Abstract

一种利用水力挤压推进加工生产压缩空气的机械装置,在现有往复式空气压缩机的基础上设置挡水板,挡水板与活塞连接,挡水板上设置有连按柱,挡水板为槽式,其板面上设有水孔单向阀,本发明是一项简单的机构,通过它可以将大量未被利用的潮汐和类似潮汐的水流利用起来,以此获取廉价且巨量的压缩空气,这种低廉成本的压缩空气,除了可以替代电力加工的压缩空气广泛用于现有适用的领域外,还可以用来发电,其发电成本会低于现有拦坝筑库的水电,一举解决沿海地区缺电的问题。

技术领域:
本发明属于机械制造中的空气压缩机领域,特别涉及一利用水力推进加工生产压缩空气的空气压缩机。
背景技术:
现在市面上的空气压缩机,都是电力的,加工生产压缩空气成本高,很费电,能量转换率低,在推广使用压缩空气中受到很多限制,使本来非常优质的压缩空气动能没有发挥应有的作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的,在于针对上述问题,提供一种用水力替代电力、用挡水板替代电机、利用水力直接推动的方式来加工生产压缩空气的装置,以此降低压缩空气的成本,让压缩空气在更大的范围和途径上得以利用。
本发明利用水力挤压推进加工生产压缩空气的装置,在现有往复式空气压缩机的基础上设置挡水板,挡水板与活塞连接。
本发明的装置,挡水板上设置有连按柱。
本发明的装置,挡水板为槽式,其板面上设有水孔单向阀。
本发明的装置,在往复式空气压缩机的缸体内设置压缩腔,压缩腔分别连接进气仓和临时储气仓,进气仓外接进气管,在进气管的进气处设过滤器;临时储气仓外接储气罐,相接之间设连接阀,另在临时储气仓的底部设泄水阀。
本发明的装置,特别适用于类似潮汐来往流动的水流,前进水流冲击挡水板时关阀单向阀,推动活塞在缸体内对压缩腔内的空气进行挤压,形成的压缩气体进入临时储气仓,待达到预定气压后,顶开连接阀装入储气罐;后退水流冲击挡水板,将活塞拉回原位(由于拉回活塞不需推进时等同的力量,所以在挡水板上相应设置单向阀,部份后退水力通过单向阀漏流)。如此,根据进退水力完成活塞的周期运动。
本发明的装置是一项简单的机构,通过它可以将大量未被利用的潮汐和类似潮汐的水流利用起来,以此获取廉价且巨量的压缩空气,这种低廉成本的压缩空气,除了可以替代电力加工的压缩空气广泛用于现有适用的领域外,还可以用来发电,其发电成本会低于现有拦坝筑库的水电,一举解决沿海地区缺电的问题。

以下结合上述附图,对本发明的装置作进一步的叙述。
本发明利用水力挤压推进加工生产压缩空气的装置,在现有往复式空气压缩机的基础上设置挡水板,挡水板1与活塞3连接。
本发明的装置,挡水板1上设置有连按柱14。
本发明的装置,挡水板1为槽式15,其板面上设有水孔单向阀2。
本发明的装置,在往复式空气压缩机的缸体内设置压缩腔4,压缩腔4分别连接进气仓12和临时储气仓8,进气仓12外接进气管11,在进气管11的进气处设过滤器10;临时储气仓8外接储气罐6,相接之间设连接阀7,另在临时储气仓8的底部设泄水阀9。
本发明的装置,特别适用于类似潮汐来往流动的水流,前进水流冲击挡水板1时关阀单向阀2,推动活塞3在缸体内对压缩腔4内的空气进行挤压,形成的压缩气体进入临时储气仓8,待达到预定气压后,顶开连接阀7装入储气罐6;后退水流冲击挡水板1,将活塞3拉回原位(由于拉回活塞3不需推进时等同的力量,所以在挡水板上相应设置单向阀2,部份后退水力通过单向阀2漏流)。如此,根据进退水力完成活塞3的周期运动。

1.一种利用水力挤压推进加工生产压缩空气的机械装置,在现有往复式空气压缩机的基础上设置挡水板,其特征在于:挡水板1与活塞3连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:挡水板1上设置有连按柱14。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:挡水板1为槽式15,其板面上设有水孔单向阀2。
