connected with a rod through a rod sealing end cover, the centers of the rod, the cylinder barrel end cover and the upper mandrel are provided with oil passing through holes, and the upper end of the rod is an oil inlet and outlet; the outer wall of the lower end of the cylinder barrel is connected with a core sleeve, and the core sleeve is sleeved with a sealing ring assembly; an adjusting head is arranged in the core sleeve and is connected with the lower end of the upper mandrel; a gap is formed between the adjusting head and the cylinder barrel, the gap and the lower mandrel form a cavity, and the outlets of the oil passing through holes of the rod, the cylinder barrel end cover and the upper mandrel are positioned at the cavity; all the relative movement parts are connected with a combined seal; the upper end of the upper end cover of the valve body is connected with an anti-rotation support, and an anti-rotation block is arranged on the anti-rotation support;
the lower valve includes: the valve comprises a valve body lower end cover, a lower adjusting ring, a lower mandrel and a lower valve body; the upper end of the lower valve body is fixedly connected to the main pipeline; a lower mandrel is arranged in the lower valve body, the lower mandrel moves in the lower valve body, a sealing ring is connected to the side wall of the lower mandrel, a valve body lower end cover is connected to the lower end part of the lower valve body through an adjusting ring, and a C oil inlet and outlet are arranged on the valve body lower end cover;
the control method of the pipeline guarantee device comprises the following steps:
the three oil inlet and outlet ports of the oil inlet and outlet port A, the oil inlet and outlet port B and the oil inlet and outlet port C are controlled, and the movement of the lower mandrel, the core sleeve, the upper mandrel and the regulating head is realized;
when the oil inlet and outlet of the B is filled with oil, the core sleeve drives the upper core shaft and the adjusting head to move downwards integrally, the lower core shaft is pushed to move downwards, and the core sleeve moves into the lower valve body to completely stop the main pipeline;
when the oil inlet and outlet of the C oil inlet and outlet port is used for oil feeding, the lower mandrel is pushed to move upwards, the upper mandrel and the adjusting head are driven by the mandrel sleeve to move upwards integrally until the lower mandrel coincides with the through hole of the main pipeline, and the main pipeline is opened;
when the oil inlet and outlet of the A oil inlet and outlet port is used for oil inlet, the upper mandrel and the adjusting head move downwards in the cylinder barrel and the core sleeve, the adjusting head is pushed out of the core sleeve, the main pipeline passage is controlled, and stepless adjustment of the on and off of the main pipeline is realized;
the on-site manual reversing valve handle is configured to control the upper mandrel, the lower mandrel and the adjusting head to move up and down respectively;
after the displacement sensor for adjusting the stroke is arranged on the device, the flow adjustment quantity of the pipeline can be remotely mastered in real time;
the pressure gauge and the pressure sensor are arranged on the main pipe, the pressure of the main pipe can be checked in the remote centralized control room and the site, the real-time display and collection of paste conveying parameters are realized, and the paste conveying parameters are uploaded to the remote centralized control room, so that the safety of a paste conveying pipeline and the stability of a filling system are ensured.
